A nice and relaxed place. There is a large open space with tons of seats, and a large comfy couch too. Service was friendly. The banana miso iced latte was interesting - I got it with macadamia nut milk and it had a great taste. It's expensive for a coffee, but it was a nice treat. By the time we got there, a lot of pastries were sold out, but we did enjoy a cookie and banana bread. It's kind of unassuming from the outside, but it was a great late morning stop on our busy day out.
Unique, fun, bright coffee shop. Sunday around noon they had a DJ playing music in the back. Fun coffee menu, great place for a more unique drink. Very expensive, latte was over $9 and i didn't substitute milk. Service was fine!
This is my first time going to the Drip Collective. I went on a Saturday for their R&B session. It was very packed and busy. The ambience gave city hipster, very stylish. The seating arrangements they have there are not functional. As you sit, bottoms will be in your face. They do have a few high seated bar areas, but those fill up pretty quickly. Other than that, I really liked the aesthetic of the place. I ordered the banana milk was decent. There was cocoa powder sprinkled on the top of it. It made the drink more bitter. The drink was a 3 out of 10 flavor wise. Wouldn't order it again. I would've preferred it to taste more like a sweet banana. The drinks there are over priced for the size you get. I paid $12 for my small drink. Not worth it. The baked goods that they had they smelled really good. Next time I go I will definitely be trying one. My experience at this place was decent. I'm looking forward to going back there when it's nice out.
I was such a huge fan of Drip Collective! I came in on a Thursday afternoon, and there were a few people but the space wasn't too crowded. The environment here is super cool--I love the vibes they have going on. There is a decent amount and variety of seating available, and they also have some cool decor and whatnot. All of the drinks looked really good, and they definitely aligned with some of my favorite flavors. I went with the Turon Latte with hojicha. I love that they offer espresso, matcha, and hojicha for their specialty drinks. The Turon Latte was DELICIOUS--I loved the flavor of the banana milk and felt that the flavors complemented each other really well. I will definitely be back to try other options on their menu. My main complaint is just how expensive the drinks were. The baristas were very nice! I also enjoyed the environment for studying. Can't wait for my next visit!
The turon latte is fabulous. I'm not a big fan of bananas on its own but I love Filipino banana lumpia aka turon, It's a tad sweet for me but I definitely would order again when I want something extra beyond a regular coffee/latte.

We got the Noir et Creme - Citrus oleo saccharum, cold brew, creme top, nutmeg, more citrus and Banana Miso - Hojicha, cinnamon, banana, miso, oat milk. I will always be disappointed to receive high-end lattes in plastic cups. The flavor of each drink was good but nothing blew me away. They have a spacious area, but somehow seating seems limited. I feel like they could set up the space better to allow for more seating.

I got the hot cocoa as part of the rotating seasonal menu. It was definitely something different. May have to try the coffee next time to see how I like it but overall a cool place to check out!
Best place for a fun coffee drink in the city! They have rotating speciality drinks which is what has kept me coming back. The strawberry matcha drink they have right now is INSANE!! I've also tried the mango sticky rice matcha, a yuzu soda, and an ube latte. Would definitely recommend getting your drink for there if you can-- the presentation is great. The baristas are friendly here and the space is really cool. Lots of natural lighting, a variety of seating, and there's a florist in the back. The seating here is definitely designed to be more social rather than for people coming to sit and work.
I got the tomato and basil pastry, a chocolate chip cookie, and the Thai tea special with espresso! I like regular Thai tea more (probably because there's no espresso), but it was definitely a good drink to try, and the ingredients were high-quality. I'm excited to other things on the menu in the future. The pastries were top notch. Recommend grabbing one too
Good vibes with good flavor coffee made with house made syrups. Steep price point but comparable to others. Good flavor on the ube, could have been a little more potent but overall satisfied. 7.5/ 10 would come back

The banana milk matcha is delicious! Incredible banana flavor and perfectly sweet. The service is quick and friendly and it's a nice ambiance for a coffee shop. The only downside is the drink costing almost $13 for a matcha :)

This place doesn't get enough recognition! Tucked away off Racine lies this dope coffee shop with tons of space and good vibes. I enjoyed the imperfection of the shop - giving an overly chill vibe, one beyond your standard coffee shop. I enjoyed the menu variety and speciality items as well. With me being risky (and not being a consumer of coffee) I tried the mango sticky rice matcha with a cardamom bun to pair. Like who had options like these at a non traditional shop, right? The matcha was decent - I wanted a bit more of an equal balance - and for the Vietnamese dessert to peek through in the flavors. The bun was alright - even with it warmed up. I love the effort of the shop to throw out something fresh and new but next time I'll stick to a regular beverage and pastry. read more
This is a super vibey spot and for sure one of my favorite places to study. They have a great seasonal drink menu that never disappoints me. My most recent favorite is the banana miso hojicha that's definitely worth a try! I've had their food before and it was ok but not something I would specifically come here for. The service here is always friendly which is definitely a plus. For the space they always have some great music playing in the background so depending on how you like to study/work this could be a plus or minus. I will say that despite having a lot of space they don't have a lot of places to actually work so you do have to get there early or go at odd hours. read more
The vibe here is great. Lively, a little cozy, and perfect for working or catching up with friends. The space felt really welcoming and inclusive. Service was great too. The guy helping us was really kind and checked if we had any questions. The drinks were really good flavor-wise, but they lean more smooth and liquid rather than textured. The hojicha had a nice cinnamony, nutty flavor, and the banana milk was really good because the espresso wasn't too strong so it leaned more banana matcha. I do wish there was something like a cold foam for extra texture, but overall I enjoyed both drinks. read more

