Stephanie took my order. Another young lady assisted with my donut selection. I know its a donut place right. I said, I am giving these donuts to the staff at the hospital. She completed my order and came out from behind the counter. She saw my eyes, and for some reason understood I was going through the most horrific day of my life. Let me tell you - the location, professionalism, cleanliness, pricing and presentation of the items were fantastic BUT THE Team member who came around the counter to deliver the order.... made a "difference in my trip" because someone cared, in this world... someone's kind word, assistance with order and i left with sense of "hope" in humanity, business, professionalism. I go to this Dunkin' Donuts once or twice a week and love everyone at the drive thru. Today they had a new girl taking orders but I made sure the girl Who makes my special drink - an iced chocolate milk was there. When I got my drink I knew it was wrong by the looks of it and when I tasted it I knew it wasn't what I ordered besides the fact that I asked for it "iced" and there was no ice in it. This location used to be good but since they added a team of inexperienced people who haven't got a clue between them the drive through is chaotic. They can never get your order correct. Why they think it's helpful to have clueless people standing in the drive thru is beyond me and they constantly make me park anyway. Defeating the entire purpose. I used to go here every single day. Very fast and tons of available workers even going outside into the drive thru to get everyone's orders out as fast as possible. Ordered munchkins in addition to my drink and they were out of the chocolate glazed I ordered through the app but the outside worker grabbed me 2 chocolate glazed donuts in addition to my original munchkin order to make up for it. 10/10 great service read more

This newly remodeled Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robin are so nice and clean inside. With many creative selection of ice cream pop and ice cream cakes. My kids love their ice cream every time and I felt safe and clean even during the pandemic. The staff and management were very nice and friendly. This is like a 2.5 star DD location. I usually go here because it is on my way to the office and when I'm tired and heading to work, convenience is king. The coffee itself is my favorite of the mass producers. If you ask for cream and don't want an entire cow udder in there ask for "less cream" or "splash of cream". They can always add more, but when your coffee has essentially taken on the look of a vanilla milkshake there is no turning back unless you have them make you a new one and this place is just too busy for that. From time to time I order a bagel to go with my coffee or iced coffee. I'm not expecting five-star new york bagel deliciousness, but I do expect them to be fresh. I've actually have to return a bagel because it tasted too old. Proceed with caution. Also, download the DD app and they give you a coup for a free coffee. read more

Considering that Dunkin's food and coffees are pretty standard everywhere you go, this rating is soley based on service. When I first I moved to this area a year ago I used to frequent this location almost on a daily basis. I start work at 6 a.m. they open at 5 so before heading into work I would always stop in for my usual, medium hot macchiato with caramel no extra sugar added. Now, on some mornings, by 5:45 which is the time that I would be rolling through the drive-through, their espresso machine wouldn't be running yet. To be honest I would find that highly annoying considering they open at 5... But... It's also not the end of the world. On those days, no coffee for me (not a fan of DD drip coffee) and so I would just sadly keep it moving. Other days they tell me, pull up to the front and it'll only be one minute and we'll take it to you. Mind you, like I stated before, this would be on my way in to work in which I would start at 6. They would tell me that it would only be a minute to wait, five minutes later I'm still sitting in the front of their parking lot waiting. Any customer would prefer to be told the truth. I rather be told I'm sorry it won't be ready for another 5 to 10 minutes would you like to wait? Than being lied to causing me to run late for work. After a few times of this (as well as a few times of waiting in their drive-thru line for quite a long time only to be told that they're out of a certain product, instead of just having the sign to keep people from waiting unnecessarily) I decided to stop going to this location. 4 months later: I'm out of coffee at the house and I think to myself, you know what? I haven't been to Dunkin in a long time. So this morning I went out to DD for my usual order as well as a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and a toasted croissant. I want to state, that the girl that took my order was not the same lady that received my payment. The cashier is amazing! I absolutely love her, I always have! In my opinion, she needs to lead the team in customer service. For the girl who took my order today, I don't know if it's the headset? Were you having a bad morning? I don't really know, nor should that really be my problem. But because you were misunderstanding what I was clearly saying ... that doesn't mean that you take your frustration out on me. Your over-the-top sarcasm was uncalled for. Not only did I spend about 4 mins reiterating my order about 5 times (talk about counterproductive) when I asked her to read it back to me, not only was I given the biggest attitude, but she had gotten it wrong AGAIN. So we finally get the order straight... I go up to pay... I receive my goods and as I'm driving off... I taste my macchiato, no caramel. The croissant? Hard as a rock. The only good thing that came out of it was my sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Anyone that follows my reviews knows that I work in the industry. I am actually very lenient when it comes to judging people by their customer service skills. I've been lenient enough as to not write a review on this location, but today was unacceptable. By me saying that I will no longer return to this Dunkin Donuts, is stupid for me to say because in all actuality by me not going it doesn't affect your business at all. But maybe by reading this, you can correct or improve what's going on at this location. By my experiences only, I can't even imagine the amount of money this location is losing by having to correct mistakes, or how much money they're losing by customers that no longer return. My girlfriend and I went to this Dunkin On Sunday September 11th around 8:20 - 8:30 A.M.. All we ordered was a small coffee and a Large coffee with a bacon, egg & cheese bagel. The whole time we were ordering the food the women through drive through was huffing and puffing with an attitude the whole time we are ordering. She was very disrespectful and seem she didn't want to be there. If you don't treat customers with respect then why even work there. I'm just more mad she did it to my girlfriend who was ordering while I was in the car. In my opinion that women should not be at the drive thru intercom if she is always going to be upset. I go to this Dunkin' Donuts almost every day and order the same exact thing and every day the coffee taste different there is absolutely no consistency they need to have a training or a meeting and have everybody on the same page on how to make the coffee it's like a free for all All the employees make The coffee their own way it is absolutely ridiculous. Working the overnight shifts on the weekends can be tough, but I can always count on this place to give me good customer service and coffee. I can't speak for anyone who comes here during the day, but at night on my way to work they always get my order right. The times I've bought donuts they usually taste very fresh. I really like the people that work here at night, they are very friendly and seem like they aim to please when it comes to my coffee. I've gone to other DD places and they never seem to make my coffee right or the donuts taste old. Not the greatest location the ladies that work here can be very rude sometimes. They make many mistakes frequently. If you tell them they did something wrong they immediately get an attitude and give you a hard time. There was also a time that after waiting 15 min they had never started my order and if it wasn't because I called the lady over and asked for my coffee she would have continued chatting over by the to go window and I would have never gotten the coffee. This is the closest location to my house yet I drive out of my way to another store. The service is always quick and the coffee is always tasty but the prepared food is inedible. I've tried a number of breakfast sandwiches thinking it was just that one time or maybe it was just me but then my husband tasted it and I knew it was just bad. Almost, like a chemical taste.
