Thankfully, in another review, someone mentioned their name, as I wasn't sure of the company's name. I called, getting Mary Jane on the phone with her perky voice! Mary Jane gave me a quick initial quote for 10 vents and let me know how much any additional vents would cost, and that the dryer vent was part of the package. I was able to get on their calendar quickly! Chuck and Alastair arrived and got to work, once I was able to introduce the dogs. The two of them were friendly and professional, letting me know what was happening next. They made sure to replace everything they needed to move to gain access to the vents, plus they put in a new air filter as they were finishing the intake for the system! They're busy, it's a local small group, they did respond within 3 to 4 business days. When it came time for the job, they were communicative and let me know when they were set to arrive. I needed to make some last-minute adjustments to the projects that I had initially ordered, and they accommodated without any issues.
