I am not the one to leave reviews usually but I would definitely recommend this dealership. Todd…read morewas amazing, professional and transparent from the start. He made this experience really easy. Negotiating was amazing and he was also just a good man to have a conversation with. Please work with this man he knows how to help and deliver with his promises. I would say I had a worse experience in the finance part of the process. Helen wasn't so easy to work with. She was pressuring us into buying an extended warranty they were selling it to me on a discount which wasn't a terrible deal. But she was almost insulting, just because me and my wife are young doesn't mean she gets to just talk like that. Went on a 15 min rant on why i should get the warranty after I said no like 20 times. Seems like she forgot the meaning of the word "no", then had the audacity say things like "if the car breaks who you are not gonna call?" And "do you know how to fix a transmission" transmission does not go out that easily. 0/10 experience on that side. Overall avoid Helen and work with Todd.

I fully understand what purchasing a vehicle "as-is" means, and I accepted those terms. However, I…read moredo not believe "as-is" should extend to items that were misrepresented. Before purchasing my vehicle from Rairdon Auto Sales in Auburn, I specifically asked about recent servicing and an electronic issue I had noticed. I was verbally assured that the vehicle had been serviced, including fluids and filters, and that the electronic concern had been inspected by a manufacturer's dealership and confirmed to be normal. After the purchase, the issue persisted, so I had the vehicle evaluated by an authorized dealership. They confirmed there was, in fact, an electronic issue and noted several maintenance items had not been completed as represented, including low or dirty fluids and an unchanged engine air filter. I chose Rairdon as a large, reputable dealership because I expected a high level of honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. For future buyers, I would strongly encourage independent verification of any claims prior to purchase rather than relying solely on verbal assurances. Reputation matters, but it ultimately relies on the integrity and follow-through of those representing the business.

Let's face it- VW is a whole vibe…read more Basically all VW's are head turners.. causing onlookers neck issues since VW originated - because seeing a split window bus, or a '69 beetle driving down the street causes everyone to take a second look "rubber necking" therefore, keeping local chiropractor offices open and operating. Not to say the newer models aren't "lookers" themselves, however there is just something about a vintage VW that speaks to EVERYONE. And if you're in the market.. this dealer has vintage AND brand new vehicles in their showroom- basically something for everyone! That said, this dealership has been my go to "one stop shop" for purchasing and any necessary repairs. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from this dealership for numerous reasons and a few particular people.. Reasons: - Low pressure from salespeople who truly just want to (of course make the sale but) help you find your perfect vehicle - Willingness to work with you to ensure you drive away satisfied with your purchase.. -Snacks -Yes.. I said it.. snacks. :) -The facility is top notch. The waiting area is inviting and comfortable and if you want to take a nap?? No one will bother you. If you need to do remote work?? Done. Just bring your laptop.. In fact they will even feed you cookies and get you all hopped up on caffeine while you multitask doing remote work while your oil is getting changed 50 feet away! It's literally THEE BEST place. Noteworthy mentions that I would like to nominate for future employees of the month.. if not that then maybe a page on a "top employee calendar"- because these superstars deserve it! -Bradley (front desk service associate) -10 star rating- Brad had impeccable communication skills and did his best to work with me on my last maintenance check. He found me the best deal and I really appreciate all of his hard work. -Becca (parts department) -10 star rating- Becca is by far my favorite "parts princess".. in fact she needs a trophy or a medal for her robust knowledge of everything VW and her superior customer service skills. VW is doesn't realize the blessing bestowed upon them the day they offered Becca employment and I always look forward to chatting with her as she loves what she does and is exceptionally compassionate toward her customers. Last but certainly not least... drum roll please.... -ZEB FOSTER- (1,0000,0000,0000 star rating) (Parts/Service Assistant Manager) -This man. This man is the King of VW. He shouldn't have a name tag- he should wear a crown. -It's hard to even articulate how much he has helped me over the years with all of my vehicle concerns and any repairs I might need. Zeb ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care of and he is probably the best communicator I have ever met. And that is saying a lot considering I have been working in business administration for 25+ years. -Zeb is the most efficient, hard working, problem solving, analytically advanced Volkswagen guru that has ever walked the face of the earth. He is always willing to help with any problem I encounter and has such a positive outlook and personality making him an absolute joy to communicate with. If you ever need anything- Zeb Foster is your guy. 100% my favorite associate at this facility. The facility itself is amazing yes- but the reason I (personally) keep coming back to buy cars from this dealership are the people. The reason I took 30 minutes to write this review is because of the PEOPLE.. and maybe some of the snacks.. but 100% the PEOPLE. I just love this team so much that I made gifts for them and will absolutely use my review for a shameless plug for my VW artwork.. :) All that being said: Please give these 3 folks the recognition they deserve, a pay raise.. and any promotions available. Volkswagen is lucky to have them on their team.

