I needed something fast to eat and drink to bring to Pensacola Beach and I decided to come here. Only the drive through was open as the dining room was closed. I got into the drive through lane and there were only 2 cars in front of me. I was like yay, but behold the horror I was able to find out!! After what seems to be forever (15 minutes maybe) I was finally able to order my food. Then another 15 minutes, I was at the window. The male employee appeared to be very friendly and apologized for the wait. I suspected that he was the ONLY employee inside today. He was taking orders while making the food in the kitchen and coming to the window to take payment. He was super friendly and appeared to be super composed at the time. I knew if it was me, I be frantic and just freaking out or pissed off. Well, he definitely didn't let it show. When he finally gave me all my food, I asked him if he was the only person inside at work. He said yes with a smile. I felt super bad for him as if I was the owner of this franchise, I definitely will be giving this employee a nice raise. The owner should also be at work busting his butt helping his employee out to serve the customers. Unfortunately I have heard a lot of the fast food chains are severely understaffed especially during the Coviad pandemic. My Mocha flavored ice coffee was suberb as the flavor was right on. My bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was amazing as well. The hash brown was on point as always. I gave this place a 5 star because the one single employee that day made my experience amazing and he handled it just like a pro. I give him huge props!! I will definitely be back again if I am in the Pensacola Beach/Gulf Breeze area. The wait was well worth it!

    I run on Dunkin!

This is the closest Dunkin to my home but that's over 30 minutes. That's very unfortunate because in SE Mass I got accustomed to having one on practically ever other corner. Then when I moved to Memphis the nearest was over 3 hours away. So it is my sad situation because I'm a die-hard Dunkin coffee dude. We come to Pensacola pretty often and that's where this Dunkin is. No matter what time of day or night, I'm stopping for some Dunkin. Unfortunately they're closing at 5pm these days is a bit disappointing but who knows what the staff situation is. Hopefully they'll get back to regular hours soon.

Best bagel in Pensacola. Full stop…read more If you are along the water and looking for a breakfast spot, then Bagelheads may be your jam. Bagels and pastries of so many kinds plus phenomenal breakfast sandwiches and so much more. Almost everyone loves a good bagel, and they even have some gluten-free options (with some qualifiers). You can get a number of cream cheese options or other toppings, and their lox has that phenomenal smoked flavor. The Lox Works, complete with cream cheese & capers, can be done on your choice of bagel. In fact, any of the breakfast sandwiches can be done how you want it, and there are literally a million combinations. There's plenty of seating inside & even outside, so you can enjoy the view of the placid gulf as it laps up to Pensacola Beach while enjoying your breakfast. Bagelheads even offers their own roast coffee blend, called 'Mac Daddy', and it's a very robust cup of coffee. Self-serve coffee runs you $3.50 & you can get a dozen assorted bagels to go for $20, which will make whomever you bestow them upon very happy. You can even drive-through! Great local small business with an outstanding offering, great service, and a great brand.

Bad doesn't even begin to describe this place. Want to see the dumbing down of America on full display...just come here to watch the employees in action. Ever wondered what food service looks like without management...again, have a look here. In a tale as old as time, order was misplaced, food was cold, and no shits by the staff (other than a piss poor attitude) were given. 20 minutes for cold egg bites and a toasted bagel (that wasn't toasted) with butter (not melted), all for only having 2 people order in front of me. Coffee urns are never changed out, and always empty and/or cold. The only this they're able to do consistently well is to turn the iPad around when paying and expect a tip! Save yourself the time, trouble and money...GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! There are too many good eating establishments in this town to continue supporting this miserable, pathetic excuse of an eatery. It used to be great, but has changed for the worse.

What really sets Joe Patties apart is the quality. Nothing compares to the freshness of their fish and seafood. If you feel like you're paying a little more, just know that when you cook it properly at home, the quality more than justifies the price. One tip: if you're getting steamed shrimp, skip the pre-steamed option. Go to the counter, pick out the shrimp you want, and have them steam it fresh for you. Definitely grab one of their tubs of garlic butter and herbs and have them add half or the full amount depending on how much you're getting. I got the Argentine shrimp, about a pound and a half, and had them use half the butter. No one in my group expected it to be as good as it was. I set the plate down and it was gone in less than five minutes. I was lucky to even get three pieces for myself. We also purchased a whole grouper and had them fillet it for us. We seasoned it with their Everglades rub, and I have to admit it was probably the best grouper I've ever had in my life. The freshness makes all the difference. We grill often and have made grouper before, but it's usually been frozen, and it never comes out anywhere near this good.
