My order is generally incomplete at my arrival and I have to wait for someone to acknowledge me so that I can point out what is still missing, despite the order being listed as ready for pickup. When this occurs, I'm treated as an annoyance, or as if I am in the wrong. At this point I've decided to take some extra time and just visit a different Dunks location. I'd rather leave a little earlier than be treated the way this location treats customers.
