Her attitude made the entire interaction feel relaxed rather than rushed. We initially planned to order our food to-go out of respect for the time, but Chanel encouraged us to dine in, letting us know that they serve guests right up until closing. That level of hospitality--especially at the end of a shift--goes a long way and was truly appreciated.
