They had no other batteries. They reached out to the Columbia Best Buy which had the correct battery, but couldn't get to mine that day because "they had other phones to work on." They then incorrectly informed me that the Annapolis Apple Store had the correct battery, which they did not. They couldn't even process my refund correctly and charged me for making my phone completely non-functional! I spoke to both the Geek Squad and store managers who did nothing to help me and acted as if they bore no responsibility for putting a dead battery in my phone. They kept saying they offered me multiple options to get my phone fixed, but when I asked which option would result in my phone getting fixed that day, they can no idea. This was even after I informed them I needed my phone for work. This on top of generally slow service, awkward interactions, and huge lines at the Geek Squad area. I did not feel cared for as a customer and will not be going back.

I came in looking for a laptop that fit my budget and my business needs (lots of Zoom calls, content creation, and video editing), and they immediately recommended the perfect one for me -- the HP OmniBook 5 Copilot+ PC, 14" 2K OLED Touch-Screen Laptop, Snapdragon X Plus, 16GB Memory. They made the process seamless, easy, and even fun! I honestly felt like a celebrity when they asked to take a photo with me, and I even walked out with a free Snapdragon tumbler. Not only did they not re-install the back plate of my PC case (leaving a giant hole in the back for dust to get in), but I later found out that the network adapter they gave me doesn't support Bluetooth, where as my old motherboard did, which I wasn't warned about... The price was UP THERE but probably fair, given that they replaced the whole motherboard, and while it took a long time, that was mostly due to them having to wait for the new motherboard to arrive. Still, the only reason I'm even willing to give two stars is the fact that it FUNCTIONS after they returned it. EDIT: Since yelp is annoying and doesn't let you(?) delete reviews. The bluetooth issue SEEMS to be an issue of my Windows install being borked, not at all Compu Computers' fault as far as I can tell.
