I'm thrilled that a Liberty station just opened near me. This is the cheapest gas I've seen in the area. I've been visiting here for years when it was a Sunoco, and the same people still work there. I've appreciated the auto service as well, particularly from manager Simon. read more

It is a bit sad when filling the tank becomes an event. I have mostly stayed at home during Covid19. Gas prices have been great during this time. It was exciting to fill up with a gallon being under $ 2 a gallon. This location is convenient when running errands or "errand." The place was clean. read more

Ali and his team gave me a great deal on a set of front brakes for my Audi today with new premium pads and rotors. He was able to give me an estimate the same day I requested and do the emissions / state inspection in a timely manner (the same day, after coming back). All work was performed as requested and he had me test drive the car before paying a thing. Usually I would go to the dealer or a "European Shop" but wanted to give this place a try and another shop in the area gave me a significantly higher estimate. Pricing was very transparent. I will definitely be coming back in the future, and this gas station is also very clean, staff are friendly, and prices for gas are lower compared to other gas stations in the immediate area. Not sure what the bad reviews are about. 5/5 stars!!! Thank you, Ali! read more

This place does not keep its pumps in order nor do they tell you if they are out of regular .. beware of price switching .. I selected 3.99 for regular but got magically switched to 4.39 for higher grade .. also many times I've been there it's always "see cashier" instead of being able to pay at pump .. this is why the place is not all that great read more

You would know it from the outside, but this is a quality gas station. They have the CLEANEST gas station bathrooms I have ever seen. Along this street they ALWAYS have the cheapest gas price as well. I went here to do my emissions and safety inspection for my car and they even gave discounts for it. read more

If you want to find a reliable place to get your car fixed, Liberty gas station is where you should go. My brakes started to fail and the dealer wanted an outrageous amount of money to repair. The station manager saved me close to $1000.00 that I didn't have. Very friendly and professional staff. Thank you Ali Hawa! Peace and blessings. read more

My 2017 Toyota RAV4 was making a grinding noise. I stopped by Duke Street Liberty and they got me in and out with no hassles. The found out my brakes needed to be replaced and gave very affordable/ fair price. Ali the service manager and his team were awesome. They were professional and for my car done in a timely fashion. DO NOT WALK, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....if there's a zero-star option I would've given that. I've been a customer there for almost 20 years and haven't had any issue whatsoever. This business is now under new ownership and franchise, so my experience been nothing but subpar. I had them work on my car and come to find out that they misdiagnosed the issue. Instead of properly diagnosing the issue mechanic/ owner (Ali M Hawa) asks what the problem with your vehicle and perform work based only customer's input. Not what a seasoned mechanic would do. Ended up taking my vehicle somewhere else and got it fixed. So, I went back to let them know, the mechanic/ Ali got very belligerent and disrespectful. It was a horrible experience and I suggest you think twice before you let them touch your vehicle. Save yourself not just money but a headache. read more

I turned away, took 3 steps toward the door but still is close eye sight of that clerk, then realized that the home test purchased was Covid only. I turned and approached that clerk, handed him that purchased test kit for exchange, and was directed to the rear of the store to the pharmacy where I found the 3 in 1 test kit. When I returned to pay the balance in that exchange ( about $2), the clerk discovered that the prior mistaken kit couldn't be returned or exchanged. He called the store manager. Both of us, the clerk and I, told her the mistake and that I had never left the store or the clerk's sight. I literally had the mistaken purchase for just 30 seconds in my hand. She adamantly refused to assist in correcting the mistake or refunding my money. She claimed "the CVS system will not allow it. There is nothing I can do." I purchased the second and correct test kit. My wife tested POSITIVE for influenza A. I won't be going back to any CVS if a soulless computer runs all customer service.

Possible Card Skimmers - Be Careful…read more I stopped at this gas station because it's the last one before the highway. Everything seemed normal at first--the clerk was acting like any typical store employee. When I went to pay, I tried to tap my card, but it wasn't working. The clerk immediately told me the machine wasn't broken and that I needed to insert my card instead. That raised a small concern for me. I went back to my car to grab a different card and tried tap to pay again, but it still wouldn't work. When I mentioned that the machine might not be functioning properly, the clerk suddenly became very aggressive and upset, insisting I insert the card. After my card finally went through, the clerk became even angrier and tried to kick me out, even though I was already leaving. The reaction seemed very unusual just for pointing out a possible issue with the payment machine. Because of how strongly he pushed for card insertion instead of tap, and how aggressively he reacted when I questioned it, it honestly made me uncomfortable. I'm canceling my cards just to be safe. If you stop here, I'd recommend paying with cash. Also be aware that the staff seemed very rude to multiple customers while I was there.

The pumps are always busy. It may take some time to get one, and you never know which way a person is going to pull into one of the pumps. It is interesting to see how people are oblivious to everything around them. Inside, it is set up like your traditional convenience store. However, smelling like Subway bread the whole time in here. Service inside is not always the best. I found it to be interesting that they would always find a way to run from behind the counter when they see you coming towards it. Or they would simply turn their backs to you. Once one of them finally realizes you are there, it can be a bit congested like it is outside. I think they purposefully leave the one register down because to cater to those seeking lottery tickets. My favorite part here, the display case with all the plastic food that they may have available. Not only is there a Subway inside, but you get your selection of the 7-11 fare.
