    Terrible service i went through the drive thru and the cashier told me they didn't have anything wanted to order. i said can i have a pumpkin spice latte. they're out. milkshakes. no icecream. caramel drinks. No caramel. any lattes. don't have the ingredients for a latte. BOTTLED DRINKS. They're all out. I ended up just getting mini doughnuts and not only did they underserve me the doughnuts look like like someone ripped a piece off or took a bite. The woman who took my order obviously did not want to work or walk to get any drinks. i went inside to buy a bottled drink and they had all of them the fridge was 1000% full.

    I recommend you to stop by this Dunkin' because they offer friendly service all the time. Never once have I felt neglected. My orders are always correct. I usually go through the drive-thru. And it's faster if you use the app.

    Purchased donut holes to have a little breakfast before eye Dr appt this morning. Assorted mixture pumpkin spice, powder sugar, plain glazed, blueberry, great flavors.

    Talk about Chaos and a "Hot" Mess (see what I did there?). But all jokes aside, this Dunkin Donuts needs to retrain all their employees or just hire new ones who can deal with the tasks and customers appropriately and in a timely manner. There were people waiting for over 15 mins just for a regular medium coffee. It's just a pour right? They couldn't not keep up in the drive thru either. The attendant said out loud "now I'm confused. I don't know what's what" This place needs a major intervention I wanted to add that I was contacted by a team member from this location to ask to remove a photo that she thought identified her too much. I REMOVED THE PHOTO. However, the tone that was taken with me in the message was so inappropriate. I was accused of going against Yelps guidelines etc.- which it was absolutely not, she was in the background. Regardless, it wasn't the request that upset me, ITS THE WAY I WAS ASKED AND ACCUSED. Is there a problem with hiring process, training and leadership? I think yes. Not nice people overall

    The team here is absolutely incredible! And while I am still in the process of learning the wonderful staff members names, there are a couple that deserve to be shouted out by name and commended on such wonderful service. But, for now, the only name I can remember is Perez - who's (like everyone at this location) has incredible customer service skills. The staff is very understanding as well. As a night owl, I survive off of my Dunkin' Donuts sweet tea EXTRA EXTRA sweet. I'm talking a large with 4 pumps of liquid cane sugar! If it's a medium it's 3 pumps! A small - 2 pumps. My mother, who I often accompany to her daily runs to DD - always gets a large or medium iced coffee no sugar, extra cream and extra ice - and the staff always remembers. We love you DD crew!

    I can tell you that restaurants is not an easy business and with all the crazy things going on,but with that being said we really need from both sides to have empathy for one an other,Just witness a couple asking for their money back,And the Manager instead of calming the situation and taking control of the situation instead she defended her employee ,that started yelling at the customer because she was rude and her husband got of course on his wifeys side they got cursed out they gave them money back and it was crazy to see how all the employees got opinionated and started saying loud comments so the couple could hear them about being rude and being instigating a scene.I could relate that things don't go as plan but the Manager and staff really need some sort customer service of training.

    This is by far the worst Dunkins there is. I kept trying ... thinking the poor service and horrible food was a fluke. It's not. Please don't go to this particular store. The orders are always inaccurate. The hash browns are cold, burnt, limp, and they don't even give you the right amount. The Avocado toast is not toasted.. but just bread lol and they hardly give you any bacon compared to the other stores. I tried my same order again a few days later.. and literally had the same problems. It's not a fluke. This store is just horrible. Drive a few miles extra to get to a better Dunks. Whoever runs this store should be ashamed.

    Worst Dunkin I have ever been to!! Lobby is closed and drive through only available at 10:45 am! Service was also slow.

    Horrible service! Customer service is horrible and they don't even try. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager was worse.
