I like the outdoor seating and the tasty treats. The fruit cup was fresh (writing this review in the summer) and the sandwiches and salads were very appetizing. I do wish they had a few more healthy options, though. The scoop of coffee ice cream in a cup of iced coffee was different. My friend loved it, but I think I prefer to keep those two wonderful concoctions separate. read more

It's finally open!!! The good: Dripp occupies a lovely space. It's well decorated on the inside and outside. The less than great: items have a high price point (small Latte is over $5). After requesting milk I was told that "its policy to only offer full fat milk or soy or almond versions," which seems a bit narrow. The location is great but the coffee is so so. I had an Americano and for the price, it was small and barely filed the small cup they made it in. It tasted like bad instant coffee- no body to it at all. I'll go back for the atmosphere, NOT the coffee. read more

First time in and I'm having their nitro cold brew with a splash of soy milk after having a friendly conversation with Bijon he recommended that I try this drink based off of what I like. Fantastic atmos, great coffee, and tea, but the place stinks! on 3 different occasions that I have been here.

Some of the best coffee I've had in my life has come from here. Their Konga pour over is my favorite cup of coffee I've ever had. I have had a few different types of pour overs they offer, and they are all very good. One thing that is a must at least once, is their BruLaLa! I'm not a fan of sweet coffee, but wow this was so good with its creme brulee style melted sugar on top. I go here at least 2-3 days a week and highly recommend it. read more

Got a great shot of espresso here. The presentation on the little wooden tray with a small milk chocolate peice and a tiny glass of seltzer simply amazing! They know they have a great product to be pairing their espresso shot with a sweet milk chocolate peice. Anything sweet would only help to bring out the bitter notes of the espresso shot which did not happen until towards the very end of the shot when the dark cocoa notes were present. This place is awesome, look forward to trying their lattes and other blends. read more

I've ordered three different teas on three separate occasions, and they've all tasted like water, even after letting them steep for 10+ minutes. The tea either lacks general flavor, or the amount of tea in the tea bag isn't sufficient for the amount of water they provide in the tea pot. read more

This place isn't worth visiting unless you are a college student looking for a place to sit and spread out for hours on end. I literally saw entire tables completely engulfed by one person with books, backpacks, laptops, handlebar mustache cream, fixie bike wheels, irony, etc. After spending almost 20 bucks for a few coffees, my wife and I basically had to stand to drink them. The coffee is okay. Not good enough to spend $6 for a drip coffee to go. Probably good enough to stay and drink... IF you can find a place to sit... which you can't. It's bad now, but when Stadtgarten opens, it'll be totally impossible to find a place to enjoy your overpriced coffee. Meh. read more

Dripp is much hipster. I'm not a huge fan of their teas because even when they're sweetened it tastes like water with subtle flavor. There isn't that much seating indoors, but a lot of tables and benches in the patio area. Customer service isn't that great either. All the times I came, employees always look dull and never yell out their drinks loud enough. Drinks will be sitting at the bar for a good 10 mins, and they don't know which drink is which when people ask. read more

Pretentious coffee. I have been twice now, wanting to have a good experience. The first time I asked for an iced coffee with extra ice. Was given a hot coffee with ice melted in it. When I asked for a little milk, I was told they don't have milk. How is that possible? So I walked away with 4.95$ worth of an undrinkable coffee. The second time I asked for the same drink, this time they had milk this time but I still got hot coffee and melted ice :(. This time I asked the barista how should I order this drink to get a cold iced coffee over a lot of ice. I was told they have a cold brew especially for iced coffee. Isn't this something the gal at the counter should offer as good information? Come on, I'm not trying to bother you. I know special order anything is not in the program here, just help a customer without the attitude. read more

Kept driving by this place and finally decided to pop in. WOW. This place is so cool. Dripp completely takes you out of Orange County and transports you to what feels like a PNW coffee reserve. Ordered the Spanish Late by recommendation, and it did not disappoint. It was one of the best tasting lates I've had. I also had a nutella pretzel croissant and it was bomb! This place has such a cool and modern atmosphere and makes for a really great place to hang out or to work. Would definitely come back again! read more

