They fry them and decorate/flavor them on the spot. Fresh donuts actually made to order, with great customer service to boot. On their first day back in business after temporarily closing for COVID-19, I went to pick up some donuts, not knowing their timeline of operations. I requested "the beach" and was given the "beach ball" instead (totally different donuts if you look them up) and Scott, the manager graciously refunded me for three donuts instead of one. Then I found out that they opened in March, were open for three weeks, had to close the next three weeks, and then they reopened for curbside. Their service was amazing. The employees see you from their storefront so all you need to do is park and wait. They'll come to you! And ordering with the app was so easy and fast. We ordered a dozen different donuts and they all taste so good. I would recommend the bacon in the sun, though. One of my favorites so far! read more

What a wonderful experience! I wasn't expecting to get to build my own donuts. I thought I'd walk in and this would be a regular donut place. They have a menu with suggestions or you can make your own. The donuts are fresh fried. They the. Head to the topping station. Then viola! Custom fresh donuts! The entire staff was EXCELLENT! I mean some of the most kind and friendly people I've come across in service. There was a line and I expected to be waiting a while but it went shockingly fast. I've given this place more chances than I should. Today, the donuts were great and the young lady at the counter who made them was friendly and smiling, it was the drink that sucked. They gave me an iced latte and I checked my receipt making sure I didn't make the mistake and put iced down. I didn't, it was supposed to be hot. I told the girl this in a polite way and she said "oh I'll let him know" and she told a young man with curly hair by the espresso counter that it was supposed to be hot. I sat down for maybe not even two minutes and he comes straight over to me to hand me my drink in a hot cup. I said thanks and left. Down the road going home I took a sip and realized the drink was completely cold. I am 99% positive he just put my previous drink into a hot cup and pretended he remade it. The donuts here are assembled and dressed right in front of you when ordering. Some of the best donuts I've tried here include Bacon In The Sun which includes maple icing and chopped up bits of bacon, Blueberry Pancake which has blueberry icing and drizzled with maple syrup, and Peanut Butter Paradise which has peanut butter icing and a chocolate drizzle. There are so many other options to choose from and every single one of them have been great. My first time in this establishment and the manager greeted me and made me feel welcomed which was a great start!
