You know - I've relied on this Dunkin. It's gotten me through a lot. I would have died last year without getting coffee from this Dunkin at least once a week. But honestly... it's always hit or miss. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. Whatcha gotta do is perfect and order and STICK TO IT. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT. Try anything new on the menu - no matter how tempting. Rn, my go to is a Iced Cappuccino with 3 butter pecans - so good and it's hard to mess up. HOWEVER. I GOT IT TODAY AFTER MY WORKOUT AND THEY LIKE BLENDED IT OR SOMETHING - like the ice was in tiny bits. I was so mad. But I mean .. it was still good and I drank it all no shame. read more

This place is a consistent 3 ish star Dunkin. You either get okay service or crap service. I wouldn't say I'm a regular at this location but I go at least 1 once every week, sometimes twice. Most of the time I will place a mobile order and pick up inside. However lately it does not seem to matter whether I place a mobile order or go inside to order - it is never quick or correct. Today was almost my last straw, I ordered two coffees and two donuts (me and my husband) very basic order, nothing fancy at all. Scheduled the pick up for 11:55, got there a couple minutes early. It was a little busy so I knew I would be waiting a few minutes however I waited a half hour past my pick up time for 4 items... the girl behind the counter could not even find my mobile order - when she did find it she admitted to clearing it off the screen and throwing out the tags without making the order (why I have no idea) She was not apologetic at all about it, and had a petty attitude about having to make it. On top of that the donuts were nasty and old tasting, the coffees were made incorrectly, I mean it was just plain awful today. Honestly thought about driving the few extra miles to go to the other Dunkin that's out of my way just to see if I have a better experience. The only thing I have to say that is consistent about the place is that the lobby is always clean, the bathrooms are always clean... so at least there's that. read more

A mobile order, went inside picked up my coffee and it was warm. Waited for my sandwich, no one asked or made any eye contact. I asked an employee next to the pick up station for assistance, I was ignored. Asked a second time and he replies "I AM BUSY". I told him I was missing my sandwich. He replies "I AM MISSING A LOT OF THINGS TOO". Now this is what I call the worst customer service ever. This is totally unacceptable. If you're like me and my wife and you love diabetic coffee (as in will give you diabetes), this is the best place to go. At the time we went it was kind of late. They were busy and really overwhelmed. The manager running the place was a young lady dressed as a Clockwork murder doll. They were very busy in the draft doing a couple of people in the lobby. But they managed to get our odrink and Donuts. Tasty and affordable. The worst thing about this place is the location. If you try to turn left off the street into here it's hard as hell to get in and out. read more

Don't get bagels here. They have good donuts but they never spread the cream cheese on the bagels. This is the 3rd time I've given the bagels a chance. They are nice and the coffee is good. But bagels are burnt and with barely any cream cheese. read more

First I'll say the workers there are always just as sweet as can be, an absolute delight. The donuts however seem to be lacking. I always get the same donuts, and when I get the cream filled ones I never actually know what type of filling I'll get. One is sort of a thick cream and the other is a pudding consistency. This matters only because I prefer one over the other, but there's no way to gauge as the filling is never consistent. The donuts always seem a bit stale and not as fresh as say Krispy Kreme (which by the way usually come out hot or warm). My last gripe is that my favorite donut is the crueler donut but they never seem to be available when I come by. As I said the people are amazing, but I think Dunkin' could do better. read more

I love Dunkin just not this location, the wait in the drive thru no matter what time of day it is is always very long . Today I ordered some bagel bites and took a bite and they were ice cold in the middle . When I called to make them aware so no one else would get cold food this morning no one answered and the VM box was full . I'm going to have to make an update. I really hate to do this because but he service is always great and fast. Lately, the coffee is not hot. Literally when you first get your coffee it is only warm. Yes, I do you like my coffee piping hot. But I would settle for coffee that is just... hot. So while I love the way the coffee taste at Dunkin' Donuts and would rather spend my money here than at Starbucks, I am constantly having to take my coffee and then warm it up just to have a reasonably hot coffee. That's a disappointment. Hopefully they will get that fixed. read more

Simple Dunkin! The coffee is good at this one 4 out of 5 times. Pretty good ratio for one of these. Wait time is usually not terrible but if you catch it on a bad day can be horrific. Overall I visit because it's close to my house. Doughnuts are subpar in my opinion but that's just my opinion of Dunkin in general! read more

