Unsure if maybe the order got lost in the shuffle, or perhaps someone else accidentally grabbed it, but it was nice that they quickly resolved the issue once it became known to them. The drink was okay, which I was fine with because the main appeal was supposed to be the Halloween-themed design. I realized too late that my drink didn't come with the chocolate syrup drizzled on top that others' did, which was unfortunate. The cafe was beautifully decorated, and it's clear that there was a lot of thought and heart put into the design. The shop was also nice to check out, with a great collection of items with a nice mission and message behind each product. However, it is a bit tight to go through the aisles when it is busy. The drinks themselves were so unique and wildly different from one another. I was initially pretty skeptical about an espresso with lemon and peach but it ended up being my favorite one. My only complaint is their base espresso on it's own was one of the more bitter ones I have tried, but mixed into their drinks it was great. I couldn't recommend this experience more highly.
