Dunkin' Lemonade Refreshers (strawberry dragon fruit) and lemon strawberry loaf
    BreAuna P.

Service was fast and efficient, especially through the drive-thru. I liked the small screen at the window that showed my total--simple, but helpful. I ordered a $3 medium lemonade refresher and a piece of lemon strawberry loaf cake. The refresher was extremely tart, but oddly didn't taste much like lemonade. Even after adding water to dilute it, it was still too sour to enjoy. As for the loaf, the texture was chalky and the flavor was off--definitely not something I'd get again. Would I go back? Probably not. While the service was great, the food and drink missed the mark.

Staff is very difficult to understand. And they are not the friendliest either. The landscape around the exterior is filthy and littered with garbage. Manager should pay attention to detail and get that cleaned up.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I asked for an iced latte they give me an iced coffee that looks and tastes like doo doo water. It actually looks like sewage and they definitely don't clean their coffee maker. The service was horrible because they can't follow simple directions. Oh also the iced coffee was watered all the way down yet somehow taste burnt all at the same time

The first Doughnut Shop I been to was more like a Winchell's Donuts. I had a lot of memories in a neighboring Doughnut Shop, that permanently closed down a very long time ago. I still think Red's Donuts is the best Doughnut Shop, it's been there forever. The younger people out there don't remember how the Chick-fil-A in the neighborhood, used to be a Krispy Kreme 20 years ago. I stopped going to Chick-fil-A and Krispy Kreme for 4 years. I like supporting businesses like the Donut Queen, that make exceptional Doughnuts. Dunkin' wasn't always popular, it became popular when it made an appearance in the movie Eight Crazy Nights 22 years ago. The first time I been to a Dunkin' was in Arizona. There wasn't a lot of locations around back then, than they do now. I'm back at it. I'm in Suisun City this morn. They know what day it is. It's Veterans Day. I started going to Dunkin' more this year. It's raining really hard today. The Avacado Toast, Muffin, and Hash Browns are cool; but I really like the Turkey, Egg & Cheese English Muffin Breakfast Sandwhich. I had that and a large Iced Caramel Macchiato for about two months. I had a large Iced Pumpkin Latte a few times since Fall started. This is a Turkey Breakfast Sandwhich and large Iced Pumpkin Signature Latte. Even though I think, the Iced Caramel Macchiato is a lot better and Chai Latte is slightly better. The Turkey Breakfast Sandwhich is a genius invention. And yeah, it's slightly better than similar products out there. This a working class meal. This might not be as good as Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, or French Toast; but this is as good to me as Prawns and Grits, Quiche Tart, Lox Bagel, Croissant, and Apple Jacks Cereal. It hits everytime, it's hard for to me to get bored of it, and it's consistently made. America runs on Dunkin'. It's very rare that I do this for something like this, but I give this 4.4 stars.

I've never been to Dunkins but my first experience leaves a lot to be desired. The customer service was horrible. They had plenty of workers but each one was focused on NOT making eye contact with me. I tried to catch the attention of one person, but she looked at me and walked away. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say she didn't hear me but TBH, I'm known to be quite loud. Mind you, I was the only person in line and in the store. I thanked another girl who made my iced coffee and she said "uh huh"... SMH. Well okay then lol The donuts were not well stocked in the case. They had them in the back though once I asked. Idk if their donuts are supposed to look the way they do (check the pics) but they were so skimpy on the icing! The icing to bread ratio is waaaaay off! I got a 6 pack to try and honestly only 2 were slightly edible. And by edible, I mean I didn't instantly spit them out. Lemon jelly - 0/5 stars. Literally tasted like cleaner. Spit this one out instantly. Chocolate creme filled- 3/5. Tastes like cake! I love the fluffiness of the donut but I don't care for that powdered sugar texture on my tongue. The chocolate creme is super sweet! Like frosting, but it wasn't bad compared to the other donuts. Worth the one bite I had. Boston cream- 3/5. The chocolate icing and the custard inside is just very artificial tasting but once again, compared to how trash the other flavors were, this got a little bump up on the scale. Chocolate iced round and bar- 1/5. Nice texture but just not enough icing to donut. Super thin ratio. Strawberry glazed - 0/5. Same as the lemon jelly. I'm just really disappointed with my experience, the items I purchased, just everything overall. The only good thing I can say is that the store was clean but it's brand new so I would expect this. There is a Baskin Robbins inside and you can order both this and Dunkins in the same line. The location has a drive thru that is usually packed but if you go odd hours, there won't be a line. TBH, I won't be back. I would much rather support a local small business shop than a franchise anyways, and this experience was just the nail on the coffin.

