Ambiance- I was here so early that the chairs were still upside down on the tables. Clean floors and tables. Service - I'm the only one here so the two clerks gave me extra special service. I can definitely understand why this Dunkin' Donuts will be closing. They are the rudest most inconsiderate people that work there that I've ever encountered was there on Monday 3/16 at 9:12 AM. Who in the right mind would go into an establishment and put up with especially the employees manager. I needed something fast to eat and drink to bring to Pensacola Beach and I decided to come here. Only the drive through was open as the dining room was closed. I got into the drive through lane and there were only 2 cars in front of me. I was like yay, but behold the horror I was able to find out!! After what seems to be forever (15 minutes maybe) I was finally able to order my food. Then another 15 minutes, I was at the window. The male employee appeared to be very friendly and apologized for the wait. I suspected that he was the ONLY employee inside today. He was taking orders while making the food in the kitchen and coming to the window to take payment. He was super friendly and appeared to be super composed at the time. I knew if it was me, I be frantic and just freaking out or pissed off. Well, he definitely didn't let it show. When he finally gave me all my food, I asked him if he was the only person inside at work. He said yes with a smile. I felt super bad for him as if I was the owner of this franchise, I definitely will be giving this employee a nice raise. The owner should also be at work busting his butt helping his employee out to serve the customers. Unfortunately I have heard a lot of the fast food chains are severely understaffed especially during the Coviad pandemic. My Mocha flavored ice coffee was suberb as the flavor was right on. My bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was amazing as well. The hash brown was on point as always. I gave this place a 5 star because the one single employee that day made my experience amazing and he handled it just like a pro. I give him huge props!! This is the closest Dunkin to my home but that's over 30 minutes. That's very unfortunate because in SE Mass I got accustomed to having one on practically ever other corner. Then when I moved to Memphis the nearest was over 3 hours away. So it is my sad situation because I'm a die-hard Dunkin coffee dude. We come to Pensacola pretty often and that's where this Dunkin is. No matter what time of day or night, I'm stopping for some Dunkin. Unfortunately they're closing at 5pm these days is a bit disappointing but who knows what the staff situation is. Stale bagels and expired milk. There wasn't soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. Did not get one of the drinks in our order.

So I frequently go here, and I'm going to stop going here & find something better. I urge everyone to stop going here... it's a terrible location... So far I've gone 100+ times & every damn time they get my order wrong & give lip when I request it to be fixed. Today I ordered a Frozen Coffee with Caramel swirl, they gave me a Peppermint Mocha Swirl instead. This isn't the first time either, out of 100 visits 88 orders were wrong or just down right nasty. This location is garbage & the managers do not care to replace your order, or properly train employees on anything. Also side note they don't take sanitation seriously, I've seen no mask & gloves, I've seen people wipe their nose with their gloves on & not replace them. read more

This is the first time I've wish for the ability to give a place NEGATIVE stars. I admit freely and openly, with NO SHAME, that I am a Dunkin Donuts Coffee addict. Being in the Pensacola area was a challenge for me bc there are so few DD's in the area. Alas... I was willing to make the 40 minute drive every day for my fix. Problem was... this location didn't have the things they needed to run their business. No Caramel flavoring, No Mocha flavoring, and NO Large Cups... and the list goes on. This place is FILTHY... one step above hoarder level of dirty. The thing I found the most interesting about this location is their lack of DD signature Donuts. They are doing their own thing in there. Mixing up crazy colors and frosting even the munchkins. ... I feel like mom and dad are away and the kids are running the show at this location. read more

I've seen no mask about 70% of the time. Always new workers who mess up a simple 3 coffee order. Multiple times now we've had to request a refund because they gave us a medium from a large coffee, with the wrong flavor. And, Then they ask what my order was initially, as if they completely gave us someone else's order. They are always rushing people, they don't seem to care about On The Go orders as much as they use to. Just now, we pulled up after putting our on the go order 10 minutes before arriving. We gave up at the window and went somewhere else. Both of the employees that tried to take our order through the drive thru were rude and required that we repeat our order more than once. At 6:00 am when I requested coffee, they only had iced or decaf. When we pulled up to the window, a gentleman asked if we would please repeat our entire order since he was "here all alone." We could see other employees. Then my husband started to restate the order and then gentleman rudely interrupted that he already had all the donuts and just needed the drink orders to be repeated. I leaned down and said, "Thank you, but we are done. We are going to go somewhere else. Also, when you guys are speaking to one another it's coming through the drive through speaker." Horrible service. Went inside and stood there for 5 minutes without any movement or acknowledgement. Decided to try the drive through instead. Sat there for close to 10 minutes without anyone saying anything. Two other cars left. Eventually one worker said they were extremely short staffed. I do get that and feel bad for the two workers that were here today - but at least have basic service skills to acknowledge customers when they walk in the store. When Dunkin Donuts first opened in Pensacola, we were overjoyed. We love going there. We live in California, so we don't get many Dunkin Donuts. We went there one of the first weeks it opened, and everyone was super nice. We went to the front desk and ordered a few donuts and munchkins. They are SO DELICIOUS! We ate inside and it was surprisingly very clean. The drive-thru is very convenient considering people who are going to work, school, and summer camps early in the morning. The drive-thru sometimes takes a bit due too a long line, but otherwise it is pretty fast. But, sometimes they are out of munchkins (glazed, cinnamon, powdered). They are usually in stock with the blueberry and chocolate. Overall I love this Dunkin Donuts!! read more

I love Dunkin Donuts but seriously this location sucks. Once I ordered two chocolate frosted donuts & a small coffee with cream & sugar. I get my order & it's two chocolate cakes & coffee black. I can understand when places tend to get part of the order wrong but you got the ENTIRE order wrong? Really?? Is someone just randomly pressing buttons on the register & wherever their finger lands on that's what you're going to get? Ok fine. Maybe it's a one time fluke. Nope. Happened 3 more times after that. Then another time they said they were out of yeast donuts. I understood because it was Memorial Day weekend. I'm sure it was busy. But tell me how the next day they were still out of yeast donuts? I came super early too...like 8am. I am a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts! I go all the time! This particular Dunkin' Donuts was a disgrace to the name of Dunkin'. I have gone here 3 times and ever time I have gone there has been something wrong with my coffee. The first time, it tasted sour. How do you make coffee taste sour?? The second time, the customer service was bad and I got the wrong drink and it was watered down. The third time, they gave me cream with a hint of coffee! It was so white, i couldn't even call it coffee. I'm not a difficult person to please. I literally just want coffee... Sorry, Dunkin'. Three strikes, I'm not going back to this location. read more

Corporate has been contacted after my poor experience. After a 30 minute wait in the drive thru, verbally assaulted by an employee named Matthew, then threaten to be physically assault all while pregnant, this is by far the worst representation of the Dunkin Corporation. Probably the worst location I've been too. Every single Sunday between 11 and 12 I attempt to go here - in the last two months they have been out of ALL donuts most of the time; they've been unable to cook anything half the time; and, on one occasion they informed me they're temporarily closed for 5-1 hours. Not only so - one of the two times they had munchkins only available - they charged me but never gave them too me, I didn't realize this until I had driven too far for it to be worth it to go back.
