I didn't see anything special here. It's busy and you have to wait a lot to get an uncomfortable seat in a dim And packed place to eat your mediocre wings. I've been in many bars and restaurants that have much better wings. So if your going there to have famous Buffalo wings in Buffalo, it's ok, but if your looking for some good wings, i don't think so. Had the beef on weck. It was super soggy and salty and the beef was tough. Also the wings are very soggy too. If you are a fan of crispy wings run away. Also, the super hot sauce is basically Frank's hot sauce. The vinegar in the sauce actually overpowered the spice. The spicy BBQ wings were just sweet as well. read more

Went to the location by the airport staff was good , wings were nothing special, signs warn regular is hot , medium hot is even hotter, not unless you consider butter a spice. Medium hot is about the same as Franks from the grocery store and tastes the same. Asked for a hotter sauce and the waitress took them away and brought them back drenched in sauce , that tasted like Franks. Im a Duffs guy. Not an Anchor Bar guy, not a (insert any other local place that people swear by), I'm a Duffs guy. Love their wings, French fries, carrots and blue cheese. Why? Probably because I'm a Franks Red hot guy and I'd swear they use Franks. Did the other place invent the "Buffalo Wing?" Hell no, Duffs did. I don't care. The other place's sauce doesn't even register to me. It's weird. If I don't go to Duffs, I go to Wagner's in LP or Klimek's in NT...but Duffs is number 1, first and foremost. Duff's is the bomb!! Had to get our Buffalo wing fix while in town overnight - went for Duff's. Place was packed .. did an order to go and enjoyed it out at the picnic tables. Probably my favorite place to eat wings in WNY. They are crunchy and saucy. Usually go for the medium-light but they have other sauces as well, same as BBQ if you don't like the heat. Duff is one of a kind located in the heart of Buffalo. They are most known for their wings and has several locations surrounding the Buffalo community. I stopped by one night for a quick dinner and the wait wasn't too long ( about 20-25 minutes). I got the large platter - half spicy half mild. I also got a side of french fries. Their fries are super crispy and perfectly salted. Their wings were absolutely amazing. Not too saucy and not too dried. The wings were properly cooked and had a good amount of flavor in them. One experience I had was I found a little strand of what it seemed to look like hair in one of my sauces and the waitress immediately apologized and switched it for me. read more

Average wing place. Not sure why it was recommended to me by an friend of mine when I asked her where I should go for good wings. It wasn't worth the 15 minute waiting time for a table. The wings were a little dried out especially our 10 pieces medium mild. The boneless spicy bbq was a little better. I heard of Duff's and it just so happened that we passed it on our way to the DoubleTree Hilton. We almost had an accident because we needed wings to GO-lol. What better way to fill yourself up on a Saturday night then a quick trip to Duff's with some friends? Headed here around 9:30PM and surprisingly didn't have to wait for a table. After looking over the menu for a few minutes (friends have never been here before) I decided to be completely unoriginal and order the same Spicy BBQ wings I always do because they are just that dang good. We all devoured our food and we all agreed that the wings were top notch (and personally I think way better then Anchor Bar). If you're in Buffalo and love wings you must try Duff's. We came here by locals recommendations and was not disappointed! The place to start looks like a little dive, kinda old and unassuming. When you go inside you are met by a loud atmosphere (doesn't bother me) and friendly staff. We were waiting no longer than 10 min for a party of 9. Now the wings...phenomenal!! The wings were fried perfectly crispy and just the right amount of sauce! These are not your soggy dominos wangs...these are the best you'll ever have! They were mine. DUFFS is a staple in buffalo, there's little I can add to my review that hasn't been said before. So let's compare to the other big spot in town...anchor bar. The meat and cook of the wings I think are better here at duffs. The sauce is a little saltier and more Vinagary and packs a sharper punch too. Although the overall flavor of the sauce (if you're not looking for that punch of vinegar) I'd give a slight edge to anchor bar. The blue cheese is nothing special, I prefer anchor bars BC. However, at the end of the day, I would always choose duffs over anchor bar. This is because the quality of and cook on the wings is so much better. You get a little crunch from the skin, and the vinegar brightens it back up from the salty saucy depths of the sauce. read more

I was highly recommended to go to Duff's during my trip to Buffalo. I wasn't disappointed. I had ordered their light mild crispy wings, hot BBQ wings, and chili.