I love a good breakfast sandwich so that's what initially brought me in! I did like their sandwich but I wish they had a better aioli to pair with it than just the mayo! I also tried the banana milk which was yummy but I will say they are not consistent with their drinks here. My friend and I both ordered the banana milk and hers tasted way different... in a bad way.... They were quite busy the day we stopped by so we didn't ask them remake her drink for her. read more

I had the ube x hojicha latte, and it was solid overall. The hojicha flavor really shined through, though the ube was a little on the lighter side. Still, it was a great drink. The interior stood out to me. It was stylish, clean, with great seating. Definitely a place I'd come back to for another round. read more

Drip Collective has one of the most unique layouts I've seen in a coffee shop. The seating is designed almost like stairs, which gives the space a modern, creative vibe and makes it fun to just hang out. I ordered the ube special and honestly didn't love it--it wasn't my style. If I come back, I'd stick to something simple like an Americano. That said, I really respect how they showcase and support other coffee companies from around the world--it makes the menu feel more global and community-driven. Service was friendly, though with only one person at the counter, the line built up pretty quickly. Also, a heads-up: this isn't the spot if you're looking for a quiet study session. The music runs loud, so it's better for socializing than zoning in. Overall, a cool concept with great seating and a community feel--I'll definitely give it another try for the atmosphere alone. read more
I was too late for breakfast and didn't have too much time to stick around, but the list of interesting/unique drinks was long and my latte was delicious so I'll have to come back again for sure! There's a florist in the back, though I'm not sure if they do pickups only or if you can pick something up last minute. There was also a DJ spinning music and lots and LOTS of people hanging out and taking selfies. Definitely the place to be. The space has a cool concept, but definitely a place to go with friends/socialize instead of WFH. The drinks were just okay - the hojicha with oat milk was watered down/not creamy enough and the hojicha itself was subtle. The banana matcha seems to be very popular - wasn't a fan of it because of the strong artificial banana essence flavor. Highlight for me was the limited edition cheesesteak from Chubby Boys, the bulgogi and cheese were well-seasoned. Workers are very friendly! read more

Great vibes at this local coffee shop. Very busy on a Saturday morning but the staff did a great job of taking care of everyone! Great music being played while enjoying your coffee. Interior has plenty of seating and great artwork as well. Probably one of the most inventive coffee houses you will visit 5 Pro tip: bar seating allows you to watch Sando's being prepared. read more
What a cool interior! Vibes are immaculate, and I instantly wished I was dressed better when I stepped inside. Whoever put together the furniture pieces has an insane eye for design. There's limited seating in terms of being able to sit down and work, but otherwise you can just come here for a nice time. Drinks are on the pricier side, but they're worth the price! I got the banana milk latte, and you could taste the banana in it (was thinking it'd be the Korean milk that's popular). It paired really well the matcha and espresso, so would recommend the drink! read more

Beautiful airy atmosphere, cool artwork. The specialty lattes all look high quality ($10+) and the iced ones are given in a very cool looking metallic cup that can be reused I believe. It's probably a little too loud for studying or reading since hip hop was blasting at 11am but I can definitely see myself chilling here to just enjoy the vibes and catching up with a friend. i love the idea of drip collective but i do have some notes, and it might just be because i'm not fun/cool enough. everyone loves drip so i don't feel bad knocking one star for authenticity on my behalf, but i do think everyone should come in and try it, because i truly love the overall mission. i got the banana milk w/ espresso because i've heard amazing things about it, and it IS good but it is also incredibly overly sweet in a way that i wasn't necessarily expecting and couldn't thoroughly enjoy. i wish there was a bit more flavor and a little less sugar, but i also could have asked if it was sweet on the offset and potentially modified it. the service is pretty fast even though they get busy!! also, i do love the post-it wall and the overall community outreach aspect of the business SO much. the DJ sets are super cool but i will say that it was incredibly, incredibly loud in here when i came (~2pm on a saturday) and i had a rlly hard time talking to my friend i was with. just a heads up on that!! definitely not a coffee-shop to just come and chill at but very good quality overall. read more
Gave this coffee shop a try, and the latte itself was pretty good! However the wait for it was almost an hour. The inside is super cool though, lots of seating, accessible bathroom, and a chill place to get some work done. Don't think I will be coming back unless I have extra time to wait. read more

This place is unique, although it did take 20 minutes for a latte, and a drip coffee it was unique. It has Ube lattes, and Kanin on the weekend. Kanin has a delicious menu of Filipino Hawaiian Masubi. They also have Chubby Boy, haven't had it yet but it all seems good. read more
