What is going on!!!! The Dunkin Donuts I knew, and enjoyed visiting was clean, efficient and kind. Since when does an employee who makes a mistake make it Okay for the other employee to be reprimanded in front of a client? Why wasn't the employee helped instead of being yelled at. Next, I ordered a double toasted bagel and received a bagel that was barely toasted and my 2 bacon egg and cheese Croissants were cold and barely toasted. I went back to ask them to please give me another sandwich as the one they gave me was cold. So I've been going to this specific store because it's right by where I work and so I thought nothing of it when I went to go get my usual order that I always get, ice coffee and avocado toast. Well I took one bite and noticed that something wasn't right. I turned that toast on the other side and saw that there was mold.... Yes mold :( I was disappointed because I truly like this store and everyone who works there. I understand that they can be very busy at times but this is definitely a safety hazard. I'm glad I didn't chew up the piece that I had in my mouth and I didn't see any mold on that part but I did go back and let them be aware of the situation and got my money back no problems. Have the new GranDDe Burrito pictures and ads all over the place and are out of that as well. Manager didn't really seem to care that he was all out of everything I wanted. Great customer service... Old stale donuts! This place was great when they opened and now it is terrible. We ordered donuts at 10:15 PM last night. We bought a dozen and took them home. They were all completely stale. The Bavarian Cream is supposed to have powered sugar on it. It was "wet" and the sugar melted into the donut. I've never seen that. One donut looked like it had a bit out of it. The rest were so hard that my kids would not even eat them. They tasted like donuts that get left on the counter for 2 days. So disappointing. I filled out the reply on their receipt and they did not call me back. They said someone from the store would call me, but from the other comments on Yelp, I'm guessing that will not happen. This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. While the bar is not high, since Dunkin frequently gets our simple order wrong, this one was off the charts bad! We ordered a large unsweetened iced tea (which, surprisingly, was correct!), an XL hot coffee with cream and 3 Splendas, and a chicken croissant. The coffee was leaking out of the lid and burned my husband in front of the cashier, who merely laughed it off. When he was able to drink it, it tasted like watered down tea with milk. The chicken croissant... where do I even start?! The first sandwich was burning me through the wrapper and bag. Once I was able to safely open it, I saw that it was completely black on top. We took it back to ask for a new one. They replaced it with... another burned chicken croissant. Their microwave (or whatever heating element they use) must be set to hades. I'm not even exaggerating. I don't know how to describe how bad it was! The 2nd croissant, which was supposed to be better than the first one, sat with the wrapper open for approximately 20 minutes and still burned me! Both croissants were black on top and crumbly and dry. The person on croissant/sandwich duty must enjoy eating food straight from the 8th circle of hell. While this review may sound like an exaggeration, please believe me that it is not, and do NOT order anything from this Dunkin at 5 pm on a Sunday, or risk watered down drinks and molten sandwiches. Ordered a large unsweetened tea and a medium unsweetened tea with 5 equal. Got a large with sweetener and a medium with Splenda. Yes, they taste different. Told them it was unsweetened and she said - that is unsweetened. To which my husband said, maybe but then you added Splenda. So put out they had to make it again. The customer service e we received was good. Friendly and helpful. The store in general. Not so much. I'll start when the ordering. The ice cream we wanted...the flavors are identified by post it's on the glass. The flavors notes were not necessarily showing what it really was. There were no sugar cones, only a few augar cone bowls. there were not regulars spoons, we had to use the taster Spoons. There was also not chocolate ice cream therefore we couldnt order chocolate ice cream, of a chocolate shake. The dining room area was not very clean. And trash was up to the top of the can. The bathroom has a sign that says it is deep cleaned every 60 min. If that bathroom had been cleaned in 24 hours, I'd be shocked. With the price of items at Duncan/baskin Robbins I'd expect to have things in stock to order from. How do you not have cones you normally serve...in stock...on a Saturday?? How does a business that uses spoons on their regular items not have spoons...in stock...ON A SATURDAY!! You get my point. This is a very heavily traveled area, In an area of town that seems to be on the wealthier side. I expected more. I don't prefer to go into a restaurant where I'm going to get food and feel dirty or like they don't have everything available that they should. We were there Tuesday way before closing, went and waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to be told there were no m ore donuts. We came back because we thought it was a one off situation. Apparently not. Not sure if the employees want to work & serve till 8:30 or if this location needs to close at 6pm. (But they close the doors at 4:30) my employer wouldn't tolerate employees effecting the bottom line. As a local, I come here every so often for breakfast on days when I don't have groceries or want to treat myself. However, of the last ten or so times I've ordered a breakfast sandwich all but one of them have been wrong the first time. The first time the manager took my order he belittled me for having a "weird" order. Subsequent times it's just been wrong and I have had to return to the store (even if I didn't leave the parking lot) and wait up to 5 minutes for it to be remade. I don't mind repeating my order a bunch of times if it means it will be made correctly and I can get on with my day in a timely manner. Also, I have heard of people quitting because the manager was such a jerk to his employees. After learning that and having my order wrong once again, I will not be returning to this location again. This is a new Dunkin Donuts located at the Champions Gate area off of exit 58. It has a drive thru and it is a Dunkin / Baskin Robbins, which is nice if you want an ice cream. I love Baskin Robbins rainbow sherbet. The first problem is that if you are getting off of I-4 this is on the wrong side of the road (the left) and there is no place to turn into it. You must go up to the light by McDonald's and make a U-turn to get into the building. The first time I went the drive thru was lined around the building so I went in to get my vanilla chai and sausage, egg, and cheese wake up wrap. The wrap was ready quickly, but I stood there forever waiting for the chai. I would've been better off in the drive thru. The second time I went here they gave me a 1/2 empty chai. You really have to be careful of this. Both Dunkin Donuts nearby my house have been guilty of this on occasion, so now as soon as I feel the cup I hand it back if it feels 1/2 empty. The third time I went to this Dunkin they tried to hand me my chai, but it was covered in chai. It was a big mess, so I said you want to wipe that down or hand me some napkins please?! Yesterday, they had my chai ready, but made us pull up to the stop sign and wait on my wake up wrap. We waited a full 5 minutes before it arrived and they brought us out 2 when we only ordered 1. I love coffee, usually stopping every other morning for a little fix. Everytime i stop at this dunkin im disappointed. I cant have dairy (no cream, milk, cream cheese, etc), i have a dairy allergy. I let the workers know every time i place an order. I order a bacon egg & cheese bagel, no cheese. To bite into it to find there is no cheese, but they added cream cheese. I was enraged. But didnt let that ruin my opinion of the business. I return a few weeks later to order and ice coffee, they say they dont have any nondairy options. I leave disappointed. Horrible service. We ordered a couple of sandwiches from the menu and were waiting for over half an hour to get them. Meanwhile we would see people that had come after us get served. Whenever we asked they would say they had to wait for the kitchen and they didn't know how long it would be. Finally we had to go because were running late for an appointment and simply asked for a refund. The manager came out then and she had a bad attitude too. Instead of apologizing for their mishandling of our order, she was too busy asking us to lower our voice. We were not shouting, we were simply understandably upset, and her attitude didn't help.
