No regrets at all - they are timely, professional, and decently priced (though I am definitely the type of person who would overpay for dry cleaning for peace of mind that my clothes will not get lost or ruined). They also have a drive-through system which is amazing if you don't come during peak hours. A little confusing to get to based on the roads, but plenty of parking out front as well if you decide to forego the convenience. These guys are awesome. Super friendly. Dropped some stuff off as a first time customer a few weeks back including a white Hugo Boss linen suit jacket that I was prepared to donate because of all the stains on it from weddings and nights out. I did not point out any stains on this jacket because I had already written the jacket off after a few dry cleanings. No dry cleaner I had been to before could get the stains out of it (including an entire Guinness pint spilled down the back/ side/ arm). When I went to pick up all of my cleaning the next day (they do same day service), they said one of the pieces still was going through cleaning so to come back for that piece the next day. It was my white blazer. I came back the next day for the jacket and let me say, the jacket looks brand new. It is spotless and looks like it is unworn. I don't know how these guys do such a good job and genuinely care about your clothes at such a reasonable price. I will be a customer as long as I live in Dallas! read more

If I could give "zero" stars...I would. The staff is friendly - so I guess that's the star. This place is so terrible, I've insisted that my husband and I use separate dry cleaning bags so that I can take my things elsewhere. He has seen the awful quality of my cleaning...but they are on the way to work and he likes the convenience of the drive-thru. Me? I prefer my clothes are actually cleaned when I pay for them. On several occasions...I've had to bring my clothes back and point out the section of the clothing where it is obvious that it had not been cleaned. I'm pretty sure they press your pants but don't clean them unless you complain. It's UNBELIEVABLE how many times this had happened. It would leave you scratching your head why I still went back...and why my husband still does. This place is HORRIBLE. If you don't like paying for low quality service...don't be fooled by the convenience of a drive-thru. read more

Went here to get my wedding dress cleaned. They were by far the least expensive from the places I researched. However, when I got my wedding dress back, my ivory silk buttons had turned a dark brown/yellow. Thankfully, only the buttons were discolored, but it was still odd and disappointing to see. read more

I had a new pair of dress pants, about 3 months old, and dry cleaned by them twice. No where else. First time I was really happy with it but this last time, they came back stained. You can see a spray like pattern discoloration on the front side of the left leg. While it isnt blatantly noticeable, its definitely ruined. I've never had a problem with quality, care, or prices. And really, that's all it takes. Look: trying a dry cleaner for the first time is uncomfortable. You're handing over your literal dirty laundry, but at the same time praying that your $100 jacket isn't a mess when you pick it up. I have made several trips to this location with no problems at all. The price is reasonable compared to other locations. They will provide you with a bag for quick drop-off if you set up your credit card for auto-charge. Best of all, they have the friendliest service of any dry cleaner I've ever done business with. I love the drive thru - even when it gets busy, they are able to handle several customers at a time. When I have come in with issues (buttons, zippers) they have been handled with little input from me and at a very reasonable price. I've also brought a comforter for cleaning here and it was cleaned and placed in a nice comforter bag for $20-$30. I only wished they offered a real laundry service as well. Their current laundry service is by-the-item instead of by-the-pound. We could be giving them and additional ~$50/week in business if they offered a by-the-pound service, but it doesn't appear they want to get into the launder-and-fold business. Overall I have been happy with my experience here and would recommend to others. read more

I was a little apprehensive about trying the dry cleaner for the first time (..that's what adults to do!), but my experience at this place makes me return time and time again for an easy way to clean my germy, pen-marked white coats. Simply drop off and pay up front, and the receipt will show you what time your items will be available (usually by 5pm same day if you drop off by 9am, or next day if you're not an early bird!) and their opening hours-- pretty convenient :) you'll have to swap the receipt for your item when you return to pick up, so don't throw it away! The staff members are super nice and are pros navigating the whimsical world of whirling clothes zipping past on the racks in the back to find your item~ as for the dry cleaning quality, for under $5 an item, they have come back with pen-mark stains removed (yay!) and lapels ironed pretty well, but they come back with tiny bits of fuzz (from other clothing getting cleaned, I'm guessing). Wished they would use the sticky adhesive rollers to clean it up if it was obvious enough for me to see before I even got to the car :/ They have a drive through service, tailoring, and plenty of parking spots in the front and back~ I'm definitely going back soon for the convenience and overall good service; hopefully they will start de-fuzzing the coats for me! read more

When I got the shirt back it looked as wrinkled as it did when I dropped it off except the sleeves have a crease. I used them because of their in by 8am out by 5pm same day dry cleaning. I called around to a number of dry cleaners and even though I feel like I hear people say the phrasing "same day service" related to dry cleaning, I didn't find it on people's websites and a couple places I called didn't answer the phone. One place answered and said "in by 9 and out by 6pm but we close at 6:30pm" which I thought might be too narrow a window. I actually got back to the Dry Clean Super Center at around 4:30pm to pick up my clothes and they were ready early which was nice. I did think their prices were a tad more expensive and they seemed heavy on the starch on the one shirt I had that I had asked them to put medium starch on, but my dresses were done well and that had been the reason I had gone. They are not where I will go for regular dry cleaning because it is not the most convenient location for me, but if I need guaranteed same day service again for some reason, I will go to the Dry Clean Super Center. read more

I was suggested to go to dry Clean super center by a friend with the promise of 'good, fast dry cleaning that is cheaper than you pay' and boy was he right. starting from the ease of driving in, to the friendliness of the Staff, Dry Clean Super Center is a great stop on my day is chores. They get my husband's desired starch just right every time, I don't have to worry about them ripping me off because the prices are great, and it is always done for me the next day. I haven't used the drive up for pick up option yet but it seems fairly straight forward. They have the cleaning on site and they are able to do it super fast. The guys that work there are so friendly. Even if I'm having a bad day they say hello and are accommodating. It was great to use the 3 free items when you check in on Yelp. I also recently got a coupon at home for more free items! Will definitely be using this place for my regular and possibly harder cleaning. Since moving to Dallas I've tried 2-3 places and this by far is the better cleaner and great price. They are right off 75 so easy to get too as well! read more
