Okay I've been here several times so this is my take on this particular location. I like it the fact that it's right off the 10 freeway you're on the freeway you're off to free right real quick. Now for the bad which is really bad: the first time I went there everything went perfect the only issue I had was that they did not give me the choice to select the donuts and wanted they said if " I needed the dozen that they were going to be picking the donuts,they didn't give me a choice The second time I went the same thing I just asked for the dozen they did not offer like which ones would you like or would you like me to choose them for you nope, same thing they pick them and I was on my way. Now yesterday June 4, 2020 I was egar to order the beyond breakfast sandwich and I was told they weren't serving food. But they did let me choose my donuts. I was a bit confused bc before I wasn't allowed to pick them now I was. I asked for a particular donut and he said they did not have that one but they had a different one so I took it. later on that same day I went back and I ordered a frozen matcha latte was just fine little bit bland though. My take on this location seems to be that either management is not properly handling this location and picking and choosing what they people are going to have instead of just walking in and getting what you want when you want and how you want it Is disappointing to see that even though you would want to go here it makes it hard to want to go here because of the lack of concern of management or the employees to serve everyone correctly. I will be taking my business elsewhere unfortunately. I hope management reads all these comments and really take a closer look how their training and how their themselves are making sure customers get what they want. not even the management should be the owner of this franchise looking really closely to every aspect of his company/ business and the people they hired. customer service was not that great they need to be retrained to be more friendly more nicer not be short with people. I know they're young and experienced individuals, but with the correct training this will be more clear to them. read more

This was the first time ever coming to a Dunkin Donuts and I am so upset with the service I received at the Baldwin Park location. The cashier Ashley W. was beyond rude! I asked questions about the ice blended drinks they had and she replied to me with such attitude and annoyance. We were told to park to and they would bring the drinks out to us again she was very rude. Once another employee brought out the drinks one of them was overflowing and didn't taste very good and the "ice blended" drink I inquired about was just iced coffee which was mostly just foam. I was very disappointed so I decided to go in and ask about it. Once I asked the cashier Ashley about it, " I told her that I had asked her for a ice blended drink and she quickly interrupted me and said it is ice blended! I tried to reply back that it was not that it was over ice so it was iced coffee yet she interrupted me again and insisted it was ice blended. I tried to say it again but she just continued to interrupt and insist it was ice blended. I told her she was being very rude now and when we were at the drive thru. She just rolled her eyes and said well what do you want me to do about it. I was shocked and said what and she said so you want a refund or a new drink? I responded that I wanted the refund and wanted her name she rolled her eyes and said it was on the receipt. I'm just super shocked that she has zero customer service skills or knowledge. If you go here when they are "short staffed" they will only serve coffee or donuts. This wouldn't be so irritating if they'd put a big sign at the drive through so you don't waste 10 minutes waiting to order just for them to say sorry we cant make a sandwich because we're short staffed. Worst customer service. I went in with my sister had a very rude girl named Ashley W take our order. She had the WORST attitude. I couldn't believe the words and tone coming out of this girl, this is not okay. I cannot believe they have someone with such a bad attitude working for the company. Worst management of a Dunkin Donuts I've ever encountered. Ordered combo breakfast deals for four people. After being billed and sat down, was told that they are out of tortillas. Employee offered to swap out the tortillas with anything else. Great, put them on an English muffin. He said fine. Sat down again and then again called me back telling me that he would now have to charge me for them. What!? You offered to swap it out because you are out of stock on an item. That's your fault, not mine. Manager Arlene refused to take any accountability for the issue and remedy the situation quickly and easily. Instead she sat there and argued with me about it for 5 minutes telling me that this is all she can do. A blatant lie as she could do whatever she wants to do. Asked for a refund and took there sweet time to make that happen. Don't go here. These people have no idea how to run a business nor have ever heard of customer service. read more

So excited Dunkin finally opened in Baldwin Park, they have the best ice coffee and the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is soo good.. donuts are good too..my favorite is the Maple donut. Customer service is great too, everyone is always so nice read more

Ever been to a coffee shop that charges twice for the milk substitution? Cause this place clearly does. Just ordered a medium iced latte with almond milk and light ice and the total ended up being $6.17. I've never seen such an outrageous total for a MEDIUM SIZE drink. Charging a $1 for almond milk is fine and understandable since I've substituted the milk, but the manager/supervisor ended up charging an ADDITIONAL dollar to just fill up the extra gap (due to the light ice requested). That is unheard of. What's worst is that she didn't even bother to inform me that it'll be a double charge on the milk. She has no experience in basic customer service whatsoever. Never coming back to this place ever again. It was a lesson learned today. read more

