She starts one eyebrow, i ask to see it because it feels like she's taking too much off. She says "oh do you tweez because you have ingrown hairs. I AGAIN tell her no because I am letting them grow in. So at this point she's ignored my clean up request, my request to see one of my eyebrows anddd again the part of me growing them out. Long story short she completely changed the shape and threaded practicality the entire bottom part I've been letting grow in. So now my brows sit higher on my face. And the girl she called to help her, saw the picture of my brows 2 days I ago i showed them its a pretty significant change to what she did. She listens to what you want/your eyebrow goals whether it's clean up, shaping, keeping them natural, or regrowth. When my eyebrows were growing in from over plucking she listened and kept them groomed while they were still in that awkward phase that made it hard to find their shape. I usually get a full Brazilian, which includes everything (including the butt strip), but here it's considered a "full bikini," and they charge an extra $18 for the butt strip. The technician also made the process uncomfortable by having me adjust myself repeatedly, and most concerning, she kept blowing on the area during the service, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional. I'm happy to report that Babli wears a mask the entire time she is doing the eyebrows or any part of your face that is over the norm of fine baby hairs. (Don't laugh, the older you get the more weird places hair shows up!) She has a sign in iPad sort of thing and you get loyalty points whenever you sign in, it's also your cell phone number. She sent out texts when the storefront reopened. I called to make an appointment but there was no one there at the time of day I went - weekday and close to 430. Unfortunately no massage after your grooming for now. Bonus info: Babli is fully vaccinated as well.
