Went to go get my regular coffee last Monday, I have an allergy to peanuts and it's mild for tree nuts. When I got my coffee it looked off to begin with and when I took a sip there was definitely something nutty in there. Went to get it remade and not make a fuss when I was told and sworn to that there was oat milk in the coffee and not almond milk. Had my coworker test it as this point this is my life we are talking about. There was definitely a hint of hazelnut or almond milk in the coffee. Went over and one of the other associates smelled it and right off she could tell there was something nutty in the coffee. Called the manager who wasn't there and I left without a coffee, a migraine and stomach pains all because the first guy couldn't just remake the coffee. Then to find out they don't pour the milks from cartons, they pour them into unlabeled cups for easy access. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not sure what I expected from Dunkin but it's very disappointing as I've been going there for years. They took my information and I can't get a follow up or a refund and it's been a whole week later. Definitely looking into this further as it's disgusting how they made a mistake that could have landed me in the ER and no one has thought to follow up. read more

Time for second coffee and it was good. It's hard to screw up coffee and they got it right with the proper creamer and a few ice cubes in there so I didn't have to wait too long for it to get to a drinkable temperature. The staff are great. They were able to deal with a lack of staff and lines of people with good spirits. They were working as fast as they could. My complaint is for management. There is an option to turn off the order on the app ahead of time feature. By turning it off it would have freed up a person so that way they could cater to the people that saw how long the line was for drive thru and decided to place orders in person. Countless orders would be called for individuals that weren't even present. That energy could be focused on in person and drive through orders. When I finally got to take my order I significantly changed my order because I didn't want to inconvenience the staff. This was in the morning during the week. Wow, what a decline in service and quality. Today we stopped in at this Dunks to grab a cup of coffee before work and we have to say that our experience was terrible. We ordered a large iced coffee and a peach iced tea. The coffee was the wrong flavor and so was the iced tea! This was agitating but we dealt with it. The biggest frustration was the fact that the drive-thru line took forever to get through which was annoying because there were only four cars in line. The next stressor was the fact that they don't have the capacity to scan the payment application, I ended up having to read the numbers multiple times until they entered it right. In the end, terrible experience but I'm holding on to hope since we have had decent experiences in the past. read more

We ordered the Strawberry Refresher and the Vanilla Donut with no sprinkles -because they ran out- the refresher tasted like nothing any other dunkin' had tasted like it was too sweet and we ended up throwing it out. We also used the bathroom and it had pee all over the toilet seat and no soap and paper towels. Given the situation we're all in. It amazed me that I ordered a couple of drinks and a donut for my daughter when I noticed the gentleman that just bagged our donut cough in his hand. Innocent enough. Probably did t even realized he did and then proceed with no gloves or mask mind you to pull the donut trays and continue to work. I wish I could give 0 stars. I drove through this DD yesterday and was disgusted by my experience. I ordered a cold brew and a donut; when the man working the window approached to hand me my donut, he coughed into the side of the bag holding my donut...then lowered his hand and drooled down the side of the bag. He then handed me my bag and beverage - I was in such shock I accepted the bag. Terrible.. every time when I order any hot sandwich with egg on it they run out ALL THE TIME sometimes even other items.. it's understanding these places are breakfast for anyone who doesn't feel like cooking for themselves or eating cereal ounce in awhile but to my opinion when you have a lot of customers every morning at least have enough items for the afternoon leftover.. If I could give this Dunkin' Donuts 0 stars today I would. I don't live in Vermont, but my sister lives local and she had an AWFUL experience this morning. She is a everyday customer, occasionally twice a day. She stopped here on her way to work to get a coffee this morning, and was turned away after being told that her 20 dollar bill was fake. She had just come from the bank, that exact 20 dollar bill was just taken out. They believed the money was fake, because it was an older bill. She has never had a problem like this before, and to turn away a LOYAL customer and say that you can't accept their money because you "think" it's fake, without proof behind that, is NOT OKAY. Isn't that what counterfeit money detector markers are for? I understand that businesses need to take precaution when it comes to things like this, but she is a regular and all the employees know her. She would NEVER give fake money. To top it off, she left, went to work, exchanged the REAL MONEY in her Work register for a different 20 dollar bill. She went back to that exact dunkins, and ordered a coffee again. While giving them the new bill, she was laughed at and made fun of by the very unprofessional, RUDE employees at the drive thru. I have personally been to this location before multiple times while visiting, and have had less than pleasant experiences with the employees working here. I come here all the time in the morning. Sometimes the line of cars is so long it wraps around the store, but I've never waited for more than 10 minutes. There may be a lot of cars, but the staff are quick, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended! read more

Every winter since the 80s, my family has stopped at a Dunkin Donuts for a brisk cup of coffee and bagels as we make our way up to our Stratton house. This year, we stopped at this Dunkin location for the first time - and our experience was so disappointing that it compelled me to express my thoughts in this review. Upon entering the establishment, we were rudely greeted by a worker who seemed bothered by our presence. She acted as if she was perpetually miserable and hated her existence. Her cold demeanor and unfriendliness did not belong in the typical family friendly environment of Dunkin Donuts. Even though we were the only customers, my family and I waited over 10 minutes for our order, only for it to be wrong. By this point, we were so fed up and displeased that we did not bother wasting any more of our time and energy re-ordering. Next time I crave coffee on my way to Stratton, I think I would prefer to fly to Brazil to grow and grind my own coffee beans than to spend my money at this lackluster Dunkin Donuts. Every time I come to this location my order is always wrong. I come to get coffee before work. I don't have time to pull over in a parking space and mix my own sugar and cream. If I ask for one sugar id like ONE sugar. Also, I'm never asked if I'd like my receipt, so I never get one. The people aren't always very nice either. They hardly smile anymore either. The manager needs to take action and actually train their workers. The turn over rate in this store is absolutely absurd. All of the good workers are gone that ran the store before the remodel. This place is the worst. The only reason I go here every now and then is because its close to where I live. Every single time I go to this Dunkin Donuts they get my order wrong. Not sometimes but EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. If for whatever reason you are really needing Dunkin Donuts and have to come to this specific Dunkin's then do not order more than 2 items. Anymore than 2 items its practically a guarantee they will not get your order right. They also make the worst food out of any dunkin donuts or any place i've been to.