Less than 24 hours later, my car was throwing a low oil pressure warning and leaking oil everywhere because the job was not completed properly. That's not just sloppy, that's outright negligence that could have destroyed my engine. From there, it only got worse. I had to repeatedly call just to get help, was passed around between staff, and received little to no communication. Promised callbacks never happened, and no one took accountability. Even more concerning, Service Manager Ian Andreassen and General Manager Gary Robinson both ignored my emails and voicemails and, to this day, have not responded. Completely unacceptable from leadership. I was also told my vehicle would be towed the same day due to safety concerns, only to find out later it was left overnight because of their internal mistakes. No follow-up, no confirmation, no regard for my concerns. I still have no explanation for the overcharge and no reassurance about potential engine damage caused by their error. This service department is disorganized, unresponsive, and careless. They turned a basic service into a serious issue and then failed to take any responsibility. Take your vehicle somewhere else unless you want to deal with the same level of incompetence!! Worst dealership service experience I've ever had. Avoid Bud Clary Volkswagen at all costs.

They scheduled me @8am and I wasn't seen till almost 9am. Seems tuesdays are hectic here! We were the first ones here and was advised a 2 hour wait time for labor, yet we were the the last ones to leave waiting an additional 2 hours. I had to reschedule my following appts for another day which I really disliked doing in addition to juggling other needs that needed to be taken care of. If I had know the extension of the wait in advance it would have been fine so I could have rented out a car for the day. Though I was a bit frustrated with the waiting period given we had an appointment, It's understandable that any business needs when customers all pour in wanting the same care are always likely to change. Fortunately for us, my 4 Stars is for our amazing advisor, Rick who was very communitive and prompt explaining certain details my warranty covered along with checking in every often if we were ok... I would have given this review a 1 star if it wasn't for his persistance in communicating with us and making the process of the paperwork extremely smooth and getting us out there sooner than anticipated. Thank you kindly for your patience which is very much appreciated, Rick! You are truly a Gem!

Go here for your next car, you won't regret it…read more My experience at Prestige Auto Market was not what I expected when I first got to the dealership (In a very good way). We (my wife and I) were greeted by a salesperson named Denis. He was friendly, laid back and asked me which vehicle I was there to see and I told him the Blue Range Rover Sport Supercharged over there. We have been thinking about one but never actually seen one in person or test drive one. He got the key quickly and handed it over so we could check out the rig. We are coming from a 400whp STI and I needed to let go of my toy for a better more comfortable family car, we still have the Jeeps though. They had a sweet fully built newer STI there while I was there too. Anyhoo, the Rover was very clean inside and out, it wasnt just a detail job, the quality was actually very well kept for its age and mechanically you could tell that it was in great working order. I fired it up and it sounded just like it should, looked over the vehicle as I was letting it warm up, under the hood checked all the belts, fluids, checked for leaks or weird noises and played with the air suspension. Denis was able to answer all the questions I had about it and then I handed over license and insurance card and went for a drive. We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first time in one but I've been a car guy my whole life and a mechanic so I listened for all the little noises, bumps, vibrations to signal if there was anything wrong. We got back very satisfied with the Rover and knew this was the type of vehicle we wanted to get. Denis came back out to meet us once we got back and see what we thought. We told him we liked it but were just starting to look at them. We looked at a lot and honestly weren't really planning on going back because we had some others in mind, but the service we got from Denis and the way the condition of all the other cars on their lot you can tell they care about the condition both mechanical and cosmetic on their cars and we went back later on and looked again while talking with Denis. 3rd time when we showed up Denis was with a customer and I spoke with Vadim. I had a question about a strange looking plug that I had never seen before and he not only knew what it was but it impressed me he knew and it ended up being a weird charging port for an old Nokia lol. He was able to answer any other questions I had too and had same atmosphere as Denis, no pressure and very friendly. The manager Tony is a solid guy, also very friendly and laid back, he worked with me on the deal and at first we were looking to trade my other vehicle but he was upfront and honest and said they just couldn't swing the deal and was really kind and honest about it. Didn't talk bad about my trade or anything or scoff at me like has been done to me at other dealerships. That told me we were in the right place, absolutely solid character and good people. We ended up selling our car private party and came in, worked out a deal and they went above and beyond making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of before we moved forward. It didn't feel like a dealership but more like a chill hangout spot with good friends. I've been to a lot of dealers all over and I have never been in an environment like that with a dealership, or anywhere that I've ever purchased anything honestly. It wasnt fake friendly, they were genuine, and sincere in how they treated me. When we were filling out paperwork I had my 1 year old son with me and they didn't get upset by him being silly and running around, the guys were helpful in keeping an eye on him while I was filling out paperwork. There is a very sweet lady who works there as well named Lana who helped keep an eye on him too and she gave us a bag of cookies they have there I think it was double fudge Grannies cookies I wanna say, and I was able to give him a little snack and helped keep him occupied. We talked a little about our kids and it was just the icing on the cake that made it a purely enjoyable experience. Never in a million years would I have imagined those words would ever come out of my mouth. I've always left dealerships pissed off and a sour taste in my mouth because they dont care about you, once they have the salt they just disregard you and you get put on the back burner. Not at Prestige, I also appreciated that we went through the paperwork fast. It didn't take hours like most places. We had all paperwork done within 20 minutes and I was down at my rig installing carseat and loading up the boyo. We are now the proud new owners of the Range Rover, we got it for a price that I can't argue with and we want to thank the guys and gal at Prestige Auto Market for exceeding our expectations and then some. Tony, Denis, Vadim, and Lana keep up the good work. If anyone is looking for a vehicle, check these guys out first.

