JC at the office was very informative and knowledgeable about all packages offered and was able to answer all our questions. Eric did our home inspection and I appreciate how thorough he was. We were given a four hour time frame and he took two hours for a 1500 sq ft house including sewage and mold. He explained everything to us in detail while we were there and inspection report came the following day which was a Saturday and the mold inspection is expected the following Tuesday. I would definitely use Green Valley again and would recommend to everyone!

I thought everything went well but some costly issues were discovered right after closing. I believe these issues should have been discovered in the inspection. 1. The upstairs bathtub was not filled and tested. After the first shower, water was leaking into the downstairs ceiling. 2. The washer and upstairs bathroom drains were not inspected and water was leaking out of the sewer pipe under the house. John sent a robot under the house but didn't run the water while it was there and he didn't physically go under the house so the leak was missed. 3. The dryer vent was never tested. It was completely clogged and blocked which is one one the leading causes of household fires. My agent contacted the owner who was completely unhelpful and unsympathetic to our complaints.

We were so grateful for his patience and expertise, and believe me when I say we *really* peppered him with questions. He enjoys teaching and sharing his experience with others, and even encouraged us to reach out to him afterwards if we had more questions. After the first sale fell through, we made an offer on a different property and requested Jeff to come inspect that one, too. Once again, he took his time to carefully review his findings with us. I love DIY home projects so I especially appreciated his tips on which repair items he would do himself and why. If you're interested in learning more about how homes are built, how to maintain and care for an older home, or just generally want to improve your confidence and competence as a homeowner, I definitely recommend Elite and Jeff Shankle in particular.

Trevor Connell of DryAgain is awesome! He was efficient, thorough, and a pleasure to work with…read more We have a Lake Arrowhead mountain rental 75 miles from home. The tenants reported water leaks in the south-facing wall, under the sink, in the roof, and at a sliding door leading to the deck. We had mold upstairs and downstairs. Completely unsafe for the tenants. Often working with contractors, even when you are nearby, is challenging. Imagine my fears trying to "manage this" from afar. With Trevor, though, no worries! He was communicative, responsive, and sent pictures and documentation all throughout the process. He explained what he would do; how long it would take and provided a detailed estimate. Sealing all the leaks took weeks. But Trevor was there for us all the time. I never felt I needed to drive up and see for myself. Things are now sealed (with the help of another great contractor, John Forbess). Great team work between the two. We now have certifications and lab reports showing no mold or fungus. My wife and I feel so blessed to have found Trevor. Best yet, through out the ordeal, no surprise "add-on's" on the original price for the work. That is integrity! Hopefully, we will never have to go through anything like this again, with our other properties. But if we do, DryAgain will be my first call!

The ceiling had started turning gray in one spot so we were pretty sure there was a leak. Trevor responded promptly, came and took a look at that area as well as a couple other areas we suspected would have mold. Throughout the process he was professional, friendly, and good at communicating about any scheduling changes. He also was good about keeping us aware of what areas had a lot of mold, and when one area only had a little mold he cut a little less than expected and even gave us the lower of the two estimates he had originally given based on the job going smoothly and that area not being very extensive. His pricing was reasonable for the job, and his work was great! He cleaned up after himself (no piles of dust from the drywall), and was unphased when he was opening our drywall and a bat flew out of the wall! He even made sure to tape up the plastic over that room's doorway extra well when he was done to keep the bat out of the rest of our living spaces until we could get a company out to take care of the bat issue. When he left, everything was clean and contained. He also helped us identify where the leak was coming in after everything was opened and now we know what area to look at for fixing the leak completely. Thanks, Trevor!

It was during a snowstorm, and a power outage, and I was desperate for assistance. After speaking with Robert, with Blue Van Restoration, he assured me that he would be at my home at 6 o'clock, and at 6 o'clock, he arrived! For the next three days, he helped clean up the water that continued to run through my home, and he continued to come back every day, until my house was dry, and everything could be put back together. In January 2023, the same thing happened, after extensive rains. Robert arrived at my house within 20 minutes, assisted me with getting the water under control, as much as possible, and came back the following day to make sure that everything was going well. He has continued to follow up with calls and texts, to make sure my house is now in the process of drying out. There is nobody kinder, more professional, more reliable, than Robert with Blue Van Restoration. I cannot recommend him enough. He is an amazing human being, a talented professional, and has twice now saved my house from water damage. I will forever be grateful to Robert. I am hopeful that this will never happen again, but if it does, I know exactly who I should call. The community is blessed to have an amazing service. like Blue Van Restoration, for water damage prevention. Robert is the best! My twin sister's home also flooded on the lower level, twice. Once from a faulty valve, and then from a broken pipe. Both times Robert did the cleanup. He saved her home from water damage, and was just as responsive, professional, and thorough for her, as he was for me. I wish that the rating on YELP could show a MILLION stars for Robert, and Blue Van Restoration. Robert is epically amazing!! Thank you!
