Clean, well lit, nicely decorated, and full of product, this Dunkin Donuts is one of the better locations in the area for me. Parking is also quite spacious here with a drive through that doesn't really get in the way of other traffic in the area. As others have noted, service here is probably the area that is most in need of improvement, though it's challenging to manage both a drive-through and dine-in with a limited number of staff, given that some items also require a bit more preparation time than others. It's not great if you're in a huge rush, but not super slow if you have a few minutes to wait. Food here is pretty solid for me. No better or worse than other DD and BR locations that I've been to. The difference for me really is that the donuts, cones, and other food feel neatly arranged and the ice cream seems to be scooped in a way to minimize the surface area that's exposed to oxidation. A minor point that results in just a little better texture and flavor. I also feel like this location has a bit more selection later at night, which is when I'll be making a post dinner stop for something sweet. Overall, good Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins location that's good for a quick sweet treat. read more

Lady working on 05/31/2025 at 2:50pm. Brunet with pony tail. Disgustingly did not put on new gloves and just used those same gloves handling whatever it was she was doing before I arrived. I did not see her put on new gloves. Even when I asked her if she can use tongs while she just used those same gloves to pick up my donuts. She said no. I can't believe I paid for those donuts. I opened the box and found broken and soggy donuts. Unappetizing especially when her dirty gloves handled them as well. I threw them all in the trash and wrote this review. read more

Unfortunately, I went in today as usual and I was giving my order , he was rushing me and asking if I was done various times . The worker who greeted me this morning was so rude I had to cancel my order and walk out.

Two issues: 1. Drive through orders are wrong 90% of the time. Of couse they push you away from the window due to their inefficiency causing massive back-up of cars. If you don't immediately catch their error while still at the window, the always-angry owner will yell at you when you come back later for not returning IMMEDIATELY?!?!?! No apology. No resolution. They make their mistakes the CUSTOMER's issue! 2. I don't know if health department has visited this place. I recommend that they order the egg and cheese croissant (see photo). The food was absolutely abysmal, all microwaved garbage. My hash browns were ice cold in the middle and floppy which screams microwave. My sandwich was ridiculously hot which is great, but the bread was sticking to my fingers which tells me it was microwaved. The service was poor at best. I didn't really get an attitude from the person working, but I did get 0 words from the employee, no "hi" no "have a good night" nothing. Just poor customer service overall. What a wonderful place! Drove 25 minutes out of the way to visit this specific location. They are so aware of the community and diversity of our area. They decorated donuts for Hanukkah, and offered many varieties. They also had decorations up for all the holidays, which my kids enjoyed. The donuts were so fresh and decorated beautifully. We also purchased a make your own kit. Very reasonable and you could choose the frosting colors and sprinkles. We chose blue and white for Hanukkah. Everyone was so friendly and the donuts were so fresh. We will definitely be back. read more

For your own good, stay away from this location! We were going to order a dozen, but the selection was not good. We got 1/2 dozen, and it was awful! The donuts are old and stale. My daughter and I both became very sick after eating one of their supposed donuts. The whole place was disgusting, and the service poor. I used to love Dunkin' Donuts years ago. Why have coupons if you're not going to honor them? This location is passing off 20oz coffee as a 32oz. Coupon clearly states 32oz hot coffee 1.49. The manager Raj Kailey, and the cashier were busy yelling at the barista for not labeling the cups, so I just took the coffee and left, didn't want to make things worse for her. read more

Their donuts are always - ALWAYS - old and stale and unappetizing. Too bad bc the location is convenient but the food and the service here forces me to go elsewhere when I can. I like that they offer half dozen donuts cuz that enough sometimes and you can't keep fresh for too long. So I enjoy that option. I also enjoy that their new iced drinks are fairly decent alternative to some chains more expensive. I enjoy one of their sandwiches every now and then. It never disappoints. I think this a nice drive thru. I've eaten inside once but mainly do drive thru. The people are nice but not overly customer friendly or I'd rate higher. They don't seem that busy so if I'm a rush it nice to go quick but maybe with some improvement it get busier. My opinion one of the better dd. read more