I SUCCESSFULLY FOUND THE ESTABLISHMENT WITH GOOGLE MAPS after driving around in circles and being told to park near hwy 12 then to walk here! I tried the Cinnamon Roll Latte with soy (I'm vegan) which was super creamy. I'd recommend it. I'll be back to try the Bewley's Fair Trade Chai, Cafe White Mocha and the Vanilla Cream Avalanche. Cool place to study! They've also got a system where they store your information which is pretty cool and convenient. If you're using google maps, this place isn't hard to find. Workers are very helpful and nice. 3. Ample seating + outlets? Tons & it's very spacious; perfect for studying/working on laptop. 4. Nice lighting? Yes, and during the day lots of sunlight enters the cafe through their ceiling-to-floor windows. 5. Clean bathroom? Yes. 6. Food? I didn't try anything, so I can't rate it. They make sandwiches & have pastries. Con: 1. It's hidden. But that just may be a good thing = more seating for you and it allows for a relaxing atmosphere, especially if you want to get work done. Just look up directions for Mount Calvary Baptist Church and you'll find it. It's across the parking lot from the church.

Second, the food was insane. Given the reasonable prices we expected the dishes to be small, but they were substantial. I got the Warao pizza (added balsamic) with a kinder milkshake, my husband got the pastrami sandwich with a vanilla milkshake, our daughter got a cheese pizza and strawberry milkshake, and we got a pastellito to try. My husband had to help me with my pizza and we couldn't even try the pastellito because we were stuffed (having it for my snack tonight). And everything tasted amazing - I loved the combination of the Warao, and kinder milkshake with Nutella and kinder pieces, need I say more? And husband eats a looot of pastrami sandwiches and he was impressed with theirs. Third, we loved the vibe. It was a casual place with a modern aesthetic. 10/10 would come back again.

I definitely should've stuck with the 50% sweetness which is what they advertise as "normal". I made the mistake of ordering it at 75% sweetness and it was super sweet but still soooo good. Lol Great flavors and it looked fancy with mango swirls along the inside of the cup. At the bottom, there were diced dried mango bits. I would've preferred fresh mango but this was different, still good, and a nice touch. We dont find ourselves in Suisun City often but would definitely stop in again if we're ever in the area. Customer service was top notch and friendly. The store could use a bit of sprucing up and some touch up paint but there were cool anime and video game for decor and a claw machine. Kids would love it. Plenty of parking. Thank you for the tasty beverage!

I love how smooth the Tareo was, and I tasted more Oreo than taro. I also got the Midnight, a butterfly pea tea mixed with lychee tea, which was too sweet for me. The staff were cool, patient, and able to answer any question. Everything in here was clean and organized, top-notch. I also love how spacious the boba shop was. There's a counter area where you can order coffee, pastries, breakfast items, or food to-go, while the left side has a hostess stand if you'd prefer full table service inside or on the patio. The brunch menu was a bit limited, and I ended up ordering the croissant sandwich. The croissant itself was soft and fresh, but overall the sandwich left me wanting a little more flavor. It was on the smaller side, didn't have much bacon, and even with the preserved tomato aioli it felt a bit underwhelming. The breakfast potatoes also weren't really my favorite. They were small whole potatoes with the skins on and heavily seasoned with cayenne pepper. Personally, I would've liked another side option such as fresh fruit. That said, the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. For two croissant sandwiches, two iced teas, and a side of fries, the total came to around $70 with tip, which felt a little pricey for the overall experience. The property itself is beautiful. It looks like they host live music and events in the outdoor quad area, and I noticed they also offer wood-fired pizza after 11 AM, which honestly sounds worth coming back to try. Overall, I have mixed feelings as the atmosphere and service were great, but the food didn't quite live up to expectations for me personally.