Way too hipster, and way too overrated. We wanted dessert so we went here to try an ice cream sandwich. I went to order an ice cream sandwich and a coffee, and the worker acted like that was unheard of!!! She said that would be way too sweet and way too much, while laughing in our faces that we would even order that. Well, we went for dessert.... but ok. So she told my husband and I to split a 1 scoop ice cream sandwich. Tiny scoop of ice cream between 2 cookies. Rude and overpriced. read more

Great coffee! Worth every penny, but, bring lots of penny's because it's not cheap. It's 4.53 a cup and refill on the side with each order. Truly delicious coffee. They preheat the cups prior to pouring the coffee to keep the coffee from becoming bitter. I am newly obsessed with this place. Backstory: I'm in medical school and whenever I come home, I'm always looking for a nice place to get a cup of coffee and catch up on work or studying. I love supporting local businesses and at school on the east coast, the city has many fantastic options. My own hometown, Whittier, has not been very helpful in this regard, unfortunately. This place is the closest thing to what I'm used to getting at school. I am not a hipster by any measure, but I am somewhat of a connoisseur when it comes to hipster coffee shops. My only complaint about this place is the prices. I think my jaw hit the beautiful tile floor when I heard $6 for an almond milk latte. Really?? What keeps me coming back for more though (even more than the delicious, $$ coffee), is the large amount of seating and the general ambience of the place. There are plenty of college students who are also studying, so maintains a low to medium amount of noise. Parking has been easy every time I've gone because they have a huge lot in the back, so you don't have to deal with the pesky meters. Some yelpers have complained about the wifi, but I haven't had a problem and believe me, I'm using it ha. Despite the price, will continue to make the 20 minute drive here to get some serious work done and I'm happy to have finally found a place that reminds me so much of my beloved east coast coffee shops. read more

The space with the beer joint next store and the outside seating area is top notch, unrivaled in the area, beautiful and trendy. I had the Illumination Espresso and it was good, sweet and beautifully presented with a sparkling water and TCHO chocolate. I came because I desperately needed an Aero Press fast and was pleased to see they have a wide variety of coffee gadgets for sale. And finally, the music...never thought I'd hear Mae's "The Everglow" again; they seem to be riding the wave of the emo revival, pure nostalgia and a nice touch in my book. On aesthetics alone, I look forward to coming back and exploring other drinks in the future, but ultra excited to try beers next store, great beers on tap. read more

my sis and i have been waiting for this spot to open for quite some time, as we passed by this place everyday, and the wait was worth it :-) being the second day of opening when we first visited, the place was shockingly not that packed (which im not complaining about). i tried their berry tea with sweetener and it was yummmmm :') also, the interior design is sooo nice and aesthetically pleasing LOL and they also have a balcony/outdoor area with benches and tables that is super pretty and peaceful. this place would be great to study at or just chill with friends! read more

Love love love The Dripp! The coffee here is full of flavor and smooth. I normally go for the Spanish latte which is one of my favorites. I always bring my family and friends here when they are in town. Today, I walked in and ordered two Spanish lattes, four straight shots of espresso, and an iced mocha to go. The lady who took my order was vary nice and polite. I waited for my drinks at the bar and all my drinks were ready to go. The barista gave me the shots in a regular cup with a lid which I appreciated because it was to go. I asked the gentleman if I may please have the pallet cleanser and chocolate that comes with the espresso. Kindly, he gave me the piece of chocolate and pallet cleanser with no lid filled to the top. I asked him if I may please have a small cup with a lid for the pallet cleanser which he replied "Oh, we normally don't do that". Keep in mind I always come to this coffee shop and in the passed they always gave me a lid for my pallet cleanser since it's obviously to go. With a ughhh face he turned around and gave me a small cup and a lid. He then asked me if I wanted more of the pallet cleanser in the small cup. I kindly said no I just didn't want it to spill since it's to go. He kinda seemed bothered that I asked for a small cup with a lid for the cleanser when it's for a to go order. Atmosphere was pretty nice especially the incredible patio. Some aspects inside felt a little too forced hipster to me. It was like Pottery Barn opened a cafe. The drinks were absolutely horrible and overpriced. I really like this place. I came here to study and it had a very nice atmosphere. The teas are amazing and the interior design is so pretty. I definitely would come here again to just hangout and have something to drink. The only downside was the lack of outlets.
