They were all awesome and great to work with. Our project got delayed a few days (just from how busy these guys are), but with clear communication, it was all worth it! The job was done great and the team explained everything that was done in great detail and everything was much appreciated! We appreciate the whole team and will absolutely recommend!

Most concerning, after they came for the consultation and took measurements, I emailed them links to the items I planned to purchase to ask if they were okay. They replied, "Everything looks good." so I purchased them. The bathtub did fit and was put in place, but the enclosure panels did not. They then asked for full payment with no intention of installing the enclosure panels, which is why we requested a reduction in price. 2) They left without telling us and left BOTH DOORS of my garage open. We found our cat wandering the streets, thankfully not lost or dead, and no one broke in before we discovered the open doors. I gave them that feedback, and their reply was, "We didn't know you had a cat." I can only conclude based on their response that if you do not have pets, they think it is okay to leave your home open to the public. You get what you pay for. If you're willing to compromise your safety for a job done by people who clearly have zero respect for you, your safety, and your home, these are your guys.

My family owns several rental units and I was dealing directly with Robert at ABT Plumbing in…read moreTorrance for a few days. Out of the blue, Robert tells me that for NEW customers they will only accept cash payment of a non-refundable cash deposit of $500. I even asked Robert why he as punishing me to which he said that he wasn't punishing me. VERY STRANGE! 3 days ago Robert said that the job should cost around $300 depending on what they may find is the fix. The problem with the plumbing is that (1) Kitchen Drain Line is stopped up before getting to the Main Line. This unit is within a smaller building of (6) total units and none of the other units plumbing is stopped and the other drain lines within the affected unit (Bathroom Toilet, Sink, Tub) are NOT stopped up. I offered to pay via Credit Card or even Zelle! (As most people know, Zelle is almost immediate and you can't even take the payment back once it is accepted by the other party.) I then called my Attorney to see if they can really do this and he stated the following- In California, a contractor can legally ask for a maximum upfront payment of $1,000 or 10% of the total project cost, whichever is less on home improvement contracts, as per state law restrictions set by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). My Attorney then advised me to submit a complaint against this unscrupulous company, which I will do, since I am confident that this company will probably continue to do this to many others... It will be interesting to see how the Contractors Board reacts to this complaint... I will keep everyone posted. Thanks for reading this review.
