I've gone here a few times now in the past several months. I was actually shocked to see the horrible reviews here. My experience has been great each time. I always order on the mobile app for a couple reasons, 1) for points and 2) to look at the menu at my leisure and see the customizable options. Pull off to the side somewhere, place your order then go inside or through the drive through. Super easy and quick this way. The people I've dealt with at the window are always polite. The location was clean, the staff was friendly. Inside the tables all had phone charging stations which we tested worked with iPhones and a Samsung Galaxy Android device. However the food was not that good. Some of the sandwiches were cold and the hash browns were over cooked. read more

Came here because we didn't have time to sit down at a restaurant and it literally took longer than a restaurant would have, more than 30 minutes for coffee and some food. Worst Dunkin' AND donut place I have ever been to. Forgot half our stuff and then told us they were out of what we ordered after sitting here for 30 minutes. Also said we couldn't get certain donuts instead of just saying they cost extra?? So weird, I have never had a worse experience. This location is always inconsistent. You can order the same drink multiple times and it would taste different each and every time.

After reading all the mean reviews of this place i decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. I just moved here from California and these soft little employees could never work in a high stress environment while keeping a good customer service face let alone attitude. I've worked customer service for almost 4-5 yrs now, been cussed out and have had money thrown at me and kept a nice face and attitude during and after. It was my first time at a dunkin and i js wanted to see what food they had and ofc the girl in the front makes a face visibly bothered to her coworker that she had to wait for the singular person in the store to figure out what they want (me). No one is making you stay at this dunkin and if you cannot find another job bc youre not qualified enough maybe you should look deeper within. I always, and weekly, go to Dunkin's in NJ. Always happy. Great places. This one store on route 27 Clermont is the worst of the worst. If you walk in, you must expect at least 15 minutes for anything. You will see many cars go by, ordering and getting their food way before you ever do. Their policy is openly cars first. It is so wrong. They even say well we must do that to not hold up the car line. It is always understaffed. Simple things panic these people. They always forget items and even make drinks wrong. You taste the mess and they say Oh we have no sweet French vanilla so just used unsweetened vanilla bean. They Don't you tell you, just do. Complain and sure enough they do, but too lazy to fill it. Finally out it comes. Lazy. Trash bin is always to the top. So many wrong things that I gave up on the car line too. People from the car line keep coming in complaining of wrong. You can sit at a table and watch a full show of people. This horrible Location gives Dunkin a terrible name. Something needs to be done! Isn't there someone looking over these franchises? After so many tries I cannot use them anymore, and again I go to Dunkin's in New Jersey consistently many times a week. I need to see an under new management sign now. It's a hole. We received our food pretty fast. But I will say the hash browns were very burnt. Other than that our food was good. I also noticed they're tables have a phone chargers so that's very convenient. if you order drinks here, please be detailed about it, instead of just being like "everytime I order here it the drink has a dif taste every time" for example "I want a ice French vanilla, with cream and sugar, with the cream can you put 2 or 3 pumps, as for the sugar put 3 pumps of that as well, and that's all". it's not whats wrong with them, and sometimes with the food being cold, you can always check the food before leaving the dunkin, cause if its cold they and always heat it more. you need to remember that they're humans as all of us are as well, your not the one behind the counter dealing with multiple orders. the people here are nice, I'm local to this Dunkin. and I know it more than yall do. let's keep it real. and not cry about service here when y'all don't give details good enough. read more

People in these reviews are so stingy and ignorant as fuck. They got one poor girl working by herself constantly and I don't understand how she does it. They need to give her a raise and fire whatever dumb manager working there. I can't believe this Dunkin gets away with one poor girl working by herself. It's always the same girl. Very disappointed. Over charged and underdone, inedible food. In the drive thru I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, 3 vanilla iced donuts (after trying to order vanilla cream filled but was told they were out), and an iced latte. When I got to the window to pick up my order the girl then told me they only had one vanilla iced donut. So I asked her what they did have and then asked for glazed munchkins instead. She asked how many. I said whatever would be equivalent to the two donuts price wise. She then came back and told me they didn't have any glazed munchkins. So I opted for glazed donuts instead. When I got home, I went to eat the bagel and the dough is almost completely raw and had never even been attempted to be toasted. So, I paid for something that wasn't even edible. Then I looked at my receipt to make sure she heard me say toasted (which it did show up on the receipt) and noticed that the 10 munchkins she charged me for is more than what the 2 donuts I received would have cost. Placed a mobile to go order where I walk inside to pick it up. The order was supposed to be ready at 7:05 I got there at 7:08 and the app notified me my order was ready. When I walk in, my coffee is ready but not my sandwich. Ok no problem, so I wait, and wait and wait. Finally I get my sandwich. I get to work and get busy with morning meetings and don't open my sandwich until 8:00, (please see picture below). I take it back and the manager states and I quote, "oh that's just toasted bread". Brand new store and so close to me! We ordered online and picked up our order in the drivethru. My review is based on the my order and the staff working the drive through. I had a regular hot coffee,and my daughter had the Bacon,Egg and cheese Wake-up Wrap, and a Iced Caramel Macchiato with Oat milk. Our order was correct, the hot items were hot,and the cold item was cold. The staff we did come in contact with were very nice, they were wearing gloves and masks,and gave us a few extra napkins when we asked. I know getting extra napkins isn't something to review about,but lately, places haven't been putting any napkins in my orders. Just want to say they need to brush up on their Customer Service skills. I drove through the drive thru this morning to pick up a mobile order and the lady said "Yeah" ... no good morning or Hello. I'm sitting there in the drive thru window and the walls and windows are so dirty and full of cobwebs. I thought is was Halloween in may, come on now!!! The only reason I give two stars and not one is that the manager is hard working and I think really trying to turn things around. However for now, my advice is go to the Dunkin on 50. I have almost NEVER gotten my order correct here at the 27 location and I order the same thing every time and it is very easy. I always order a bacon egg and cheese wake-up wrap and I have somehow received every possible wrong combination - no cheese/no bacon/no egg/wrong cheese/wrong bacon. It's crazy. Not only that, even donuts are too hard. During valentines season I wanted the brownie batter donut and asked specifically if one of the offered donuts was that. I was told it had Bavarian cream and they did not have the brownie batter. Then the next person in line ordered that same donut and sat right by my daughter and I. So imagine my surprise when they went up to complain that they thought it had cream and it was "chocolate filling." I could fill this with stories, but today was my last straw when I paid double to order door dash because I'm injured and can't drive - I received a bacon egg and cheese wrap with no cheese and a coffee missing two inches of coffee. There's another Dunkin' 7 more minutes from me and I've been there many times and never had an issue. I highly recommend making the extra trip to the other. read more

This Dunkin' just can't seem to get an order correct. I understand they're still training new employees, but every time I've gone there hasn't been any training involved and the older experienced employees hide in the back leaving the younger employees out front to struggle. One of the employees, who I believe is a manager, seems to stress everyone else out while she's working and messing everything up. I went inside to order at 8:20 and I walked in to the manager belittling all of her high school employees for not making the orders correctly. The food and time is terrible due to poor management. If I could give this Dunkin 0 stars I would. I visited this past week with my kids last week to get my daily coffee. The line was wrapped around the building when I got there but I had the extra time to wait. So I waited in line 20 minutes to just wait at the window for another 10. The employees looked like they were running around and didn't know what they were doing. At this point I'm no longer blaming the stores employees I place all the blame on management, the only person I recognized was the person at the drive thru.
