It was our first time eating there. I was hesitant because the reviews weren't great. They had 3.5 stars. My fiancé wanted to try it out so I agreed. There were 2 girls working. They didn't greet us when we came in. That should have been a sign. The Pad See Yu didn't taste like the authentic Thai Pad See Yu. Chicken sate was ok. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. NON EXISTENT! Worse was the mom of one of the workers brought food and the girls started eating in the table by us while watching TV on their tablet. The volume was LOUD and they were talking loud like there were no customers in the restaurant. They were so unprofessional and disrespectful and had no regard for our enjoyment. I've never been in a place like this. We regretted giving the tip in advance (18%) because we didn't get any service at all. You pay in advance there just like a take out. We WOULD NOT go back there. Don't go there if you want good customer service. I do not recommend this place at all. We feel like we wasted our money and got cheated by giving a tip in advance. read more

That's not saying the food is bad, it's decent enough to satisfy your thai food cravings but it's not going to blow you away either. That being said, prices are amazing. The lunch specials are very affordable and I often do takeout here. It's a small place but sit down meals work nicely too. Pad thai, pad see ew, curries and what not are some of your standard selections. They do have other selections which are definitely worthwhile. This is a follow up review for this restaurant so I'm going to keep it straight to the point. First of all, I have been coming to this restaurant for years. The reason I come here is that the food is pretty good. There is one very big problem with this restaurant, however. And, this is something that I think potential customers should keep in mind. I've eaten inside the restaurant number of times but most commonly I come here to get food to go. I would estimate that four out of ten times they get my order wrong. Sometimes, In the past i not discover this until I got home. Other times, I find out the problem while I'm still in the restaurant. The thing is, they never do anything about this. At best they say, "Sorry," and I'll have to wait another twenty minutes for my correct dish to be prepared. I don't know what it is, but they continue to mess up the orders. Just keep this in mind if you're planning to get your food to go from this restaurant. And, be sure to check your order before you leave. read more

It came with a side salad and rice (but I substituted the rice with vegetables at no charge). It also came with 2 wontons with a potato? filling inside. I've eaten here a couple of times. There are some nice people here but the quality of food unfortunately doesn't match the kindness you get from the workers. The food is just about average. I haven't even tasted the food I just got and I don't even care. This place gets 1 star because of the manager on duty the night I went in. He was an older baldish gentleman. The way he was speaking to his employee was unacceptable and demeaning and to do it in front of a customer is even worse!! Dragon Fly Thai is across the street from a high school and I'm sure this young boy is no more than 16/17. The man was yelling and cursing at him for one simple mistake.
