Good, quick service. Fair price for an oil change. Their inspection caught an issue under manufacturers warranty.

I came on Saturday and sat in the unmoving line for an hour before I bailed. I figured "eh, it's the weekend and everyone had the same idea as me - I get it. So I'm here on a Tuesday morning. Line is much shorter but still 2 deep in each stall. There are four guys working today and they seem to be all just walking in circles but not actually doing anything. I came for an inspection with one vehicle in front of me. 45 mins later (never saw them do anything to the truck in front of me. (Oil change I guess?) I finally pulled into the stall and was immediately asked about what oil I wanted. . The guy was like "bro, this is an inspection, WTH!?" This is also the guy that asked me why I was here when I pulled up so....not sure who he was yelling at. Anyway, it's now been 20 mins since I was asked to get out of the truck and go wait in the office. Still the same circle-walking. (Also, I'm now standing out front because something died in that office.) Since my normal mechanic shop stopped doing inspections because it was "no longer worth it", I had to come to this place. Never again. I'll spend the next year finding a better place and tell everyone I know not to come here. I'm at 1:10mins as of this writing. Someone shoot me please. Don't get me wrong. The guys are nice enough. It's just clearly no sense of urgency or organization.

UPDATE 9/12/2026: Paid my dues, was unhappy and just wanted them out of my hair. Left an unhappy review. The next day after paying my dues (for the coolant) they call me to finally break down the pricing (after multiple times of dodging my requests for it). Turns out they were charging me for a diagnostic too. but they failed to mention that IF they ran 2 diagnostic instead of 1, one of them would be free. if only 1 diagnostic was done then it would be full price. they NEVER told me they were only going to do one diagnostic. FAILED COMMUNICATION WHY ARE YOU GUYS NOT UPFRONT ABOUT PRICING AND CHARGES, YOU SHOULD NOT WAIT UNTIL THE CUSTOMER ASKS ABOUT IT. Unless i'm reading the receipt incorrectly, nowhere does it say that i was charged for a diagnostic. multiple reviews on google and yelp about them taking advantage of women. taking advantage of a single mom of 4. taking advantage of an elderly woman. and now taking advantage of a FULL TIME COLLEGE STUDENT. Calling customers even after they have paid just to harass them is NOT appropriate whatsoever. I genuinely did not see the point in making the phone call if I already paid. If you'd like better reviews and happier customers please be more compassionate towards others. as a service worker myself, you guys should know WAY better than to treat customers this way. I will be doing the most that i can to report these unethical practices. Corporate will be called, reports will be made, location numbers will be provided, and names will be mentioned. It should have been an obvious sign when one of their own employees told me while giving me a ride back home to go to autozone instead. EVEN YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES ARE AWARE OF THE UNETHICAL PRACTICES GOING ON HERE. ORIGINAL REVIEW 9/11/2026: told them to fill up my coolant because I was going to a different repair shop (after being quoted an insane pricing. $2.2k just to change my radiator+heater hose is ridiculous. i'm sure they purposely threw in some add ons or stuff that just didn't need to be touched). They were trying to charge me $141 just to fill it up! They reduced it down to $111 which is still an insane amount just for this service. Seemed like they were trying to dodge the breakdown of the cost. The labor cost for this service was $99.99, I promise you they barely broke a sweat doing this. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!! other than that, dude hispanic dude with the tattoos is cool lol

My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care. And to top it off, Grayson even identified the likely cause of my heat issue that the dealership wanted to fix the expensive way. All through a quick conversation and review of my car's issues. I'll be bringing my car back to fix that in a few weeks. Kenneth's Car Care has earned all my future business for brakes, heat, oil changes, and more. Don't waste your time and money at the dealership or another repair shop. Come here first. You will be glad you did.

Other than that they totally failed. The day the car was towed in I met with a service tec who told me they would start tearing down the truck the next day to do an estimate. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called. I was told my service tech no longer worked there. I told the lady on the phone, "that's your problem not mine." So then I got a new service tech who repeatedly mislead me, missed deadlines, never retuned calls. What's more, I told him I had an aftermarket grill panel and was told that State Farm would only pay for Ford stock items. So I told him, I had the original chrome Ford grill out in my garage and they could use that one and I dropped it off. He asked if they should compare my old grill to the one they were ordering from a used parts house and I said NO. When I came to finally pick up my truck they had used the new used grill anyway. The cost was only $288, and since I had waited 6 weeks for my truck I just decided to take it anyway. Then a few days later I get a final estimate from State Farm and that $288 grill now cost $950!!!!!! Are you kidding me? It's plastic and I plan to remove it anyway and replace with the aftermarket grill. So State Farm is the one being ripped off. Maybe I should just let it go but it galls me that they would rip everyone off at the last minute. My final bill went up $2000! That is just criminal. I have no idea if a guy named Kenneth still owns the place but if he does, he must own a mansion and have membership at Kingwood Country Club with all the scammed money he has made. 1 star is the lowest and that is what Kenneth's gets. Caveat Emptor, Buyer Beware!