I've never been satisfied going to this location. They are SLOW. I sat in line with 2 cars ahead of me for 30 mins! I always ask for light ice they never ever follow through with that. The staff has never been very friendly, in fact they all seem like they absolutely hate their jobs. That aside I have other problems. This location (not sure about other locations) NEVER has chocolate milk bottles. Today we went there for my son's 4th birthday to have a special breakfast and all he wanted was chocolate milk...the cashier said "WE HAVE NO MILK AT ALL." How are you gonna be a coffee and donut shop and not have any milk? In the past when I was told they had no milk bottles I asked "can you just make chocolate milk?" Oh lord you would have thought I asked them to move the moon!! I'm sorry why is asking you to put 2 pumps of your mocha sauce into a bottle of plain milk such a difficult task? And if I am in there for 2 minutes I smell like burnt grease, it's terrible. These people do not care about their customers. As you can always count on McDonalds Ice cream machine to be broken you can also count on this location being out of milk! PS. We got him some chocolate milk at Starbucks who is ALWAYS happy to make some chocolate milk if they run out of boxes! read more

Love my Dunkin! The staff is always friendly and most importantly they seem to like their jobs and work together. The drive thru is always fast and the orders are always acurate. The inside is most always clean. Can get rather busy during peak times like happy hour and the morning going to work rush. All in all, my favorite Dunkin! read more

Worst customer service ever. Coffee is either decent or horrible. I did a mobile order on my way to work today, and I got there and it wasn't ready, which is fine. But I heard someone behind the counter say the mobile order tickets didn't print. They asked the other girl waiting what she had ordered, but never asked me. I stood there forever and tried to get their attention and kept being ignored. And since it was a mobile order, I had already paid. Late to work with no coffee and lost money. Not sure what is going on at this location. I stop in a couple times a week, and just recently my orders have been messed up. I'm talking 4 out of the last 6. Apparently there is a disconnect between the person who takes my order over the drive thru intercom and the person that gives me my order - it is obviously not the same person. This dunkin NEVER gets the food right in the AM weekly drive thru. I've gotten the wrong sandwich at least once every other time. Today I has a feeling it was wrong again. I looked before leaving the parking lot and it was wrong once again. This time I went inside to get the right one. The girl takes my wrong sandwich and I said I need my sandwich I'm waiting on. Then that girl never told anyone that I needed my right sandwich but she did tell people about the wrong one i got because they had to make it again for someone else. Then the person after me gets their food and I ask the guy making the food did they tell you about my sandwich I'm still waiting on. He said no they didn't then the manager brings it out and still has no clue what's going on. This is really ridiculous. How can you mess up food that much and be that bad at customer service. read more

This used to be my favorite place to get breakfast in the morning because it's cheap, used to be fast, and is right on my way to school, but lately the service has just been awful. They consistently take forever to take your order AND to get it out to you now, when last year they typically got me in and out in about 2 minutes. This morning I ordered a ham, egg & cheese sandwich, but they gave me something that looked like a cheese roll up from Taco Bell. I told the lady at the window and she had a major attitude about it, and it honestly seemed to me that she didn't believe me? Regardless, she took back the bag she gave me and after another 5-10 mins gave me the correct sandwich. However, when I got to school I realized it was extremely burnt. Very disappointed. read more

As someone who needs to keep a constant caffeination level at all times, I've been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts locations (and Starbucks... I'm an equal opportunity coffee drinker.) This DD location is pretty average. High marks for a clean store front and fresh donuts. Low ones for airhead-y staff members who had trouble making my coffee to order and figuring out who was ringing me up! If you want to walk in and purchase advertised products, Dunkin in Hixson is not your place. I came in to order breakfast and the cashier was eating her own breakfast in the food prep area, a critical health code violation! After a couple of minutes standing at the order station, she finally asked what I wanted. I ordered 2 bagels and cream cheese and paid my order. She said it would be up in just a minute. I waited for over 10 minutes and was asking where is my food, I'm late for an appointment (because of the delay). After a few more minutes I again asked where was my order. They had not even put the bagels in the toaster! I told the young woman behind the counter I had to leave and needed a refund. She said she was busy and I would have to wait. I asked for the manager. She said she was also busy and someone else would take care of it. Eventually I got a refund and left with no breakfast and my outlook for today ruined. New manager and staff needed immediately! read more
