Very light and fluffy donuts here. The simple glazed ones are melt-in-your-mouth and not overly sweet. Not the biggest fan of the chocolate glazed donuts though (weak chocolate taste to them). Croissant sandwiches are quite hefty albeit a bit greasy. Muffins are soft but dense. Lady at the counter seemed really tired during my visit. Direct, borderline cold, responses. No problems finding parking at the time (I visited on a Sunday morning and it was the only business open in the small plaza). read more

Food is good; however, they do not keep the days and hours they've posted consistently. There have been too many times that I have driven my gas and time traveling to their establishment only to see a sign stating that they are closed on the day they are supposed to be opened. This is an inconvenience to your customers, no matter how good the food and donuts are. Your inconsistency with your days and hours has cost you a customer. read more

Dragonfly is great I've ordered from them on DD and I like how you can pick your own donuts as I am particular about mines when I order. Yummy raised donuts-which are my absolute fave! They always have the donuts I like available not hurriedly bought out from the morning rush. I haven't been there in person but I see on Yelp it's very cute inside not your typical looking donut shop. We also love a family owned business and I will continue to show them support as long as they never run out of my strawberry cereal donut! I always order their croissant sausage breakfast sandwich as well and it never disappoints! read more

This place is delish!!!! It was a little hole in the wall place we found and now we go there almost every weekend for their breakfast bagels. Their bagels are so hot and fresh, and are soooooo freaking good!!!! Not only can you go in and order, but they also take call-in orders for pick up, which makes it even easier on Saturday mornings! And don't even get me started on the donuts!! I could eat everything in this place in one sitting but I'd def be hurting afterwards. So glad we stumbled upon this cute place!!!! read more

Found Dragonfly Donuts on a Yelp search. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Abby, the owner. Abby carried a bright smile and assisted me with a dozen donuts (bakers pick for faster service) the donuts were soft, moist and tasteful. Oh oh Dragonfly where shall I even begin? From the pink walls to the warm smell of muffins when I walk in to the family-oriented staff, everything feels in place. I'd like to complain that the menu has too many good options for a soul looking to purchase only a single item. The customer service was on par with that of a 5-star hotel in downtown Los Angeles. For anyone looking for a bad way to start your morning, this is NOT the place to be. Shockingly great breakfast sandwiches. Particularly if you get them on one of their big flaky croissants. The apple fritter is one of the best I've ever had anywhere. The word that comes to mind when I think about their breakfast sandwiches and donuts is, believe it or not, "fluffy." Everything just seems so airy and delicious. Shop is small but clean and cute. First time to dragonfly today and they did not disappoint. I'm always looking for a good Friday work donuts because the place by my house doesn't cut it. Saw that this place opened right near my work so I came in right at 6:30 when they opened and got an assorted dozen for $16. This is on par in terms of price. I know I got there at 6:30am but the donuts were so fresh! Warm! And delish! How a donut should be. I will def be back for lunch to try their sandwiches that look good. I had a horrible experience with the store, very disappointed with the service. I purchased a box of donuts through an app where you supposedly can purchase the donuts so they don't go to waste. The store gives you a pick up time, with a narrow 15 minutes window. I paid in advance, early enough, and the store kept changing and changing the pickup time, which was very annoying since I don't have all the time in the world to keep adapting my errands during the day, to guess if my box will be there or not since the store may decide to sell your paid box to someone else, who shows up last minute and pays full price, and then the store sends a last minute notification for you to pick the box 2 hours later than the original pick up time they gave you. Even though you PAID the item several hours or days in advance. I tried to speak over the phone and even went to the store to try to speak with the owners or managers to ask why didn't tell costumers up front how that system works, all I got was the employees telling me that they couldn't do anything, that the app did that, which is not true because the store manages the pick up schedules depending how they want to if they sell all donuts or not. One of the employees told me that if I can't adapt to the time changes to pick my order, that I just should leave it and don't show up to get my items. I asked this employee to please tell the owners that I wanted to speak with them, I was very frustrated with the situation because I don't think it was fair, also I didn't like her attitude...the employee said the owners were not there and they were not answering the phone, she told me that next time I just should not plan my day around a given pick up time, and just let it go and "whatever" I answered back that she was acting very disrespectful and she had a nerve. She told me that she was not going to give me the box of donuts, not even I had actually paid since the morning and had driven all the way to pick it up, even though was hours late of the original pick up time they kept changing. I could have purchased the box in other stores that do honor their commitment to their clients, no matter what tool or channel used to purchase an item. I always try to save food from going to waste, as well as to support small businesses, but definitely I don't have time for them playing games, or been disrespected. items are not that cheap either. Hopefully they learn to respect all customers time and person, regardless how much money they spent there. UPDATE To reply to the owner now, please speak the truth, I paid the order in the early morning and it gave me a pick up time, which it was changed and changed. I have photos of the receipts so I do have documentation. I asked your employee several times in a nice way to have someone look at the situation, her suggestion was again and again to just let the box go, instead of listening to my petition, of course I didn't like her attitude and had to be firm with her, what I needed, she just kept giving her opinion de una forma muy burlona. I would be very happy to speak with you over the phone, about the situation. But make sure I'm not just going to let this go as it was my fault. read more

