Who'd have thunk it? Long line on a Sunday late AM. One person couldn't take it.
    Will H.

Don't come here unless you're a masochist. I'll explain why, but it'll be painful! Haha, no really, this place is a total shit show, and I don't employ these words lightly. For one, this store simply cannot process mobile orders correctly. I can't think of a time where my mobile order didn't require a trip back inside to get what I actually asked for. I overheard someone behind the counter today say "our mobile orders aren't working right." Secondly, the owners simply don't know how to stay back and let the employees do their job! They hover, and they don't know their products. Today was the second time that the lady physically took my phone to review my mobile order. Wtf? Not only is this odd, but are they aware of how many germs (and what type of bacteria they are) are found on mobile devices? Then you use these hands to handle (incorrectly prepared) food? Yuck. I ordered COFFEE and the owner gave me a puzzled look. Dunkin prides themselves on their overrated crappy coffee, I'd figure you'd get a lot of orders for this one. Apparently they do after all, because the vat of "sunrise batch" (or whatever the hell they call the latest summery gimmick variety) was all out and I had to wait for more to be brewed. It didn't matter, as it was still lukewarm upon drinking it 5 minutes later. Consistency is also an issue. My girlfriend got me the sunrise batch yesterday and believe it not, it had an actual depth of flavor and was quite enjoyable to drink! Today? I couldn't taste anything, it was like what comes off the BUN machine at a diner. Then again, it may not have been sunrise blend that was given to me today. Thirdly, the drive through line is usually terrible, which necessitates a trip inside if you value your time. It's a better window into their operations than the drive through, and it'll give you a chance to bond with other customers who come in to state that something was omitted from their drive through order, their mobile order isn't ready yet, their drink isn't what they asked for, etc etc. The sad part is the employees seem to know their stuff and want to do it right. They were definitely not short staffed today and one person in particular is very knowledgeable and friendly in the stereotypical gruff Jersey way. She ought to be running the place, not the meddling, incompetent franchisees presently at the helm. As a millennial, I'll say their regular avocado toast is usually pretty decent for $2.99. Today's was generously schmeared with their avocado spread and seasoning reminiscent of Trader Joe's "everything but the bagel." Now they have a bacon one for an extra buck. Somehow, I don't think a few shakes of bacon bits (perhaps Baco's if you remember those) is worth an extra Washington. Are you on the go in the AM and expect convenience? Keep driving! Wawa, McDonald's, Sbux, QuickCheck, and even 7-11 (the pits) are superior alternatives to the DD experience you'll get in Bordentown, and these venues are all within a couple minutes of here. This Dunkin simply isn't worth the head and stomach aches.

Always fast friendly service. Great morning drive-up crew. Use the app for great deals. Love the Duncan.

Just bacon no maple on it, what a rip off

This place always does the maple sugar snacking bacon all wrong, 3rd time this has happened to me at this location, they always forget the sugar, I know I sound like an fat mf, but I'm actually skinny. Just once in while I crave this and this location never does it right, y'all make sure your order is correct before leaving.

Bunch of young girls with horrible, nonchalant customer service. I ordered a caramel iced coffee which they put EXTRA sugar in and I didn't even ask for sugar, cold, UNCOOKED hash browns that we had to go around and get because they forgot and no napkins in the bag.

This is a new modern Dunkin with all the bells and whistles. Great location, friendly staff with good service. Maybe a new favorite! This is in comparison to other Dunkins locally. Outdoor seating that is well lit at night is perfect for a hang out.

They must not clean the ovens here because all three different hot food items i bought all tasted the same, nasty metallic/moldy.

Tried it today and it tasted fruity and sweet. So I went back, and then I realized this could be one of two refresher bases. I am an ex barista so I do know a little bit about what I am talking about. I used to drink the passion tea with dragonfruit base sometimes before I realized I liked just the passion tea taste. I know its not liquid cane either so I was guessing it was the strawberry base. I started to panic because I am indeed allergic to strawberries. So I went back hoping whoever made it wrong would be able to tell me what they put in it so I could have clarity on whether I need urgent care. They made me a new drink and were discussing with their backs turned and no one would admit to messing it up. The guy at the window was just saying "they said they didn't put the fruit base in it." and i was like well can you tell them that I am allergic its pretty important that I know. Still no one would tell me. I understand not remembering, but to just repeatedly insist no I didn't instead of trying to at least attempt to help me calm down because again, I have an allergy... Really disappointed, I am almost positive it was strawberry because I am starting to feel the reaction coming. Extremely careless, you couldn't deal with the lossnof integrity of messing up a drink so you had to repeatedly lie to save face, over a serious medical issue??

Out front, every table was packed shoulder to shoulder with what appeared to be a local running group in post-run celebration. Laughter, sweat, and IPAs filled the air. Inside, however, it was the crowd was sparse, save for two small groups competing in Harry Potter trivia, an event we hadn't realized was happening. After the first round, one of those tables gave up and left. That should have made the place quieter, but the trivia host's amplifier made sure it did not. Even from the far corner, it was nearly impossible to hold a conversation without shouting. It was as though someone had mistaken the volume knob for a test of strength. The bartender, to his great credit, was friendly and quick, the kind of person who makes you feel like maybe the night will work out after all. The beers themselves were fine. I tried the Pineapple Express milkshake IPA and the porter. Both were serviceable, neither was memorable. The brewery allows outside food, which is a small mercy. Being on Farnsworth, there are plenty of good places to bring something in from. They also sell simple snacks like chips and jerky, a practical touch that suits the space. Still, the whole experience left me puzzled. The place seems to want to be a neighborhood hub, but it can't decide whether to be a quiet refuge or a loud event hall. Empty yet loud, welcoming yet difficult to linger in. I wouldn't drive out of my way to return, but if a friend suggested meeting there, I'd go. I'd just hope the trivia host had the night off.

In fact, my main reason for coming was that I was curious about those. But after a meal in Btown the pale, medium sized specimens that had likely sat in their warming case for hours did not beckon me. So I checked out the 8 or so "artisan" options and decided on chocolate. All of the flavors appeared to be closer to gelato, but maybe because they were displayed in metal tubs as gelato places often do. It was dark looking and appeared to be dense, but the flavor was not dark. It was dense but not creamy. The best thing I can say about it is that it was not overly sweetened. My friend had the coconut flavor, and she was not wowed either. It's a cute shop that has housed other ice cream businesses in the past. I liked those more. But there are interesting items for sale such as candy, teas and gifts. The website states that they are affiliated with the Candy Jar in Collingswood, of which I have had occasion to visit in a previous life. Customer service was 4 stars, maybe I'll get back to try the empanadas......
