I first would like to say that this is such a great addition to the area. Since moving here we have felt a lack of diversity when it comes to eating out. Now the food. When you first walk in you can see the "dumpling masters" handmaking dumplings. All of the dumplings were great. I loved that the pork and shrimp dumplings had nice size pieces of shrimp in them. We also got the fried rice, which had big juicy shrimp in it as well. They do have a robot that brings you your food which is a popular feature in other areas. I think it's fun for the family. They were short staffed and you can tell they are working through the kinks. It is their first week. I think in a month or two it will all be worked out. Needless to say we will be back! There's really nothing similar to a place like this on the southside. read more

We were visiting from out of town and were looking for something different. The restaurant was packed so that was a great sign that the food was good. We had the fried dumplings and they were excellent. The edamame was great too. The service was good. It is definitely a place I would recommend. read more

Dumpling Master-ish? So I want to write this review largely so that the restaurant can take this for what it is and improve in the future. I don't want to deter people from going here as I think they deserve their fair share of chances. But I want to talk about my experiences. I went on 7/9/2024 and my experience was fantastic. There was no one there, nice and attentive staff, relaxing, and the robot service was great. The food was top tier for Peachtree City. By far the best dumplings I have had in this city. Soft, perfectly steamed sheng jian bao, beautiful char on the shanghai noodles, and solid beef dumplings. The drinks were average (taro milk tea and brown sugar milk tea). But as far as Peachtree City goes, this experience was 10/10. Fast forward to today 7/12/2024 and I had the exact opposite experience. I opted for the pork chashu buns instead of beef dumplings and they were incredibly underwhelming for the price. Three giant thick balls of overcooked dough with like 6 little cubes of pork in each one. No flavor. Had to drown it in sauces. The Sheng jian bao was horribly overcooked (not even sure if it was bao dough to be honest) with a hockey puck of meat inside. Flavorless. Had to drown it in sauces. The Shanghai noodles were just noodles with actually decent chicken but for $16, absolutely not. Average flavor. Also drowned it in sauces. My main takeaway from both of these experiences combined is that this place needs a serious revamp in their consistency. The one thing that PTC restaurants NEVER seem to get. Whatever changed from 7/9 to 7/12, I highly suggest you revert your changes. You will be VERY successful here if you give every customer my 7/9 experience. I won't be going back if I get another 7/12 experience. I'll try this restaurant out in a couple of weeks and adjust accordingly. read more

Came with family and the dumplings were delicious! I tried the chicken and beef dumplings and you can taste the texture of each one. It was a nice change from the usual store bought dumplings which grind up the meat making it pretty textureless. They show you how they make their dumplings in the front so that was pretty cool. I was able to try a drink for free due to their soft opening promotion and the milk tea was so creamy and flavorful. read more

So I'm in town visiting my sister and she wanted to try the dumplings here. As someone who has lived in NYC and has had authentic soup dumplings etc. in China Town and Flushing, these came nowhere close. First off, the dumpling shell/skin was way too thick. Also, the meat was a little underdone. Really not looking to get food poisoning. Also, there was little, to no, soup in the soup dumplings. I also had the taro milk tea and it was tooth achingly sweet. I couldn't finish anything. Took the rest of the dumplings to go to see if they can be salvaged somewhat by heating them up. Not sure if I'd be back next time I'm in town. Sorry :( read more

Honestly not sure what some of these reviews are talking about because this is by far the best food i've had in PTC. Or maybe because there is really NOT A LOT of great foods down here as someone coming from Chicago. This is very reminiscent of something you'd get at Chinatown imo. It is self serve, robots deliver your food and you order through an app which all of those i don't find bothersome-- its not the first restaurant we've been to that does this. And the place is nothing fancy at all so idk if some of the people expected the place to be "fancy" for it to end up very casual which i love! I dont wanna look underdressed just to get asian food from a restaurant (like thai spice everybody is dressed up for no reason, must be a thing down here) overall, i'd be back! read more

I just got an order from uber eats. I was disappointed that I did not receive any sauce for my dumplings but the second I tasted them and my wonton soup I was no longer upset. I usually order wonton soup when I'm feeling sick and this was hands down the best flavored broth I have ever tasted. I will definitely be ordering again. I am still actively waiting for this order, it has been 45 mins since it was supposed to be ready and over an hour and a half since I placed i. Dumpling Master has been our new favorite place since it has opened. The Shanghai noodles and pork chive dumplings are always our go to favorites! The service is always good and they are quick to help! As for the atmosphere it's always clean and the servers always look very clean! When it's time to bus tables they are on it! 5 stars every time we have visited. Some other favorites include the pork wonton noodle soup, the spring rolls, and the edamame! read more

I was stoked to see a place where I could get some dumplings and other Asian dishes, but the truth, I wasn't overly impressed at all. I would say save your money and go somewhere else. So for the food... I wouldn't order the spicy chicken again, that's for sure. The chicken was cut up supper small and then overly cooked, making the dish, like these hard bite sized pieces of dry chicken with no sauce or anything to pour over the rice to help the dish, nothing... You are literally just eating little rock pieces of dry chicken and rice with onion shoots... I wouldn't feed it to my dogs honestly, and I hate to say this, but I wouldn't. For the dumplings, they were OK. Nothing to rave or write home about though. For service, I came in to place the order for lunch, and was thinking, we'll go ahead and get a dish too; dumplings + the dish equals Lunch & Dinner... The guy taking the order seemed as if I was troubling him by asking to place a to go order. He wanted me to be very exact in placing my order for pork dumplings too, as if in asking questions is another inconvenience to him. I can usually see past when folks are having a bad day, when the food is good, I get it... I really should have just stopped in doing the order and left. We ordered a couple different dishes (everything was delicious) but our favorites were the Pork Soup dumplings, the pork and shrimp siu mai, and the Pork Chashu buns.
