Lovely customers service, really nice place, clean and very appetizing doughnut and very good coffee.

I was beyond excited to know that there was a new Dunkin coming to Baldwin Park. My family and I would drive all the way to Azusa to get Dunkin coffee. I've tried many times to give Baldwin Park Dunkin the benefit of the doubt that they were learning to make new drinks, and kept going hoping that they would improve. The last straw was yesterday, when my sister order a caramel craze ice latte. While my sister was waiting for her drink, she was looking thru the window at the baristas making the drink. They ended up giving her an original ice latte, my sister told the cashier very politely, this isn't what I ordered. And told the girl that she had ordered a caramel craze ice latte, the girl had the audacity to tell my sister that she was lying. First of all, why would my sister lie about the drink she wants? My sister was clear on what she wanted, she literally red it from their menu what she wanted. The girl rolled her eyes got the drink and all she did was add whip cream and gave it back to my sister. The girl was completely rude, and every time we come the cashiers are not very friendly. Clearly, they need training sessions on how to treat their customers. Rudeness, rolling of the eyes, and calling their clients liers isn't going to get them anywhere. They also need to get trained on how to make ice coffees because their coffees always taste disgusting and way too strong. I've been to Boston where Dunkin is originally from and their coffees are the best. Even the Dunkin in Azusa are friendly, and make their drinks way better than the Baldwin Park one. Baldwin Park Dunkin if you continue with your lousy customer service, all you're going to get is for your store to get closed down. Yall need to work on being friendly and learn a thing or two from Starbucks cashiers/barista. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had ... went through the drive thru and I kept telling the cashier I couldn't hear him and he wouldn't speak up ... than he was super rude when I got to the window and to make matters worse it took him forever to give me coffees and to make matters worse they were cold by the time I got them ... so I had to park my car get off in the rain and go inside... he asked me and I quote " what's wrong" and I said my coffees were cold and he just gave me a look and didn't say anything .... there was also another customer in there and he said they are having all kinds of issues tonight .... the cashier gave me my coffees that I paid almost $8.00 for with an an attitude... I stopped here on my way to work this morning and what a difference from where I have been going for coffee and a bite in the morning, about a block over. Extensive menu and options as well as low prices.I was able to get a large iced coffee which actually, in my opinion, is more like an extra large for about 3.75. And then they have three different roasts that you can choose from as well as different flavors, if you'd like to add or not. Being diabetic type 2 I can definitely appreciate the sugar-free flavor options, there are six!!!! I tried a breakfast sandwich with egg cheese and ham on a English muffin and let me tell you, it was tasty and fair priced at $4. Although the best part was that it wasn't as greasy feeling as the other guys. Pretty fast drive-thru service and plenty of staff on hand for smiles service and efficiency. read more

Whats the big hype?.... donuts are ehhh. I went in on a Saturday 9:00 pm. We ordered 1-hot chocolate, coffee, 3 donuts and one macchiato coffee, first thing i noticed... donuts were out on the rack, they were not in the closed display.... so yes my donuts were a bit hard on the edges. Not to mention its COLD/FLU SEASON....AIR GERMS EVERYWHERE! Second: To make 3 drinks it took them over 10 min... and no, they weren't busy, we were the only people in there. Also, why was it so dark. Was kind of a frustrating morning. Only had 2 people working. One manning the drive thru and the manager moved as fast as molasses. The employee at the window was running around pretty quickly. I love Dunkin Donuts, I am a regular at the Glendale location because I work out there but I live near this one so I go to this one here 3 times now and this last time I went there espresso machine was not working so there were no lattes, espresso shots, macchiato's and etc. I understand that's not always the workers fault but there customer service was poor. I couldn't hear the girl through the speaker when she said there were no iced lattes available and I said "I'm sorry what" and then I got a reply with attitude back. Worst service ever. Going in drive thru bcuz I have a kid in the car. I order a latte and a couple donuts. I get to the window she gives me a latte with ice in it. Been coming here for awhile now, not expecting much and figuring that no one could ever f up a cup of Joe. Not handcrafted item like the ones in starbucks, but just regular coffee. There is always something wrong with this DD first there is always money missing from my gift cards they always say they have no control over it but seems like everytime I come to this one more than $5 is missing from it. Well today it was with cash I order a drink $2 and hand the manager $20 she says $18 is your change I leave store head over to buy some food my total is $8 and take my cash out and to find out she only gave me $8 i stead of $18 I go back and she "checks the register" and says its all accounted for I ask foe her to check the cameras and she can't find me because the system is off. read more

This will be the second time I've come to this place where the employees here can't answer a simple questions of "what flavors of ice coffees do you have". They are very much rude and will cut you off as if they don't want you to order anymore. One employee said he couldn't understand me from the passenger seat even though he answered my question about the flavors with "it is on the menu" with that being said I question if his manager properly trained him. When I confronted him at the window where I had to order my drink there he then made his manager deliver my drink which I did not understand. This location is the worst. I waited to leave a review because I usually like to give places a few chances. I know working in the food industry can be hard but every time I come here, my order is either messed up, something is missing, or my order is left sitting for long periods of time before getting handed out to me. The employees lack sense of urgency and always fail to get my order correct. Today was my last straw. I ordered two sourdough breakfast sandwiches and they forgot to give me one. I was told to wait out front for the second one and they never came to give it to me. I went inside and saw it sitting on the counter and when I asked for it, they just handed it to me and said sorry. When I got to my car and opened it, there was rat droppings in the box. I went inside to order my iced coffee because the drive thru line was ridiculous and thought ordering just a coffee would go by faster. Boy was I wrong. I ordered at 12:01 and didn't get my order until 12:16 and that was only because I asked the young lady how much longer it would be for my order.
