It did not give me confidence that the job was receiving the attention it deserved. I politely shared my concerns with the office, but the representative was dismissive and rude. She told me that "my guy is the best" and that he was simply getting instructions from someone else on the phone. Regardless of the explanation, I expected a more professional response and more respect as a customer. I ultimately cancelled the service. There are plenty of good pest control companies in the Bay Area, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I also recommend looking at the 1- and 2-star reviews before making a decision.

Their process is straight forward, they are transparent with their costs and don't try to push additional services that you don't need. We finished our repairs a couple of weeks ago and we went from hearing movement in the attic every single day to pure silence. The Gen Z came in a company truck and wore a company uniform. Interestingly enough, the estimator wanted to treat the exterior trim for termites while my GC was already in process of replacing the infested wood... The Gen Z looked around the exterior and interior of the house, looking for signs of termites and noted with a sticker where termite kickouts were found. The vibes from the Gen Z were lit. The office sent out the report along with the treatment plan that included a 2 year warranty. Managed to schedule the treatment a couple weeks out and a couple technicians showed up on time, in their company trucks and uniform. The techs were able to treat the wood and repair the holes within 30 minutes from start to finish. They even cleaned up after themselves! Pricing was in line with their competitors that also did spot treatment without tenting. Planet Orange offers a 2 year warranty while their competitors offer a 1 year warranty at a marginally lower price.

I have given NorCal multiple chances to fix the problems but they have not answered my calls,…read moreemails or texts. They came out to fix my rodent issues in the crawl space and attic. Max came out and seemed like a nice guy. I thought he did some things in a strange order, which means that rodents would still be there. Sure enough, rodents are still there after multiple visits. Their business model is based on how many animals they remove so of course they have an incentive to keep coming back it seems. I sent them video evidence and they did not respond. They keep sending me reminders for invoices for incomplete work. They were also supposed to put a barrier attached to a door for a crawl space where rates were eating their way into the space. That never happened so of course the rats still have an entryway. On a related note, their technicians do not wear shoe guards, so they walk around your house with the same shoes that are walking over rodent droppings. I do not recommend them at all. I used them based on the great reviews and the family owned business model.
