    Crispy Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken

I wouldn't go back here but that's just me. The drunken noodles were definitely one of the worst i had. the noodles were stuck together in a low quality sauce and the protein beef tasted pretty overcooked and unreasonable. Also got chicken dumplings and it was the bland. the crab ragoon was like any chinese restaurant crab ragoon but over priced. the popcorn chicken was the best option it was flavorful and very salty so beware if you have high blood pressure. the good thing about this place is the nice staff front of house waiters there were chill and very nice helped with the order. the food just ain't it. and the inside lacks any character it's like a bunch of wooden tables and seats in a dimly lit room not the vibe. C+ 5/10

The beef noodle soup and pork dumplings were good but don't get the fried chicken and the spicy dumplings. They're horrible. The scallion pancakes I would say...five out of 10. It was like deep-fried Paper that tasted good. The fried chicken was full of fat .. just nasty Service was good tho.

We were so excited to try out this place and disregarded previous negative comments. We ordered the soup dumpling and unfortunately it came with an unexpected guest (looks like a roach). We refused to eat the rest of the items we ordered when they came out. This is my first & last time visiting.

Pan-fried Scallion Pancakes and Steamed Shrimp & Pork Shumai (4 pcs)

Overall, good food at a reasonable price with busy but helpful servers! Shrimp and pork shumai 7.5/10 warm and a lovely m pork flavor, great texture with the thin dumpling skin. These were a great recommendation from one of my waiters, and my only complaint is I wish the dipping sauce had black vinegar or a bit of a stronger flavor, it was sweet and a bit bland and I think it could have added more complexity to the pork and shrimp instead of muting it. Scallion pancakes 6.5/10 they were shatteringly crisp and flaky on the outside and soft on the inside, texturally were delightful and exactly what I hoped for from the photos on the menu, and it was a good portion size, but there was about three flecks of scallion per pancake piece--very faint scallion flavor, almost indetectable, so they were fairly bland. Stir fry with handmade noodles and chicken 6.5/10 the noodles were thick and chewy, they actually blended in well with the chicken visually haha! the sauce was nicely thick to hold up to the noodles and the dish felt simple but carefully made with the the thin slices of chicken (half of which were perfectly cooked and half of which were just a little tough), with a scattering of bell peppers that still had a little crunch, a pleasant contrast to the other soft textures, and a bit of green onion--if I tried this again, I would ask for extra vegetables. I'm glad I tried this dish, but next time would try another item on their menu or maybe just get two dumplings orders... Beyond the food, the waiters were quick to respond when I asked for water or a to go container and they offered helpful recommendations, while clearly busy with takeout and in-restaurant customers. The atmosphere was casual with some wooden lattice work that added character and music that brought me back about a decade or two haha, it wasn't a huge space but it didn't feel crowded with warm lighting and dark wood.

This is, I think, my 4th time here. It is a small restaurant in Bronxville. The service is decent. The cooks get the food out realllllllyyyyyyyyy quickly. It's almost like you blink and it's there. Things I recommend: - scallion pancakes - SO THIN AND FLAKY. I don't order these out besides this place - chicken wings - they have a slight curry flavor which makes them really unique - Thai basil chicken - it's peppery so consider you warned - Soup dumplings - good flavor

Soup Pork & Vegetable Dumplings (6 pcs), Thai Ice Tea, and Taro Milk Tea. Delish

I'm feeling generous so I gave them 4. After receiving this recommendation from a friend, I decided to visit this weekend. I laughed because I had lived in the area for six years and I always saw it busy, but I never once went in to check it out. The bubble tea's were amazing. Both thai iced tea and taro had a hint of Jasmine tea. We enjoyed the pork soup dumplings as entrees. We were disappointed once the main dishes arrived. I got a chicken Thai drunken noodle, but the noodles tasted like freezer burn. My husband's pork and shrimp soup was a bit bland, but he spruced it up with some chili oil. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. I will gladly give them another shot hoping that this is a one off.

If you're craving dumplings, i.e. potstickers, shumai or soup dumplings, this place is the truth. Entrees are good too; I had drunken noodles tonight and it was solid, but slightly lacking in flavor. Service is REAL GOOD. Quick and professional.

