I have been here 2 times now and my experiences are on the opposite ends of the spectrums. First time- I was thrilled when I saw a drive thru car wash! I don't always need a vacuum but my outside can get dirty! And for just 10 bucks?! Deal! There is a fun light show and then I pulled out and in to the vacuum stalls. They had rags to wipe off the extra water, which there wasn't much, and vacuums to clean my car! Great 4 star experience. Second time-I came back and bought another 10 dollar car wash. This time I was informed that I couldn't use the vacuum station. No problem. However this time the wash was older and didn't work as well. There was so much water left over on my car. I really needed to wipe it off but couldn't. So while there may have been no dirt on my car, it would now be covered in water marks. Not good. Today I put a cup with a root beer freeze on top of my car. It fell off and spilled all down the side, so I drove over to this car wash to get it off as soon as possible. The customer service was fine, but I was incredibly disappointed to learn that there was a large scratch down the side of my 3 month old car after it went through the wash. I'm hoping it will be buffed out, but I got this 2023 car in May and I've been taking excellent care of it, so to see a long scratch along the side of the car after I leave this car wash was pretty infuriating. Also, it's clear they raise the gas price for the sole purpose of people taking advantage of the "discount" when they purchase a wash. Also, I paid for the most expensive wash with tire dressing and protective coat, but honestly, I don't think I got any of that with how quickly I breezed through the wash. Very disappointed with my car wash package that was supposed to include wheel treatment. Wheels look worse than when I went in now that they have been wet- dirty and streaky. I came here on 8/23 in the afternoon and paid for their $43.99 car wash. When I was being rang up for it, I noticed he entered it as a $19.99 car wash but charged me for the $43.99 car wash. I asked for a reciept and he said he would get it to me later. Makes me think something shady is going on but who knows. The car wash service is lacking - my windshield seems to have some sort of residue on it and it's very hard to see. I have tried to remove it and no luck. Also, I notice some places were not cleaned very well. If you're looking for a detailed car wash, this is not the one. I called them on 8/29, 9/4, 9/10, 9/17 and left voicemails. Today 9/20 I called and actually spoke to someone who was very rude and clearly didn't care about my experience as a paying customer. I explained I left voicemails and no one called me back, he said they have no voicemail, I said yes they do, he said well maybe after hours. I went to their website and bought the $9.99 Unlimited Lucky Duck package and drove through my first wash today. The drive thru wash was pretty standard, but I was entertained by the pretty colored lights that flashed throughout as I sat in my car. The blow dryer at the end was super powerful enough to get almost all the water off my car. After the wash, there are about 10 semi-shaded stalls for you to finish off the details of your car. Tools like long-hosed vacuums, compressed air hose for blowing out floor mats, clean micro fiber rags to dry off water spots, and large trash cans with wide openings are all provided at each stall. This is great for all those picky people that leave bad reviews for car wash places saying that "they missed a spot"-- do it yourself then!!! I think the $9.99 intro is a great value for their top line wash- $29.99/mo after the promo ends. But still, not a terrible price for unlimited visits, considering other locations would charge just as much for one visit and would probably not put the same attention of detail into your car as you would if you did it yourself. read more

I SHOULD HAVE TIPPED MYSELF!!!!!! I've been going to this gas station/car wash for years. It's a very convenient location near my favorite Ace Hardware. I don't get my car washes very often and don't like to wash it myself; especially during a drought. I hate seeing wasted water running down the street! The first thing I noticed was that one gas island was now just two lanes leading to the carwash. I had to do a u-turn to get to the gas island and then a another u-turn to get in the car wash lane. I gave the attendant my free carwash, valued at $18.00, that came in the mail. He explained how the operation worked and mentioned that I WOULD HAVE TO VACUUM AND WIPE DOWN THE CAR MYSELF!!!! He gave me a Dashwipe and asked if I want to join the monthly wash club. I declined and entered the loudest, scariest carwash I've ever. I thought the brushes were going to take off my side mirrors! After that ordeal, I parked the car at the vacuum/wipe down station and went to get the vacuum hose. I noticed there is a 7 minute time limit to use the vacuum. Fortunately, there were hoses on each side of the car and unlimited cloth wipes. At 8:30 am, it was already 72 degrees! When I was done, I thought about all the guys who used to work there, relying on tips and now there gone. I don't use the self check out at grocery stores for the same reason; it takes away jobs. I've been coming to this car wash for almost 8 years. I actually come here every other week, if not every Saturday. I feel up with gas, get silver wash, empty my trash and get in like like