I flew from the San Francisco area to purchase a vehicle from Westlie Ford after wiring over $54,000 in advance. Once they had my money, the customer service completely changed. They canceled their airport pickup service at the last minute, leaving me to arrange my own transportation from Portland to the dealership. When I arrived, I found paint chips that had not been disclosed, despite being told the vehicle was "flawless" cosmetically. When I raised the issue, management became argumentative instead of addressing the concern professionally. The most disappointing part was dealing with sales manager Mike Melnick. During a disagreement over the undisclosed paint damage, I was told they no longer wanted to sell me the vehicle--even though I had already wired the full purchase amount and traveled hundreds of miles specifically to complete the deal. The situation became especially frustrating because I felt like I was being put in the position of having to convince them to honor the sale and complete the transaction. After already paying in full and making the trip, having to essentially plead my case to buy the vehicle felt unnecessary and demeaning. I ultimately purchased the car because I had already invested the time, travel, and money, but the experience was one of the most unprofessional dealership interactions I've ever had. If you're considering buying from Westlie Ford, especially from out of state, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Unfortunately, my overall experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I live in Spokane and specifically traveled across the state to purchase this vehicle from Bud Clary Hyundai Auburn. Before buying, I was informed by a salesperson that the vehicle had open safety recalls. When I asked about it, I received an email stating: "We can still sell them but being they are safety recalls we just can't let the customer take delivery." A short time later, I was contacted again and told the recalls were being fixed and that the vehicle would be available for purchase. Based on those representations, I proceeded with the transaction, arranged a deposit, and traveled nearly 300 miles to Auburn to buy the vehicle. During delivery, I was given every indication that recall-related work had been completed or was in progress. I was even told that one of the keys was with the service department because they had been working on the vehicle. After taking the vehicle home, I contacted Hyundai Customer Care regarding a separate issue and was surprised to learn that the recalls were still showing as open. I initially assumed Hyundai's records hadn't been updated because I trusted what I had been told by the dealership. However, after multiple conversations with Hyundai and the dealership's own service department, I was informed that the recalls were in fact still open. Hyundai later confirmed in writing that all campaigns remain open on my VIN. What frustrated me most was not the recalls themselves. Recalls happen. What frustrated me was receiving different and conflicting information from different people at the same dealership. I felt like I was constantly trying to determine which information was accurate. I also ran into another issue involving factory all-weather floor mats listed on the window sticker. I was initially told they weren't included, and later was offered aftermarket mats instead. At the end of the day, I like the vehicle, but I left feeling that communication and transparency could have been much better. When customers are making a major purchase and driving hundreds of miles based on information provided by dealership staff, accuracy matters. I hope Bud Clary Hyundai Auburn improves communication between its sales and service departments so future customers have a more consistent experience.