If you are looking for decent customer service, do not go here. I have been to this Dunkin' Donuts twice and do not plan to return. 1st visit - The employees were so overwhelmed with drive through orders that they had no one working the front register. I had to go to the pick up area to get someone's attention. The employee actually said she was too busy to take my order. The atmosphere was loud, and the workers in the back seemed stressed. An overwhelmed employee finally helped me. I waited way too long for service. 2nd visit - A little more calm this time, and someone was actually working the front register. I needed to return a purchase from the retail area. The manager would not take my return, even though I had my receipt. I asked for clarification, and he could not provide a copy of the store's return policy. I was frustrated and extremely upset. Completely dissatisfied. Not sure why a business would allow this. This Dunkin' needs to put up a sign that says "all sales final" if this is their policy. So frustrating! I will not be back. read more

Ordered 2 of the sausage, egg and cheese wraps, got to the window to pay, they had 1 turkey sausage sandwich for my order. I repeated the order twice before the total was correct (I've eaten here a number of times). I was told to pull around the building to the "second lot" which I considered to be the lot next door. Another employee brought my order out and admonished me for parking in the next lot by saying "don't ever park in this lot", she then proceeded to confirm my order of 2 turkey sausage sandwiches, which was again wrong! Since I was apparently in the wrong parking lot, I moved to the Dunkin lot where the same employee brought me my order (which was correct) and proceeded to tell me that I was supposed to have parked along the curb line! I pass a McDonalds and a Burger King (which is across the street) to get to this Dunkin, never again! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just went to this dunkin location with my friend and we asked for separate orders in the drive thru. From the beginning the girl sounded drugged, her voice sounded like she was falling asleep while talking. Red flag number 1. Then when we get to the window my total said 3.25 (not happy hour price while during happy hour but...) I then go home and look at my banking app and realize this girl charged me THIRTY DOLLARS. We didn't end up buying it and left right away. Just visited again and bought some coffee and we saw an Indian women handle bagels for the customers without any gloves. Manager is a denier when problems are brought to his attention and acts like he's some type of emperor - treats employees like shit and pretends to be nice to customers until they provide constructive feedback for improvement. Wanting a late snack I rushed over and pulling in I noticed the OPEN neon still shining bright. I entered the drive through at 9:52 and stayed in line till 9:58 hoping someone would answer. I finally pulled around to the window and after honking to get the attention of the useless clerk inside I was whispered at that they were closed. All I wanted was a donut and milk. So pulling away I noticed the neon still shining bright and a ton of donuts still sitting on the racks. First off, I am shocked at all the negative reviews. Raj (the owner) is one of the nicest guys around, very involved in the community (Buffalo Grove) and inclusive of many groups and organizations. How many area businesses go all out for Pride? His Dunkin does! I have never had any issues with his staff and he always initiates friendly and fun banter when you go through his drive thru. In comparison to other Dunkins in the area, I personally feel he goes above and beyond for his customers and really listens to them and their suggestions. During Covid he has offered donut decorating kits for the kids and recently he's been having giveaways on his Facebook live feed (cups, socks, etc.). He's a good businessman and he and his team are a a pleasure to do business with! And to the poster who got upset about all the Hanukkah decor, there is a very large Jewish population in Buffalo Grove and again, Raj is very inclusive. He also decorates for Christmas, you probably just aren't that used to seeing such a beautiful display for one particular holiday. I had a terrible experience at this location..I have purchased a restaurant.com certificate(legitimate) which I tried to use here and was denied with no reasons given. Except the fact that their manager has said no to coupons like these..I made a more than 10 mile drive to be here and had to leave with nothing..not sure if it is this establishment which has stopped accepting them or the one who sold me these...either ways I am not coming back to it taking troubles.. also, I wish yelp had a dislike option on their review system..reading one of the other reviewer mentioned race..I have faced similar experiences with me with many different kinds so I don't think it is fair mentioning one.. read more