every one else.... but last 3 visits have been the same, and the last which will be my last, ended in disrespect and miss treatment.... I went into pay, while i was paying for car wash my car was parked at the pump. You get discount for fill up. I didn't feel up today and didn't receive discount on wash that's ok. The last 3 times though, people pull into car wash line, leave their car, and go to pay for their car wash. The last three times I have already payed, 2 of them while paying for gas also, return to my car to get in line and now to watch people who were in line to pay behind me, didn't purchase gas i know have to sit behind as i pull into line watching them return to there unattended cars with gaps of cars already gone through making everyone wait for them. I've complained 2 times, i didn't think to this time as they have never honored their customers service. This time thou, after watching 2 line cutters, when it was mine turn i made sure doors were unlocked and then took eva to hobby town close by. I know the owner mike mann there and i went to use restroom as car wash doesn't have one. i can see what's going from window and i'm in the same parking lot. after i return to cash merchants telling me that they can clean because my door was locked. that's not true i tell him i checked all doors to be sure it was unlocked and i left drivers door open. Also my seats were moved and went starting my car the windshield whippers turned on from them whipping the lever and moving it. also the carpet was cleaned and windows cleaned. I told the merchant that the car was unlocked what are you talking about, and he motioned for me to leave.... In 8 years of me coming here spending at least 50 dollar a month often more, I left and will never return. This car wash is not what it used to be. I used to come here when I was new to the area and lived nearby. It was always on my mind to come here since I'm always in the area after I take my son to school. I got here at 745am and the owner said it wasn't open yet. I said, it's okay I'll come back and if I could prepay the car wash. He agreed and I said I'll go to Starbucks. I went to Starbucks and when I came back a few minutes before 8am, two cars were already in line. Had the guy told me this I would've waited since I have another appointment at 9am. Went through the machine wash, it was uneventful. Then I was instructed to park to where they hand clean the car. I took out the stuff from my trunk and completely emptied the inside as well as the trunk so nothing will be in the way of cleaning it. I waited by the benches and a nice older lady customer came and sat by me. We chatted for 45 minutes and found out she was a regular customer. She said she liked coming here because they give a card that they mark and after several washes, you get a free car wash. Now I've come to this place many times in the past and nobody offered me that. I was going to ask about it but I had to run because when the guy got done with my car, it was almost time for my next appointment in Walnut Creek. I left in a hurry and gave a guy a good tip as I was happy that I could still make the appointment and the lady I chatted with was nice. Plus he put back all the stuff that I had taken out of my car including the booster seat, helmet, scooter, a case of water bottles, and a small emergency bag. When I started to drive my car and changed the gear, I noticed that it was still dirty like it hasn't even been cleaned. Every time I stopped at a light I'd glanced around my car and I'd find spots that were still dirty specially in between the seats in the front. They were still very dirty plus water marks on the trunk. Needless to say, they did a bad job of cleaning my car. If I want my car cleaned this way I'd have my 7 year old do it. He'd be happy to do it for free. I won't be coming back at this place. With the money I spent at this place I could've gotten a handheld vacuum at Kohl's. Then I'd just go to the Arco gas station on Monument to get the outside of my car cleaned for a lot cheaper. I bought the cheapest car wash available at Texaco ($8) and pulled up to the car wash after filling my tank. There's a "stop here" sign to your left. I stopped. And waited. And waited. And.... you get it. Finally a man came out and took my receipt. He just started walking away. Did he even work there? I called out, "sir, do I pull forward? Sir? What do I do now?" And he seriously walked away from me. I waited again. Finally he came back and motioned (wordless man, ain't ya?) for me to pull forward. I do and was surprised at the effort he put in at this point, given the lack of effort before. He gave my car a pretty good scrubby-scrub with his soapy brush. I then shut off the engine, put it in neutral, and the machine pulled me forward. I prefer touchless, but this is my beater Explorer so it was fine with the cloths. Although it did sound like they were going to come through my roof! They were hitting the car pretty hard. Which is funny because my back window is only attached on one side and I was positive the brushes would rip it right off, but it held on! After the wash the car was wiped down and windows dried (mostly) by two men. I tipped when they were about halfway done, thanked them, and drove off. I didn't need it dry, just wanted it clean. Totally worth the price I paid. Now that I've washed her, I imagine it'll rain in a couple days :) but you never know... read more
