The owner is kind and caring, she noticed Mr. Momos nails was looking long especially the one in back starting to "hook". Owner took out her handy dandy tool and shaved down Mr. Momos nails within a few minutes he was done! Wow ,amazing 5 gold stars! Oh my gosh right in front of my eyes, it was magic! Highly recommend !!!

We did a full service and the ladies were SO attentive to our dog's needs. They listened as I told them about her MANY conditions and problems and were very supportive of her. It also eased my mind when they sent constant picture updates of my Peanut. The best part is usually after a groomer appointment, Peanut disappears and hides because she had so much trauma, but she came home and it was like nothing had happened. She was a little tired, sure but she was bubbly, ate her food, and even did her tricks which was HUGE! We will be returning!! Thank you ladies!! Side note- they take CASH so be aware of this!!!

She usually will text me about 15 to 30 minutes before he's done, so I have time to stop what I'm doing. She also lets me know when my puppy has dry skin and needs moisturizing and tells me which products to buy off of Amazon, or when things are not quite right that I miss. A lot of the groomers that I've met are from Japan so sometimes you have to speak in smaller words so it's easier to understand.

In short, we can only get Komori's nails trimmed when we go out to events because this way we'll be able to soothe and comfort him during the trimming. Another (potential) disclaimer: Komori has only gotten his nails trimmed in a public space like events, I don't think we've ever gave him to a groomer to get his nails trimmed. This means, he's gotten used to this situation, so maybe a lot of how well Komori did during this nail trim also speaks to him being used to the experience. I forgot the name of the person who did the trimming, but she did a great job. He never yelped from a wrong cut, and whenever Komori showed signs of being uncomfortable or wanting to pull away she stopped and gave space and readjusted. In a lively setting like an expo, it can be overwhelming for any dog, but I'm grateful Komori had a pleasant nail trimming.

Her credentials and ratings were impressive so I inquired with her availability and rates. Ami said depending on whether our baby needed a cut or buzz will determine the cost. She was very accommodating and said she could take our little man at 4:00PM on a Saturday (which is the same day I called to schedule an appointment). Their location is so easy to find with shared parking with Choi's Garden Restaurant. We dropped our puppy around 3:45PM and picked him up later that evening. Ami had a client prior which she was still servicing at the time of our arrival. There was a small play area for our Malshi to wait. We left him and then came back two hours later. We didn't want to rush the process. Ami and her husband Patrick were so kind and friendly with our Malshi. Ami did a wonderful job with our little puppy! All around! Thank you so much, Ami! My partner was like, "OH, WOW! Who is this??? Is this Chewbacca? He looks so different!" He said that Chewbacca looks so much better and cleaner! He also said his nails were so nice and short. We truly highly recommend trusting your fur babies with this business establishment and Ami!

She's done within two hours and she always comes back looking so cute and happy. I get a cute picture of her every time she's groomed and scheduling is such a breeze.
