Nice and clean location. Friendly and fast crew. They were super attentive. Coffee was good. Bagel sandwich was perfect. Glazed munchkins tasted less fresh but they gave us two extra. Would use these guys as my go to Dunkin source if I lived nearby.

Just decided to stop by here for a quick breakfast this morning after a doctors appointment. I only went through the drive-through so I'm not sure about the interior of the building, but the drive-through was very quick. The person greeted me on the speaker and was very friendly took my order and encouraged me to move around to the window. At the window, the worker seemed to be a little standoffish initially, but when I asked for some additional cream, he was very happy to go get it for me and gave it to me with a smile. And then said thank you and have a great day. The food that I got was a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. A bagel sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. It was prepared perfectly. It was hot, wrapped nicely so that I could transport it a little ways before eating it. All in all and excellent experience.

At 9:30 am on a Monday we ordered a sausage egg and cheese crossaint, a Boston crème donut and a blieboory donut coffee (iced medium). We received our food within 3 MINUTES 13 SECONDS and 63 MILLISECONDS which is a personal record for my DD eatings. The crosisant was flaky buttery - at the end of our meal we were head to toe in flakes and our ectstacy was unbounded. Now the moment of truth - the donut. The donut was horrid , dead, putrid filth. Looked like a fat someone sat on it and the glazing was runny like a fat person sat on it. The coffee was good but the straw made a high pictched sucking sound whenever I would drink from it. My date lost respect for me as a man and hasn't talked to me since. I think Dunkin' Donuts ruined my life I will say, the employees seemed to be having a good time. At least one of us did.

Ordered the sweet black peppered bacon. It was not sweet, didn't have pepper on it, wasn't even much in the package and was gross

My friend keeps sending me pics of all the homemade bagel recipes she's trying but I'm just over here DoorDash-ing Dunkin all the time. I guarantee the bagels at Dunkin taste much better than anything I would make at home. They are my favorite bagels so why fix what's not broken. In addition to delivery through DoorDash, their drive-thru is also open. I'm not sure if it's because the dining room is closed right now but the drive-thru line is a lot longer than it was pre-pandemic. I went around 7:45am on a Tuesday morning and there were probably 15-20 cars in front of me. They were still very quick but it did take me about 15 minutes to get through. Dunkin bagel and iced coffee = worth the long drive thru line.

I think they put lemonade in my drink instead of green tea, and we ordered munchkins and they just threw them in the bag. Other than that the food was delicious and they were pretty fast.

looks like they slid the donut across the ground then threw it in the bag with napkins. wtf

Do not go here if you want decent coffee and donuts. Donut hardly has any icing left after napkins and inside the bag took most of it.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Dunkin' Donuts count your days.. first I ask for a churro latte apparently they don't have it then I ask for a cinnamon and vanilla coffee and they don't have that as well. Whatever at this point I'm a bit annoyed but the cherry on top is when I ordered hash browns and they gave me this.. burnt and overly salty not to mention how rubbery it feels.. I've tried many times to give Dunkin a chance to redeem themselves and they fail me every time. The staff do not have a welcoming vibe at all either

Tried this Dunkin' out again and still going with the 1 star! It's horrible that they have great coffee but horrible customer service! The ability to get drinks made correctly is basically unheard of. I find this odd considering drinks are made to order. Order a large iced coffee with 2 shots or SF vanilla; 2 Splenda and ONE cream. There is nooo way my drink should be this milky looking! And note it's not SF vanilla. Also ordered two bacon, egg and cheese croissant. They have them on special for $5. My husband nor myself was impressed. Sandwiches are cold and bacon hardly cooked! So unfortunately my rating remains the same!

The back area with most of the booths had too many people in it at all times, which stressed us out. I felt like couldn't really look at everything and often had to wait awkwardly to the side until other people finally moved out of the way. I ended up getting a new permanent bracelet after one of mine broke a couple weeks ago. I hadn't looked at the vendor lineup before coming, but had hoped there would be a permanent jewelry booth there and was very happy to see Golden Era. The owner was so nice and told me that Milk & Honey often lets her come by for events, so that's nice to know when going back to get coffee again. We also got a couple of gorgeous floral shortbread cookies from a vendor and had them as a nice little treat the next day. Despite how busy/packed it was, it was still very fun to have the event to browse while sipping on a coffee. I also loved the booth diversity- a fresh flower booth to make bouquets, cookies, permanent jewelry, antiques, vintage jewelry, a few clothing booths, custom press on nails, candles, a mini bookstore outside, and a pet bandana shop outside as well. For coffee, I ordered The Eddie (sea salt caramel macchiato) and my husband ordered The Milk & Homey (cinnamon + honey). The Eddie was definitely sweeter than The Milk & Honey, but both were very tasty! They had a super cute "whimsy bar" set up at the pickup side of the counter to bedazzle your coffee. This was my first time there, so I'm not sure if this was just for the event or not. We also each ordered a turkey caprese sandwich with a side of kettle chips, but they were a little disappointing. They were supposed to be on sourdough, but came out on white bread instead that kept sticking to our teeth and made the sandwich mush together when biting into it. Would love to come back and try a different sandwich or maybe a baked good next time instead.

I gave a different review back when the company had a different name (Roots to Rise) - same ownership - and I hadn't been impressed with their coffee or açaí bowls. With the new branding, I figured I'd visit again & stick to juices. They quickly became my post-yoga stop on weekends. I would have went before work on weekdays but they aren't open early enough for that. Today after I ordered I was warned there were a few orders ahead of me. That knowledge before ordering would have been more helpful. Normally a 5 minute wait or so, I was guessing a 15 minute wait would be reasonable. I went outside listened to 3 songs, back in, still no drink, went back out- 2 more songs, back in, still nothing. Ordered at 11:15, drink was done at 11:51. I think good business would have been upping my size for free, or a coupon, or even a thanks for your patience. A simple, "Thanks," while kind enough, caught me off guard. Any gesture to recognize that wait was unreasonably long would have sufficed. The juice was still delicious, I can't lie. I don't know if it's staffing (2 employees on Sat. morning- no Now Hiring sign tho) or what, but if you are in any kind of time crunch, I'd probably avoid the wait. If you are on vacation time- by all means- go enjoy their offerings. I realize it's what comes with a small business, but also something to recognize an unusually long wait would also be a small business quality. I'm disheartened by this. Greenwood is very slack on fresh juice options, although I saw an Ever-Well going in on 31.