What a rollercoaster of emotions it was eating this food. Keep in mind I did order from Uber Eats so I understand the commute changes up the food but my oh my was I disappointed. I ordered the Spring Rolls, Tom Yum Soup and the Chicken Pad Thai. The Spring Rolls survived the commute and still had a nice crunch to them and the plum sauce was delicious. (The spring rolls were delivered in a aluminum bag which I'm sure assisted with the preservation). The Tom Yum Soup was the best thing in this order. I love mushrooms and they did not hold back. They did hold back on the shrimps tho (as most Thai food joints do) as I only got 2 but the broth was so flavorful I didn't care anyway. Now the Pad Thai......sad....so so so so so so SAD! Where is the sauce ?! How can the noodles be so dry but the chicken wasn't!!!! What?!?! I was so dumbfounded. I'll let the pictures talk for itself. There was NO sauce anywhere to be seen. I'm not sure what that is about but I've had quite my share of Thai Food and Pad Thai has never looked like that before. Not even a little glisten. 3 stars are for the soup and spring rolls tho. ‍

I have FINALLY found a place that makes good Pad Thai in my area! I have driven past this restaurant many times and it's always busy so I finally decided to try them. I ordered online and to my surprise my order was ready when I arrived - I find that to be a rarity these days. I ordered the pork pot stickers and shrimp pad thai. The pot stickers were delicious - not fried too hard although I could have used a little more sauce that accompanied it. The pad thai was delicious! The noodles were cooked well, the shrimp were large and plentiful and all the flavors were good. My only complaint is they should take the ends off the shrimp to make it easier to eat. I had to keep stopping to take the tails off which was annoying. Quick service + good food = I will be back!

We came on Sunday 28 September 2024 s as free a trip to Harts Brook Preserve, Untermyer Garden and Lenoir Preserve. Yelp says they are open at 12 but we called at 11:30 and they are open. We ordered the pork soup dumplings, pork and vegetable pot stickers, braised beef soup noodle and the Thai spicy drunken noodle for eat in. And a spicy Basil rice with fish fillet and roast duck rice to go. The soup dumplings and pot stickers are good but the skin is thicker than Mr Chen. The braised beef noodle soup is the best dish with well seasoned beef and tasty soup. The Thai drunken noodles is generous with fish fillet that is well cooked but the dish is not spicy enough and lacks Guo qi.

I wish there were more locations of this in Manhattan. We made an order at the desk before we seated ourselves and for a Saturday evening, there was quite a bit of open tables which was great. I ordered the Szechuan Braised Beef Noodles and they were absolutely delicious. The noodles tasted a bit like ramen noodles but they were able to grab all the delicious and garlic flavored soup. I really appreciated the soft-boiled egg with its marinated egg whites. I also loved the big tender beef chunks as well. Overall, I really cannot wait to go back to Zhongzhong noodles and I hope that they open up more locations. I will say though that since I last went to the Roosevelt Island location, they have raised their prices quite a bit - maybe $2 or $3 per dish.

The workers were super nice and friendly. They checked in on us to make sure we didn't have any issues ordering. The ordering site though was such a pain. I couldn't tell if items that I wanted were checked off and instead of being able to edit them once added to the cart, the item would have to be deleted and done over again. We were more frustrated with the website than anything. Food came out at a reasonable time. We were a party of 5. They have bells to ring as a thank you to the wait staff. Inside was pretty packed with people. They have an order option for to go orders. I LOVED the food. The combination of Jamaican meets Asian fusion was on point. The ox tail bao buns were so amazing and didn't disappoint. The combo of the sauce, ox tail, and sweet plantains were worth every penny. I ordered the curry chicken ramen and the mix of the curry with the pork soup option was delicious. We also had the jerk chicken ramen. Warning if you don't like spice, the jerk chicken does come with a kick so if you order spice level for your bowl, it'll add a level of added spice to it. The mushrooms in this bowl were so good and perfectly cooked!! I will definitely be hitting this spot up again. Place would've received a 5 if it wasn't for the ordering system.

Zhejiang Mien, including Size #2 pressed noodles thick like udon, scallions, and cilantro, plus Cold Sesame Noodles utilizing handpulled lagman. Both dishes I ordered medium spicy. The Beijing Bolo came in a bowl, while I needed to plate the Cold Sesame dish. Both were flavorful with tender noodles. Next time, more likely to go in person over delivery, and explore other dishes on their menu. It's a great option particularly for this neighborhood! I placed a pickup order, but when I got there my food hadn't even been started yet, so I ended up standing around for another 10-15 minutes. That part was annoying. I started with the cumin dry rub wings. They were just okay. Very tangy, not very spicy, and honestly a bit over cooked/fried. I'd skip the wings. The steamed chicken and shiitake dumplings were the highlight. They had peas inside and were actually really good. Super flavorful and easily my favorite item. I also ordered the cumin soup with hand-pulled noodles, medium spicy. Everyone warned that spiciness was intense, so I played it safe, but medium ended up being pretty underwhelming for me. The soup was also very oily. The minced pork was fine, nothing special, and while I liked the noodles, they could've been cooked a bit longer. Overall... meh. :/
