Everyone at the register was welcoming, and our host, Ms. Becky, was exceptional. She was attentive, informative, and made sure our group had an enjoyable experience throughout our tasting. We really appreciated how she took the time to explain each wine selection and tailor the experience to everyone's individual tastes. The only drawback during our visit was observing the male manager being somewhat short with Ms. Becky, which was unfortunate to see given how hard she was working to provide excellent service. Aside from that, the experience was fantastic. My entire party enjoyed themselves, and we all left with bottles to take home. The wine specialists were so kind and welcoming especially with a 9 month old child. Who would have thought a winery is a good place for a baby? Gravity was just a place we passed by and stopped in to cool off, but now it will be a must stop the next time we are there. It's spacious, clean, and has amazing wine and cider.
