Rude staff . On the day that I arrived there was no one in the drive-through had to wait at the outdoor microphone for at least three minutes before anyone bothered to respond to me. When pulling up to the window, they refused to open the window for at least five minutes. Then they took my cash close the window and went away discontinued for another extended. Period close to 10 minutes. The two ladies that were working in there were hiding in the back and looking out the drive-through window and laughing. I think they were having fun with certain people of color. Oh wait, I don't have a color. They attempted to move as slow as they could, and purposely have fun pissing the customers off, seem to be what they were championing on 12-9-25 Their management needs to pull the cameras and fire any of these lethargic retards at work there Management, wake up you have terrible people working at this location and it's been this way for almost a year. Absolutely one of the worst experiences of customer service I have ever encountered. I waited 15 minutes and there were 4 people working. Not a single acknowledgement and they were all focused on drive thru. Not a hi we be right with you or sorry for the wait. Nothing. When I finally asked the girl getting donut for someone who was in drive thru after I had already been there was there anyone helping in the store customers or sue we all have to go to drive thru she acted ignorant. I said I had been standing well longer than those cars were even in drive thru She didn't apologized just acted clueless. I said you know what never mind. I came by here today, out of my way on the way to work to get St. Patrick's day donuts. There was a pretty long line, assuming others were doing something similar. Only to be disappointed when I finally got to order. They didn't have any St. Patrick's Day donuts and told me I could drive across town to a different store. Who has time for that?! Not me. Especially after sitting in line for 15 minutes. So I ordered a dozen regular boring donuts. I doubt I'll go back to this place EVER. This specific Dunkin' Donuts location always seems to not care about the customers the coffee is always made poorly whenever the coffee is made incorrectly they get upset that they have to make it again. I would also rather Starbucks to Dunkin but the closest coffee shop near my work is Dunkin, I have never had Dunkin before I tried it out at least three times and every single time I got some thing different and it was not up to par. I am a huge coffee fan but Duncan is not where I will be getting my coffee from. The picture I showed is a cold brew that had barely any cold foam on top when I paid and ordered for extra. I have been to this dunkin many times since moving to South Huntsville. I always get a large vanilla chai, which comes to $2.17 including tax. This morning I order like I always do, and it's more expensive than it normally is. I get up to the window, and tell them. They were convinced they rang it up correctly, so I ended up paying for the order that was more than it should be. Turns out they rang up a vanilla chai latte, not a vanilla chai. They could not be convinced that a vanilla chai was a real thing, or had any idea how to make one. This Dunkin' is very inconsistent. I have been disappointed many times. I got something new once and didn't like it. It was the pumpkin spice iced coffee and I tried adding more creamer at my work so it would taste good, which didn't work. So I just threw it out because it tasted like fireball. Not sure if it as because it was just a bad time or I just didn't like it. Anyways, a day later I had a free beverage through the app, so I was like let's try this again because hey I have a free reward why not? The drinks are great but every time I've gotten a bagel or sandwich, the food has had a really bad aftertaste. I ordered a bagel first and it tasted like chemicals so I notified the manager. If I could give a zero I would. We went to the Dunkin Donuts on South Memorial Parkway next to the ATT Retailer. It was 6:45 pm they close at 8pm. I expected them to be short on the choice of Donuts, and they were. When I walked in the young blonde woman behind the counter looked at me and then she walked away to the back of the store. There was a young man working the drive through and was busy. I stood there without anyone acknowledging my presence, at this point I was ready to walk out when the blonde walked around the corner and looked right at me, I waited for her to come over and take my order she turned her back to me and proceeded to show her coworker something on her phone. I literally had to say hello, to which she sucked her teeth , sighed and asked what do you want? I told her what I wanted, then I asked what time they close trying to be pleasant and she told me @8pm . I told her it's very limited she said yeah we didn't feel like making anything else. I would have walked out but I promised someone that I would bring them Donuts.I sincerely hope that the General Manager and owner see this. I started visiting Dunkin on Friday mornings during quarantine, but it's become a beloved tradition for our household. Our rescue dog Leila has grown to love our Friday morning trips and eagerly awaits the crinkly bag sound which means her blueberry munchkins have arrived. Jason's voice delivers such enthusiasm through the drive through speaker it really makes my morning. In the rare event something is wrong or takes longer than usual, Jason is always a consummate professional and still makes the drive thru experience enjoyable. On 10/14/2016 I visited this Dunkin Donuts at 05:14 a.m. The cashier who handled the drive thru was great (Sebrina is the name listed on my receipt.) She was extremely friendly and efficient. I almost forgot to ask for my bagel sliced and toasted, but luckily she reminded me. She was not disgruntled when I asked for a small ice water or an extra Onion and Chive Cream Cheese (soooo surprised they had this flavor). She said she would gladly give me an extra one! I have been visiting this location for about 3 years and daily for about a year the staff has always been great and exceptional ! Kevin and Steven just knew how to give great service and make your morning. Within the last 3 weeks the service have been HORRIBLE. The wait times have been unbelievable. There was an incident where I place a to-go order when I arrive the wait time was about 15 mins total and I was in the drive-thru line and I went in. Needless to say I left because I couldn't wait any longer. I talked to the manager by the name of Jason who instructed me to give him a call when I arrive on Friday morning to replace my order that I didn't get on that Thursday. I called that Friday morning 3 times to tell him I was on my way and I didn't get answer so I still placed a to go order and picked it up on Friday. Saturday rolls around I call him again to tell him I was on my way a female answers the phone and tell me he is there. I waited on hold for him to pick up and he didn't even though I could hear his voice . I hung up after waiting over 5 mins. So this has showed me that it's time to take my service somewhere else. If you use the DD mobile app you know how it doesn't work 90% of the time. Somehow the staff at this DD will make it right. They are always friendly and welcoming and efficient. I don't care much for the donuts (sorry, but I'm a Krispy Kreme girl) but the coffee and morning wraps are good and it is very convenient. Like I said before, the DD app is so frustrating I would have crossed them off my list a while ago, but the staff here makes you feel appreciated. Okay so we all know that Dunkin' Donuts has the best coffee and the best donuts around. This is the first donut shop that has been in South Huntsville since Shipleys and that was ages ago. Well I was going through the drive thru to pick up a coffee before a long day at work. I had a lot on my mind. I usually order a large iced coffee with cream and sugar and a turbo shot. This time when I ordered, I forgot to say iced! I pull up to the window, the very nice young man took my payment and quickly returns with a large coffee. A large HOT coffee. As soon as I felt the heat from the cup, I realized I had make a mistake in not asking for ICED coffee when I ordered. Knowing that hot coffee doesn't agree with my stomach like iced coffee does, I ask the young man to please replace it with an iced coffee. I felt so bad! The young man came back within seconds with my iced coffee and a huge smile on his face! He was so kind and helpful even though I was the goof that asked for the wrong thing. He said not a problem and encouraged me to come back soon. That young man made my day. I wish I would have caught his name. Great customer service. I appreciated that. read more
