Finally jumped aboard the hype train and headed to Drip'n Chik'n to try out their food truck at Wild Rogue Taphouse in Grants Pass. We ordered online on our way there. We are so pleasantly surprised to see it lives up to the hype! The chicken was fresh and had just the right level of breading and crunch. We chose the spicy option, and while I wouldn't really call it spicy, it was perfectly seasoned. In my opinion, these are the best chicken strips in town, as I find the other options incredibly bland. In addition, the fries may not have been house made but they were crispy and beautifully seasoned as well. You could tell everything is fried in clean oil. They have an array of house-made sauces, we ordered several but our favorites were the drip'n sauce and the ghost pepper ranch. It's a disservice to call the drip'n sauce a 'fry sauce'. It's complex and delicious and went well with the spicy chicken. I'll definitely be trying the honey mustard next time I go! The meals are incredibly customizable, the owner friendly, and the online ordering process easy to navigate. Loved the offering of any seasoning salt your heart could want! We will be back for sure!

Great choice. They absolutely did not disappoint. I ordered the Chasu Pork Belly tacos, and honestly they may be the best tacos I've ever had. The pork belly is slow cooked and then pan seared, giving it a rich, savory depth with just the right amount of caramelized texture. The shredded cabbage and pickled red onions add a fresh crunch and brightness that balance the richness perfectly. Sweet pops from the seared corn salsa, along with scallions and toasted sesame seeds, add great layers of flavor. What really brings it all together is the sriracha garlic lime aioli and chasu reduction, which add just the right mix of citrus, spice, and umami. The impressive part is that you can taste every ingredient individually, yet each bite comes together as one perfectly balanced taco. If you're at the Phoodery, don't skip these tacos.

Owner and chef William Snyder is a serious mycologist and local mushroom hunter who forages for the seasonal treats. He deep fries them in a delicate tempura batter and serves them with pickled onions, a siracha sauce on the side and lotus root chips. This is a "don't miss" dish with a presentation worthy of a white tablecloth big city restaurant. Wow!
