If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I am usually not the kind to complain, but this LAST time I just about had it. Let me start off by saying that I WAS a frequent customer at this location. I would come here about almost everyday for an iced latte and for their sandwiches and avocado toast. Last week, I arrived around 7 something AM, maybe 8, I do not remember honestly. Well anyways I placed my order, went up to the window and there were literally no cars behind me. While I was getting ready to pay, I saw a homeless guy sitting down at the end and felt bad. I asked the girl kindly if I can add just a simple small hot coffee and a glazed donut. Like literally a SMALL HOT COFFEE WITH MILK AND SUGAR. Shouldn't even take 2 min to prepare one. And the donuts are literally next to the cash register, which can be easily grabable and add to my order. Well when I asked if I can add those two simple items to my order, she made a foul face and was hesitant. She was like uhmmm hold on and Closed the window on me. Then started talking to another girl next to her, who knows what they were saying. Next thing, she opens it back up and says sorry I can't do that. "There's a huge line and there's only 2 of us right now." In a rude way. Took my card, charged my original order and shut the window on me. I'm sorry but this location needs to do better and hire people who actually want to work! It's not my or any other customers problem that management decided to place only 2 people to work. That's why they are getting paid for doing, helping customers and giving good customer service. I have waited In that damn line over 20 min before and never complained. But over a small simple hot coffee and a glazed donut to be added to my order was such an inconvenience for the girl. I just left... Good thing I will not be taking my business there ever again. I'll start by saying i'm from the NorthEast, I grew up outside of Boston. Dunkin' donuts was a staple of my childhood, I was stationed out here with nothing but Starbucks around every corner. So I was ecstatic when I saw a Dunkin' donuts pop up. However, i'm fairly confident nobody in that business or the owner has ever stepped foot in a real dunkin' donuts. STOP putting zero cream cheese on the bagels. Are the employees wages based off of the quantity of cream cheese put on the bagels? I've paid EXTRA for cream cheese 3 times now and they still put little to nothing on it. Yes, they charged me EXTRA. I was hoping that would get a normal quantity of cream cheese but it still got me bare minimum. Go to any Dunkin' donuts in in the northeast and see how much cream cheese they put. I sent the last bagel back very politely stating there's barely anything on it and I had already paid for extra. Then they returned it again with nothing and I just left. This place is awful, why are you charging people extra cream cheese in the first place. This is also the first review i've ever wrote in my entire life, it's incredibly frustrating. I am usually a Dunkin' Donut fan!! However, I have been at this location twice now, and twice I have driven away incredibly disappointed with their food. Although the service was good- employees were very courteous, my hash browns tasted as if they came out of the fridge and my Bagel Mini's were frozen in the center. On another occasion, my coffee was watered down and Luke warm- and the coffee is what they are typically known for!!!!!!!! We visited Dunkin' Donuts in Fairfield California yesterday early afternoon (1:30pm). We were looking forward to tasteful donuts and a wide selection and were very disappointed. The variety was extremely poor with only a few donuts left in the display case. One of our selections we purchased was a white powered lemon filled donut. It tasted like cardboard. The chocolate donut gave us heartburn and had only little chocolate taste. The other donuts we purchased had no taste and were starting to harden. Our overall experience at the Fairfield shop was poor, and the employee was not helpful or responsive. We very much enjoyed the Dunkin' Donut facility in Santa Rosa at the Safeway shopping center and thought others would be similar. Obviously not. Each donut at the Santa Rosa shop was a savor experience and made one want more. We will NOT be visiting the Fairfield shop ever again. I highly recommend this shop be passed-by. I walked inside the restaurant at 8:40 pm when they close at 9pm and as soon as we walked in they were welcoming. I have been vaccinated since may 2021 and I walked in without a mask, they immediately all stared and told me to put on a mask so I didn't complain and walked to my car to grab my mask. As I walked out the woman followed us out and locked the door.... 12 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE.
