First the staff are warm, professional, and helpful every time I come in. I have used their services for foot massage, back massage, and my favorite, the massage where they walk on the back. I have a background in kinesiology and it is clear that the massage therapists are very knowledgeable in the musculoskeletal system and are very skilled in their techniques. Each time I come in, they focus on any request I have, for example my forearm was tight from my sport, and they were able to work on exactly what I needed. I left feeling so much more relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere is always calm, including other patrons. Highly recommend!

The pressure was consistently excessive despite my repeated requests to ease up. Even after specifically asking them to avoid my lower back. They continued to target it causing sharp pain. The technique relied entirely on harsh use of elbows and forearms rather than hands making the entire session an uncomfortable and physically taxing ordeal. The experience turned from bad to worse at the front desk. I was already feeling dizzy and drained so I was trying to leave quickly. The staff stopped me to demand a tip, even though I had already prepared 20% in cash. After I handed it over, there was no "thank you" and no professional acknowledgment. Instead, I was met with a prolonged silent stare that felt completely hostile and awkward. I went in for therapeutic care and was met with physical pain and unprofessional rude behavior. I will absolutely not be returning.

I called around 1:37 PM on a Friday hoping to book a couples massage for later that day, but they were fully booked. Fortunately, they had two openings available which was 2:15 PM and 6:00 PM. My partner encouraged me to go without him, so I took the 2:15 PM appointment. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Josalyn (or Jocelyn... sorry if I misspelled your name!). Very pleasant on the phone and in-person. She had me fill out a form detailing the type of massage I wanted, pressure preference, areas of focus, and any add-ons I was interested in. I chose the 60-minute deep tissue massage with extra attention to my back, neck, and shoulders. My massage therapist, Gib, was absolutely amazing. Bless her hands because she really got to work on all the tension and knots in my upper back that I didn't even realize I had. There were even moments when we both laughed because the relief felt so good I'd let out an involuntary grunt. It was intense in the best possible way. The hour flew by, and I honestly wished I had booked a 90-minute or even 2-hour session. Now I know I'll need to plan ahead next time. Safe to say, I'll definitely be back, and hopefully next time my partner can experience it with me as well.

Once I got a small bruise on my face after a 90-minute massage so I stick with the 30 to 60 minute massages now. I've seen several people here and had deep tissue, Swedish, Thai aroma, and head, neck and shoulder massages. Most of the time I've had a great massage but some have left me with pulled or sore muscles so I tend to stick with several people. Overall, I really like Darwan, Penny and Grace because they check in with you and communicate well. Siri and Lisa are good though once Lisa caused a pulled muscle in my back because she twisted it a little hard in one direction. She seemed to neglect parts of my body and over focus on other areas. I don't see her anymore because sometimes her nails were too long and they had an annoying unpleasant sensation which was very distracting. Siri has mostly been good. I think you need to find which massage and therapist work best for your body and needs. Parking is good and the receptionist is really nice and knowledgeable about the different types of massage. They offer hot tea, water, and a special Thai tea they make which is very good. If they could change the headrests I'd book longer massages.

I left a message around 4:38 PM today, requesting a 7:00 PM massage appointment with a specific therapist. I received a callback at 4:41 PM confirming both the appointment and therapist availability. However, at 6:30 PM, I received another call saying they had "just received" my message and asking if I still wanted to book. When I explained that the appointment had already been confirmed earlier, I was then told that the therapist had been booked for another client about 10 minutes prior and asked if I wanted to move my massage to 8:00 PM instead. My answer was no. Situations like this are the easiest way to lose long-time customers. Confirming an appointment and then failing to honor it less than an hour before scheduled time reflects poor customer service and poor coordination. While I have enjoyed coming here over the years, there are many other places offering the same service with far better professionalism and reliability.