I been here many time, since it's close to my house. Drive Thru slow, customer service is poor (employee don't even greed u, their a bit defensive, and when u ask them a question they are not helpful), sometimes their cashier systems over charges u and if u don't notice they don't apply the dealS they have. Also, they put to much creamer in their drinks, even when u ask for light on the creamer. In the morning is not busy as it shall be mainly because of the things I mentioned. read more

I pulled up at the drive thru. The lady said can you give me a minute sir?..... Im like um okay but I'm a girl. So then I asked for 2 dozen mixed doughnuts but mostly chocolate flavored please, she said sure I can do that for you. I pull u to the window to pay. I'm sitting there for like 4 minutes. A lady walks up to the window and says Um did u forget something or want to add something to your order? I'm like what??? I tell her I'm waiting to pay for my order. And shes like oh um ok. Then she leaves and comes back and says uh were running short on donuts so give me a minute please. She come back with my 2 boxes, I tell her I'm paying $20 cash and the remaining $7.23 on my debit card. I see her getting worried at the register because she doesn't know how to charge it. Shes running back and forth trying to find someone to help her. A couple of minutes later a manager comes over and verifies the amount I wanted to pay part cash & part debit. She then puts out her hand and says $7.23 please! I said what r u talking about? The other girl has my cash and card already and she keeps saying I need u to pay me the cash. I keep saying and pointing behind her the girl has my money! She turns and sees the other girl waving my money at her. They charge me. The worst drive-thru service. Don't come in the morning before work. You will be late. There is no way for you to get out of the drive-thru line. You are basically stuck. A brand new store with wonderful, NEW workers. Although inexperienced and new at first, they're still wonderful at presenting the store and the brand. The food itself is amazing and I love getting the double chocolate donut with an iced macchiato. If you want to get your late night donuts at Baldwin Park, I highly recommend Dunkin'. read more

First time here. My receipt says Christina L., I didn't look at her name tag to confirm but girl, if you don't like your job, QUIT. I asked a question because my receipt wasn't adding up (got charged full price 2.09 for an "upcharge" donut in the half dozen plus the price of the half dozen 7.59, hold up, regular price for 7 donuts when I only got 6???) so I asked can I have the 6th donut of the dozen since you charged me regular price for the fancy one and she had some mad ass attitude and kept going back and fourth with me. I wasn't even mad or mean but that attitude got me a little heated. She called another girl after AND SHE TURNED OUT TO BE WRONG. Upcharge is .99, not full price. I said you should tell her, I guess she doesn't know and she said "she does, it was a mistake" Ok, then whys she arguing with me? Customer service was alright. Gotta say when I found out their donuts are frozen and then thawed out, I was pretty pissed. They charge $1.25 for the most basic donut. And this branch always has a half-empty donut case. Yum Yum is down the street, and The Donut Hole is like 2 miles away and tastes way better. Like how donuts are supposed to taste. Not these cheap Krispy Cream knock-offs. Makes me not feel so bad saying such negative things. And all the coffee tastes bland all the time. Powder mixes taste better than this shit. And why are we forced to have a dairy based creamer? Coffee is already a natural laxative.. dairy creamer plus that will just give you the shits while you're in traffic.. beside the point.. But $1 for a SUBSTITUTE?? I will never have anything good to say about Dunkin Donuts anymore. Hope this review was good. My parents and I stepped in the store without any customers. However, we still waited in line for 10 minutes without any greetings. Then a couple went into the store. They left because no staff tried to help us. Finally a girl with an eye glasses, likely the shift manager, came to take my order. However, she seemed in a rush and yelled at me. When I asked a question, the girl was not helping not all. I felt like she just wanted us to get out there ASAP. I like the dunkin donuts, but I was very disappointed about their service at this location. If you short-staffed, please hire more people to make sure you provide the quality service. That girl should have retrained for the better customer service if she wants to keep her job as a manager. She did not act professionally at all. I got there early in the morning. She pretty much ruined my day. Try to AVOID to come to this location. The one in Pasadena provides better service. read more
