This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The two girls at the front were very rude. I ordered a iced coffee with cream and extra sugar She forgot the sugar. Ordered a ham and cheese on a croissant no egg add mayonnaise. The croissant was very old and flaky and they didn't put mayonnaise on the sandwich. I also ordered hashbrowns and they only gave you five little hashbrowns where other stores fill the bag up with about 10. And this is not the first time I've had a problem with this place. read more

Hard working staff, but short male manager with Neapolitan complex, embarrassed me and insulted me by announcing to me that nobody is permitted to sleep at Store . I am there drinking coffee, to wake up, I also have significant amount of money , and this guy obviously just a head of himself , because I just got done working 18 hours of the day. There is no good excuse for poor behavior. We are all equal. It cost zero money to be a decent person. I feel the managers are abusive with their job title and ultimately make the store's overall vibe , almost awkward and disrespectful.. eventually it's the power of people , transparency , the overall experiences and reoccurrences of poor scores from the public that expose the truth of the problem. This place needs positive energy and attitude from the people who run this donut shop. General employee staff are amazing, friendly, and very thorough ,despite the managements fear factor and discriminating presence. I'm not one to say anything more then a general review . I GOT CALLED A CRACKER BY THE MANAGER AT THIS DUNKIN DONUTS. I come to this Dunkin' every single Day literally every single day. I was ordering my usual chai latte and a iced coffee for my man. I proceeded to show the lady ringing me up (who was a African amaerican manager) and she was telling me my coupon isn't for a free drink. Which it wasn't it was for a 2$ medium iced coffee..and my price wasn't getting reduced..so I proceeded to tell her my coupon is for 2$. She got all mad and slammed the drawer another lovely manager came over and helped the situation and deflected this lady getting all mad. So after I got rang up I was like "omgggg took long enough" they manager who originally I was dealing w said watch the way you talk to me. Now your a whole manager and I am the customer. When I was in the restaurant buisness I was trained customers are always right. So I looked at her and said exactly what I had just stated u are a manager I'm a customer u don't argue w ur customers period. So she started yelling raising her voice going back and forth so she proceeded to come around hercouner like she was going to do something to me. So I told her am I worth risking your job like your going to get all violent and she said word for word "no cracker is worth me risking my job over " now that is something I never had to expirence being that I'm not racist nor believe in any catogorizing a human as anything I find that I humane and wrong and I find this situation so disgusting. This location is terrible. Used to be a great Dunkin'. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and coffee thru drive thru several times. They never toast the bagel and the cream cheese is spread on thin like butter. The drive thru and the counter are rude and pushing u thru. I will not be going back. I will surely say that I will only being going to this location from here on out. I went through the drive thru before my night shift started to get me and my co worker each a coffee. When I originally tasted it, it didn't seem like there was any sugar added like I requested. I immediately called them and talked to a girl named Bianca. She was fantastic! She was so kind and genuine and when my co worker went to re pick up the coffee she even recommend the cold brew, which is something I've never had but will for sure be getting in the future thanks to her! To be so nice, with it being so late, is truly admirable and I appreciate good customer service like that. read more

If you want Dunkin' coffee, I would advise you to go to any other location. We were here on vacation and this was the closest location to us, so we decided to give it a try. We went through the drive thru (and we were the only ones in the line) to order three coffees. Although our orders were not complicated, all of the coffees came out incorrectly. We brushed it off and said it was no worry and took the new coffees made. However, one worker asked for us to give us the coffee back through the window, which is against policy. The next several times we went there the service was awful and all orders were wrong. We had to stop here on the last day of the vacation due to it being one of the only open coffee shops around. We were given the worst service yet! We gave them two food orders and three drinks; one of the food orders was completely missing (although it was accounted for on the receipt) and all of the drink orders were far from perfect. When we had told the staff about the mix up, we were given a negative reaction, saying we were wrong and told them we wanted the orders they had made (we get the same order every time we go to Dunkin'). It took two tries before we had gotten this order correct. NEVER go to this Dunkin'. read more

You might be suprise of what I'm about ti share with you. On 3/24/17 at 10pm I used the drive thru at dunkin donut bad experience. After giving my order I pull up to the window to pay for my coffee and two donut. The cashier told me the amount of 3.17 and I gave her my card. She gave me the bag of donuts and my coffee and said thank and walked away. In my mind I said wow no receipt but then and told myself that I could just look online. Then I proceeded to head off to work since I work 3rd shift. The donuts were stacked so I ate the 1st one but let me tell you the second OMG was smash and stiff and when I took a bite there was no creme at all in this Boston creme donut never in my life have any thing like this has happened. So I said let me call and let them know that I didn't appreciate what had just happen. I called and the phone ring and ring and ring and no one would pick up. So i'm telling myself that I shouldn't have ignored the signs. No receipt and immediately walking away to have no interactions and on top not even willing to ansew the phone. Si when I got off work this morning I tried to call and they answered the phone and so I ask if I could speak to a manger on duty if he wasn't too busy. The gentlemen said just a minute. The manager got on the phone and I proceeded to tell him about my experience that nite. This guy tells me before I completed my story oh I apologize just come in a get a free donut. I was so shock. I told the manager it wasn't about a getting a free donut. I wanted him to know about the experience I had with his employee. Then as I describe the employee as being young lady with a scarf arou d her head. He tells me oh I know who talking about and this is not the first complaint. But that he left at 5pm that day and all the donuts were fresh so just come in before 5pm and he would give me a free donut. Im thi king to myself if the donuts were fresh at 5pm how could they be hard and dried out of creme at 10pm. Im was very disappointed of the ouy come. I will not use his facility again and i'm sure he and the uou lady could care less. When you see now hiring signs beware.I don't about you but I certainly wouldn't want anyone to handle my food who would stoop so low. This place has gone down hill so bad. I go every day and get the same drink, for two weeks now they have not got it right once. I order large ice coffee, cream, 4 spend and lite ice... what do i get... so much ice I cannot even get the straw in easily, one person wrote on cup 4 creams, so there was no coffee.... I get tons of sugar when I ask for Splenda or I get no sweetener at all..... Time to go to Storks instead.... this business owner doesn't care. read more
