A long over due Review as its been 6 months since. I was ready to rip all my carpet out that I installed 14 years ago, wood floors downstairs and all carpet upstairs. I noticed that with a regular maid service and being a splash on the clean freak edge, I always had dust on my furniture and the dust war was on going! So I starting thinking about what really creates it and how to stop it? and for the last several years I had used a chem dry process, and after really taking a hard look into the process, it tends to leave a lot of dirt down deep and once its dry it works up with every motion, like like basic foot traffic. So I wanted to go back to a regular carpet cleaning service and get down deep and give it another try before dropping the cash to strip out the carpet and continue with wood floors upstairs too, or a really low profile carpet/ designer style with less dirt penetration. So I was on the hunt for a new carpet cleaner when after a few conversations I had spoken with Mark, his price was higher then I have ever paid before, average cleaning was $150.00 to $225.00 and they were out in 35-60 minute leaving me with a wet house and feet till night fall. End result was a dedicated day on my carpet, great knowledge and he made my old carpet look like new, even my friends were impressed. I spoke to Mark the owner. We talked for nearly an hour. We arranged for him to come over. The following week he came over, measured everything and then we sat down and chatted about aspects of carpet care, best care practices, and even took the time to share his thoughts and expertise in choosing the best flooring for our new house being remodeled. He gave us good questions to ask the carpet and flooring people that later proved invaluable. I scheduled Mark to clean the carpets 2 weeks later. He was very receptive to how to enter the house, how to lock up after and receptive to pet care. The carpet in 3 of our rooms was quite dirty. In addition to the typical dirt tracked in from our shoes, we have two cats and we occasionally dog-sit. Our cats peed on our carpet at least 25 times over the past 3 years. Our cats vomited on our carpet at least 100 times over the past 3 years.
