This has been our go to laundromat for several years now…read more Clean, always has a friendly attendant, and units are in good operational order...it's clear the owners and staff keep up with daily and routine maintenance. Lint traps are cleaned regularly (which means dryers work efficiently), they clean out the washer soap dispensers and wipe down the units, and allow the washer basins to dry out at the end of the day (so no mildew washers.) Prices have gone up compared to when we first discovered this place, but that's not a surprise nowadays...what is nice is that it doesn't feel like they're price-gpuging compared to some other laundromats. They have 38 dryers; four of them were out of service as of mid-Jan 2025. They technically have five different sizes of washers: * Two $8.00 "Magnum Load" washers = 8 baskets * Seven $6.00 "Mega/Maxi Load Express" washers = 4 baskets * Six $5.25 "Maxi Load" washers (these don't have any basket equivalency symbols on them) * Fourteen $4.25 "Triple Load" washers = three baskets * Three $3.50 smaller front loaders, which if I had to guess are "two baskets" in volume (and take about 10min longer than the other units) * There are six top-loaders ("single load" maybe?) but they're not in operation anymore. They have a wash-n-fold service, but I've never used it. I do witness others use it though, and the customers seem pleased enough. They appear to bag and tag loads/machines throughout the process to keep things from getting mixed up. Main downside is the minimal parking lot. They have half a dozen spaces in front , and then a shared lot on the side which is technically open to laundry customers on the weekends. Street parking is available but really limited as well. As long as you schedule your laundry sessions outside of busy periods (late morning weekends through afternoons), you should have a minimal/non-existent wait for machines

Normally the staff is very pleasant. I haven't come here and the machines are broken down or out of service. And if for some reason they are, they are labeled. And it's clear that they're not in working order. Also I would say the prices are very reasonable. There's definitely a good amount of parking and there's street parking close by so that's a benefit if the parking lot is ever packed. I would say most days the laundry mat is pretty mellow. Gets busy but I havent had much trouble where I havent been able to wash my clothes. Overall this is my go to spot to wash.

Someone somewhere needs to figure out how to make doing laundry into a FUN experience so that I can write a 5-star review for a laundromat someday. That said, I hate coming here, but it must be doing its job satisfactorily because I keep choosing it as the venue for this necessary evil in my life. I love the fact that this place uses re-loadable cards for payment, completely eliminating the need to deal with quarters. But that and its sheer size are about the only things remarkable about this place. The machines work fine, some better than others, same with dryers... nothing noteworthy except that there are a LOT of them. And lots of different sizes as well. Even when it's crowded I've never yet had to wait for washers or dryers. I don't always get my first choice of machines and/or folding areas, but I get it done. It's much better to come during non-peak hours (so later in the evening or even on a week night) to avoid the flocks of children playing racing games with the laundry carts and/or pushy women elbowing their way in to your folding space. But that's typical, can't blame the mat. The cleanliness is so/so - clean compared to a public bus, but far from restaurant standards. The bathroom is disgusting: just hold it. There are plenty of televisions playing sponge bob and/or sporting events. There are vending machines with both food and laundry supplies and some video games for entertainment. There is a liquor store right across the street where you can get a beverage and a snack while you're waiting for your laundry to finish. It's nice that they have plenty of parking in their lot. It's not-so-nice that the spots are so tiny that you can't open your car door wide enough to fit your laundry basket through without hitting the car next to you. I solve that problem by pulling out and pulling up next to the door to load and unload. Unfortunately, not everyone has that courtesy and some choose the 'dinging the car next to them' option instead. All in all, not a very pleasant experience, but it gets the job done with minimal hassle.

What was weird is she walked away and he began explaining it to a completely random customer. Trying to have someone agree with him. The reason why I'm making this post is because the next person who used that washing machine had the same issue. It was a man and when he approached motorcycle guy he immediately was receptive to what the guy had to say. And that lady was still there drying her clothes and he didn't say anything to her about it. I just felt as if that seemed racist (she was a person of color) and misogynist.

I used to wash my clothes sometimes twice and rewash them and soak them here. I hadn't been here for a year and I recently came back and they have BRAND NEW WASHERS. These washers wash incredibly good. I no longer have to use the top washer. I use the front loading washer now. It has a setting where it pre-washes the clothes rinses them and then I add detergent and it washes it a second time for me. It even has a setting where it'll wash your clothes essentially three times and rinse it twice. It has a setting where it can wash your clothes for almost 40 minutes. My clothes smells so fresh when they come out I use Purcell detergent and I started using borax the laundry booster. And a new rinse additive. I only pay a dollar more to double and triple wash my clothes sometimes two dollars more depending but it's very affordable. You don't have to worry about mold in the washer from an old washer or eating your coins and having to try to figure out how to get your money back. My clothes come out smelling fresh like the detergent I use as opposed to stale like they need to be re-washed again. It's amazing! I highly recommend.
