The worst service I've encountered and the person who identified themselves as the manager had the worst customer service consideration I've experienced in a long time. I ordered via doordash and contacted the driver to determine if he might possibly have my missing it, to which he replied he picked up the only item with my name on which was a box of dozen donuts. The manager initially revealed that they had a large influx of customers and couldn't keep up with what the doordash driver but was certain the bag that contained the item she alleged was supposed to be with the box of donuts should've been there. She never apologized and the only solution she offered was to call the delivery service which had already been done. Even in the small town I live in the manager reviewed footage from their video and several times found out they failed to deliver the missing item which when discussed with her she informed me that that was not their problem and I should contact the delivery service. I tried one of the donuts and most definitely would never return since it was so bad the dogs wouldn't eat the old fashioned plain glazed donut which was shocking since they'll any food item that touches the floor. Never again and my grandsons took one bite each and said worst donuts ever. Next time we'll take Uber to Round Rock donut which was my original plan. read more

The first thing you need to know about this donut shop is that it is not visible from Dessau road as it is nestled into a strip center along with some fast food outlets. Upon entry, they do have three tables to sit at and a coffee bar with fresh ground coffee beans. They also have a refrigerator full of other drink choices. This is definitely a great place to stop on your early-morning commute because they are open at 5 AM and close at 1 PM. It seems their kolaches are the first thing to go and they even offer Boudin sausage kolaches. I really enjoyed their bacon and egg croissant sandwich. This was definitely the perfect breakfast stop and their prices are quite reasonable. read more

This place was bought out a year or so ago and it's not worth coming to anymore. They don't have a great selection, they didn't give us everything we asked for. And they stack the glazed donuts together in bags causing them to stick to each other and the paper bag, becoming quite the mess. read more

I needed to get something for my sons school Christmas party... everyone has been sick at our house and this slipped through the cracks while were have all been miserable! So I ran over to Pflugerville donuts. The line was almost out he door! But I stepped in... I mean where else was I going to go quickly? However as I stood in line I watched the supply dwindle and dwindle! I started to worry that there would not be anything left by the time I got to the counter... So I called two other places in Town to see if I could reserve some and I'd run there to get them. Both places I called told me they were out and they could not help. So I stayed in line. The amazing thing was... as I got closer the supply kept replenishing... more and more kept coming from the back. As I got closer still I could see the back baking area and there was the owner... still cooking... and preparing more. The line didn't go down either... with each person who got some another came in and got in the line! When I got to the counter I was sure they was no way they could help me... but they did!! 5 dozen worth without batting an eye! I was delighted! The class would be delighted... and from the looks of it everyone in line would get theirs too! What an amazing no quit attitude! Hats off to a truly great family run establishment! read more

I love this place! The first time I called the girl that answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful not to mention patient. I had a fairly large order and she was able to complete it within 15 min considering I called last minute. The breakfast croissants were absolutely delicious!! My team loved them and we have opted to have these for breakfast for every staff meeting. The lady up front was also kind enough to give us a few donuts. read more

I have been to many independent donut shops across Texas and Pflugerville Donuts is probably the best. Extremely friendly staff and great prices for quality donuts. They have a wide selection of donuts to fit any taste. I am a big donut fan and I've been doing my best to touch all donut shops in the area. I stopped by this morning and received a warm welcome. The shop had a nice warm feeling to it and smell. I choose a triangle donut hole design- 3 donut holes together (never seen that it was awesome), an Apple fritter, and a caramel raised donut. They were all so fresh! The Apple fritter was not overwhelming and crispy and glazed just right. They have a nice selection of drinks if you choose to buy something to go with it (coffee, orange juice and milk products). They are usually out of my favorite donut, an "old-fashioned " or cruller. I've asked them to bake more several times, and asked them to pass that message on to the managers or owners.