I received excellent firm pressure from my masseuse as she did a thorough job working on the typical areas (back, shoulders, arms, calves), as well as my hamstrings, head, and a little bit of my feet. The use of her forearms and elbows was effective, and she even found and focused on the knots in my back. Service involved minimal communication, with limited english spoken, both at the front desk and during my treatment. I paid beforehand with a credit card, which included a $2 fee, and tipped in cash afterward. A pretty straightforward process. Parking in the Milpitas Square plaza was a pain. If you have an appointment on a weekend, I recommend coming early and giving yourself enough time to secure a spot.

I was giving chances in hope I find a good therapist while filling my visit stamp card. One of the biggest challenges has been communication. I often find it difficult to effectively communicate the specific areas of pain and the massage techniques I need for relief. Even when I carefully mark the body diagram beforehand and explain my preferences, I leave uncertain whether my concerns were fully understood or addressed. For example, I specifically requested upper-body work using NO elbow pressure, but those requests were often disregarded. They also glide against my back so much I felt bruised. I also found that the combination of deep tissue and Swedish massage was not performed effectively to work on the fascia and remove knots properly. Instead of experiencing relief, I frequently felt increased soreness and discomfort within an hour after leaving my appointment. I was also disappointed by an experience with red light therapy. Before booking, I asked how the treatment would be incorporated into the session and was told it would be used throughout the full 60-minute appointment and moved to different areas. In reality, it was only used for approximately 30 minutes before being set aside for the remainder of the session. From a patient's perspective, understanding pain patterns, anatomy, physiology, and proper therapeutic techniques is critical to providing effective treatment. Based on my experiences, I often questioned whether some staff members had the level of training necessary to deliver personalized therapeutic care, esp when it is hard to be understood. Another difficult aspect is gratuity. At the end of a session, I often feel obligated to leave a tip because the service moment. However, after reflecting on the experience--or after the pain and discomfort set in later--I realize the treatment did not provide meaningful relief. This leaves me feeling conflicted, both for the therapist and for myself as a customer. Ultimately, when seeking massage therapy, health and well-being should be the priority. I hope management takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve therapist training, communication, and treatment customization so clients receive care that truly addresses their individual needs.

I pointed to the service I wanted, and he brought me back right away. I got the 60-minute full-body massage, which was only $65! I paid at the front before my massage. I was put into a private room and was told to change out of my clothes. I went onto the bed under a sheet, and they started the massage right away. I was a little hesitant, but the man was very nice and polite, asking if the pressure was okay and if I was doing okay throughout the massage. He really put pressure on getting my knots out. It really hurt in a good way. He went over tight areas multiple times and somehow always knew when to stop when it was getting a bit too painful. (You can always ask him to go softer, but my neck really hurt and I could feel the knots as he was working on it, so I just took it like a champ). If you're looking to be pampered like you're in a Beverly Hills-style spa, this is not it. But if you're feeling tired from a rough time at work, like I was, and need to get rid of some body tension and relax at a lower price, this is perfect. I did note that the bed had a little bit of an older smell (reminded me of my grandpa), but I did not mind. At the end of my massage, I came out to the front, and he gave me his business card with his name on it. Andy was very skilled and professional. Def recommend!

Zero wait. Paid $45 up front, was lead to a private room, instructed to remove my clothes, and left to prepare before the therapist arrived. I didn't expect that (thought I'd be in the group room), but proceeded to undress, crossing fingers I would be assigned a female massage therapist, as I wasn't quite asked about gender preference. Lying face down, another gentleman entered the room, and began tending to my knots. I kinda panicked in my mind at first but gave it some time. Luckily, he was very skilled, seemingly dedicating every ounce of energy he had in breaking through all these bricks in my back. I was amazed he could make half an hour feel complete in the way that is experienced in a full hour massage. He checked in periodically, asking if the pressure was ok. I said yes -- though it actually hurt like hell -- because I really needed a deep, deep tissue massage. Whew, progress was made. He later met me at the front door, asking if I was okay. I thanked him, tipped $15 cash, and learned his name: ANDY. The name of my late grandfather who I've been seeing in my dreams recently... wild, right?! Anyway, many foot spas are hit and miss. This one's pretty legit so far! As a note, while the music and lighting was pleasant, a soft, sweet aroma would be nice (the bed had a bit of an older smell, that's all).
