She doesn't push you into buying products or services. You can tell she's really good at her job from her flawless skin. Everyone who works here is super friendly and they all have flawless skin as well. My skin is much better after going here for 6 times. I feel confident going outside without my makeup on. I can't thank you guys enough Anisa and June!

I had believed that these procedures were just expensive treatments that women paid for to feel better about themselves, but did not do much in terms of improvement. At the prodding of a friend, I went to NUR Skincare. I was absolutely blown away by the results. First, let me describe what I got. I received the 12 step Hi-Tech Facial. This included TCA peels, microdermabrasian, enzymes, vitamins, oxygen, serums and red light therapy. I also had electrosurgery (not as scary as it sounds) using a hyfrecator which zapped dark spots on my face (that scabbed and fell off days later). Lastly, I had the keratosis pilaris on my upper arms treated with chemical peels and microdermabrasian. With all this being new to me, I asked a ton of questions. Anisa proved to be incredibly knowledgeable and talented. As a business owner in the health industry, I was impressed that the modalities she practiced are supported by science, technology and real results. After only my second treatment with NŪR Skincare I saw very clear, very obvious improvements in my skin texture and pigment. I continue to go for maintenance every other month. My skin has NEVER LOOKED SO DAMN GOOD. When my best friend saw my results, she was so impressed with my post treatment appearance that she booked an appointment immediately. If you are thinking about going to NUR Skincare, do not hesitate. BOOK NOW. You will not be disappointed.

She also recommended some skincare and perfect instructions on how to apply everything. I'm just so glowy. They also carry some great sunscreens. I tried for the first time ALASTIN tinted sunscreen. I'll forever be going back for my facial and injection needs. I tried an advanced VI Peel with Audrey (@audrey_spaderma) and learned a lot because she was very educational and tended to my skin texture and pore needs. I got a lot of compliments post peel and thought I was just oily but when I touched my skin, it was like BABY CHEEKS and naturally glowing. My first ever hydrafacial was with Sarah (@sarah_spaderma) and I also went through a microneedling treatment plan and honestly, it fixed these acne scars I've had and also one on my nose that "only I can see" but it definitely smoothed out. I still remember when I told Sarah I love it when people go ham and CLEAR ME UP, and she responded "Oh, I go ham" and she extracted out my pores and my face always feels refreshed afterwards. I was introduced to Ronie (@ronie_spaderma) when I got interested in trying Botox, I ended up with Dysport and Ronie is the best. She's quick and efficient and knows exactly what I need without making me feel self conscious and feel the botox. She's also lowkey famous with local celebrity clients so check her out! I just DM them on instagram and they're super nice and knowledgeable to your needs so no worries on how to get started!

I then noticed after paying a 20% deposit that on my receipt what had been discussed and what was on the receipt were 2 different things. I contacted Fulcrum immediately. I was told they had misunderstood what I wanted. Now this was after a good 15 minute in depth phone call. I was the told "I'm sorry but your procedure is now $9,500.00. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. I pointed out this wasn't my mistake but theirs. That made no difference. I even offered to discuss a compromised amount somewhere in the middle as a gesture of good faith and acceptance of their apology. That was NOT POSSIBLE AT FULCRUM. Obviously, my faith in their concern for my well being was at zero by then. Did I trust them to even do the procedure correctly if they can't even admit a mistake and find common ground? NO I DID NOT. I discourage anyone from trusting that FULCRUM has your best interests at heart. They are only about squeezing money from people.

Toplines: Don't Walk, (Run) Away from ORA Surgery and Implant Studio…read moreI think most people would agree, negative Yelp reviews shouldn't be thrown around if you had one bad experience at a crappy pizza place or maybe a restaurant where you landed a server that was just having a bad day. On the other hand, dental work in general, but especially the process of getting a dental implant and all of the phases and costs that go along with it, merits warning for others that are about to go down this road. How did I choose ORA Surgery? It was recommended to me by my dentist, who I really love and who represents quite the opposite of my experience here. Having not a clue as to how many appointments and how much money and time this was going to take, I didn't second guess or do my due diligence. That's on me. All in, I spent a fortune (over $6,000) out of pocket over a process of (over 3 years now) on an implant that failed and now I'm starting from square one. That doesn't include all the money they made from billing insurance, which it seems they stopped doing altogether from what I was told on my last and final visit. I thought I was going crazy, but I have seen some of the other reviews now it looks like I'm not alone. 1) ORA is way overpriced and the whole point is profit - not well-being, not customer satisfaction. I have now had time to do comparisons on rates for procedures with other providers and these rates (apples-to-apples) are way above the norm. They push the "boutique, LEED-certified, green, sustainable" claptrap on you to distract you from terrible service, price and results 2) MY IMPLANT FAILED LESS THAN A YEAR AFTER PLACEMENT - literally fell out of my jaw while I was sleeping - after I reported this, THEY did not rush to get me in - I had to bug them (several times) to get back in 3) Once I was able to get back in I was met with nothing more than a shoulder shrug, a restatement of "how rare" implant failures are, and a not-so-subtle inference that it must have been something (I did) to make the failure happen 4) As of even a few months ago, I was having to call and BEG THEM to send over a treatment plan with estimates. Called, emailed twice, never received them 5) The staff is insufferable - my process was long enough to see the front desk turnover TWICE. Rude wouldn't be the correct word - you can tell they have had complaints because you can physically see them biting their tongue to stop themselves from unloading. CREDIT: There were a couple "back of the house" assistants that were kind, professional, and seemed to understand that some patients may ask questions about why a procedure or timeline was necessary 6) The disconnect between the front desk staff and the knowledge of financials (or even how to get an invoice) is so very suspicious, but I now realize it's probably the point. 7) Good luck with any insurance - if they do submit they will remind you that the insurance probably won't pay, you have to pay them in full NOW, and they will do so in a way that says "we are doing you a really big favor" 8) You WILL get nickel and dimed. There is a 2% charge on cards - EVEN DEBIT! I asked if I could go grab some cash to avoid this (because who carries that much cash?) and they acted as if I were shoplifting 9) The process WILL NOT be explained to you, and they will shuttle you in to do an x-ray/exam/some other arcane procedure, and the main point is they want to do it before you find out how much it is going to cost you or if it's even necessary 10) The general vibe of the experience: "You should be so lucky we are even going to see you, now please pay us and don't ask any questions" Steer clear of this one, and I am imploring those that are about to start the implant process - take some time to do comparative research, it's a huge investment of time and money, and if you miss, it's a big miss.