WoW!! The passion shows in this shop... there is an ages old argument as to whether donuts are a pastry or a deep fried sweet bread... and my thinking is that they ARE a pastry, and pastries are a type of bread. Not all breads are pastries but all pastries are breads. Whatever... that said i will add that many donuts are less like the typical delicate pastry and more like fry bread with frosting... grocery store donuts for instance... or krusty krab sugar bombs. The donuts at Dragonfly transcend the fry bread with frosting by several levels. The shop is spotless and uncluttered with smiles for everyone. My new fav!! read more

We picked up an apple fritter, and it was filled with apples, more than any donut shop we have been to in Sacramento and the surrounding cities. We were pleasantly surprised. We are not used to donut shops actually putting in a lot of apples in an "apple" fritter. Every single donut shop in our area skimps on fillings. Besides an abundance of apples, taste was excellent. What a hidden gem. Their donuts are in the top 3 don't shops I've EVER been to. Their donuts are light as air, insanely tasty and good sized. I won't get donuts anywhere else. The service was prompt and very friendly. I got there and no one was in line. However, within what seemed like a few seconds the line was out the door. What I really liked about this "surprise bags" was it gave me the opportunity to try out flavors in their bakery I never would've tried on my own at a deeply discounted price-I loved the opportunity to do this and look forward to trying it again sometime. In closing-this bakery is pretty great and the surprise bag gives me another reason to love this bakery-not that I needed another reason-I consider myself a Bad Bakers loyalist and nothing has changed that for me-go ahead and try em out-they rock. PS-They do have a rewards program-so be sure to sign up for this when you go to Bad Bakers.

Its stunning to look at with the flecks of gold and fushia on top and sesame seeds scattered as well. They don't label the price or name directly in front of the donuts. EGD makes some really good and creative donuts. The donuts taste fresh and are very airy, not cake like. They don't usually sell out early unless it's an initial release of a new donut. Service is good, the line goes pretty quick and there's usually two people helping if it gets busy. They don't have labels on the donuts so you'll need to ask them how much. The prices are shown on top by the ceiling but you won't know which donut correlates to which price. Overall good donuts with a tad bit higher pricing. I spent about $43 bucks for 6 donuts and a dozen donut holes. My main thing to get here is just the donut holes and regular donuts.

I was thinking trying donuts but really about the Staxx. We got dozen take back cousins place to share rest of the family. The Staxx best way describe it is dinner roll but sweet and addicting. It hot and moist. Nice golden brown crust. I feel maybe honey or extra sugar gives it extra sweetness. If anything popped right in mind was bread Texas Roadhouse. Really good. I saw it had 4.8 stars so thought it must be good. The parking lot had decent parking and it is right next to an Asian restaurant and Dutch Bros. It's also located on a busy road so you can't miss it when driving by. When I got inside, I saw the space inside was limited and there was a line so some folks had to be outside until the people who ordered have left. My first thought was that the fact that there is a line means that this place must be good! I looked at the menu and noticed they have a good amount of options to choose from other than donuts. I saw they had boba drinks, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, etc. I ended up ordering 1 dozen and then 3 extra donuts for a total of 15 donuts. The prices were pretty fair compared to other donut shops. When I brought the box of donuts to my office, I noticed that not only did they put the dozen donuts in the box but they also added a few donuts holes in there as well so that was a nice touch.
