My favorite thing to order is their Crab Rangoon Roll and their Sriracha Wings. We've been to Drake's a few times, and have had mixed results, but on the basis of our last few visits, I'm upgrading my previous review from a 3 to a 4. Management here has been excellent in responding to concerns, and they've went from a pretty good experience to a REALLY good one. They standard burgers are always stellar, and they each month they have a burger of the month that I've enjoyed. This particular month it was the Big Kahuna burger, picture attached. I'm also keto so I was pretty limited on what I could eat so I decided for a non keto friendly option that is my favorite comfort food: chicken wings; boneless. These were so soft and juicy. Can I tell you how taken aback I was over this whole meal?! It was delicious! In the past I had ended up having a different girls night out with a group of gals and we played a dangerous game of "Give us random shots". Drake's is fun, Drake's is delicious! The only advice I would say is to double check the price of beer you purchase as sometimes the waiter or waitress will give you a different kind. My colleague swears by this place so we went. Very clean, open seating! They have tons of specials. Trivia nights. Half off table drafts. Tuesday is $3 pints of their lager and monthly beer. The food is a little expensive. Nothing less than 12 ish dollars but the service was excellent all around and the food came out timely and scrumptious! I got the beer cheese burger and fries. Now I've been to Drake's a couple times before but never really tried the sushi they have, well today I wanted to be adventurous and step out my comfort zone and I can say I was not disappointed at all. I ordered the Crunchy Texas Roll and it was so amazing that I almost ordered a second round of it. I tried two different drinks, one being a seasonal drink called the berry sangria and the other is all year around I believe and it's called the raspberry lemonade. My favorite was definitely the berry sangria it tasted like a sweet wine and I highly recommend trying it. My friend that was with me ordered the Crab Rangoon Roll and I got to taste it to see how I would like it and I'm definitely getting it the next I come back. The service was amazing, there was a waitress and I believe a manager that kept checking in on us making sure we were all good and I really appreciate them letting us take our time ordering and trying new things. Drakes is a regular go to if I want great bar food. Cannot go wrong with anything from the menu. My go to is normally the juicy Lucy's or the salmon. Both are amazing they have great sushi as well! Typically the service is what you expect from a bar. However lately the service has been sub par. We went for a bachelorette party and there was about 8 of us. We were moved from three different tables, and the servers were rude. Luckily, fate was in our hands cause third time was the charm. The last server was very nice and great attitude, the other two, not soo much. Honestly they were so bad that if I wasn't craving their food, I would have personally left. Drake's is an excellent choice if you're in the Keystone area. They have great food (yes, even the sushi is surprisingly great), a good beer selection, and a fun atmosphere. Drakes is almost divided into two bars, the front bar and the rear bar. Located in a strip mall, you enter the bar's corner and are greeted by a hostess station. To your left, along the front windows, are several high top tables. As required by Indiana law, separated by a steel rail, behind the tables is the actual bar. The bar has a wooden bar top with no rail, several round, slightly padded bar stools, and a round steel footrest. The service at the front bar is excellent, and they have several specials throughout the week. I've never sat in the rear bar, so you'll have to check that one out for yourself. They also have several HDTVs so you can also catch the game. As for the food, it's hard to go wrong. Everything I've had has been delicious, and my kids always love their meals. On my first visit, I asked the waitress about the sushi. She explained it's great because they've basically outsourced it to a gentleman who has worked at some of the best local sushi restaurants. So it's actually legit. It comes from a different kitchen. Reluctant to mention another bar in Drake's review, but between District Tap and Drakes, Keystone has two incredible bars sitting right next to one another. You can't go wrong with either. read more

We frequently go to Drakes and have always had a pretty good experience in the past. Well this weekend, I went to Drakes two days in a row (Friday & Saturday). Friday night, great experience...Saturday night, not so much. Friday night, our waitress was so friendly and attentive. Although we had a small wait to be seated everything was on point. Drinks, sushi and oh those BLT Tots...yummy! Now let's talk about Saturday. We walked right in with no wait after a brief temperature check and was seated right away. Our waitress took a few minutes to get to us but that was fine. She informed us of the drink specials and took our drink orders. They were running a special on Bloody Mary's and Mimosas for $4. So I thought I'd try the Bloody Mary. There was nothing in it so I asked about olives, celery etc. our waitress brings the olives carrying them on a little stir stick straight from the bar to my table. Ummm we're in a pandemic and you can't put them on a plate? Then the celery comes out...on a plate. Lol I was most disappointed when my sushi took over an hour to receive. I asked our waitress a couple of times for the status and her excuse was the sushi bar was backed up. Now while most places should be operating at 50% capacity right now, I'm not sure how it took over an hour for sushi!!! Finally I told her to cancel it...moments later here comes the sushi and the rest of our order. I ordered the crunchy munchy sushi and it was good. My son had the Thai bowl and loved it. My husband who was now done with his meal because he received his order over an hour prior, was satisfied with his as well. So no complaints on the food...just the service. This is the first disappointing experience I've had at Drakes so far. Friday would have been 5 stars, Saturday 2 stars which is the reason for this 3 star review.
