My sister-in-law accidentally forgot to order my MIL's black coffee, and when we went back up, Giovanni took care of us with a small Americano on the house. I also came back asking for a splash of half-and-half on the side and everyone was incredibly accommodating. Never once made us feel like we were being a nuisance, even with a steady line of customers. That's how you keep people coming back. Great drinks are important, but taking care of people is what builds loyal customers. Everbloom does both. Cannot recommend this place enough.

This is the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been too. I ordered a large sugar free coconut frozen coffee with extra of the coconut, a small frozen chocolate, a sausage croissant and hash browns. I get to the window and the guy hands me a small coconut coffee. This is screw up one. So he grabs the coffee and makes me a new one. He then brings me a new large coffee and i taste it and it had toasted almond in it and was terrible. I then tell him this isn't what I ordered. He gets nasty and slams the window. So he makes another one and brings me an all white drink.... i asked for the manager. She tells me the whole front crew are all new. I told her she should be up front then and help them. Her response: i have an order I have to do. I said your customers are more important. I asked for my money back and went to starbucks. Got better service, better food and it was cheaper! read more

Wow is all I have to say. I am an avid dunkin drinker and also a former employee. Drinks were all made wrong and when asked about a drink I was met with attitude and extreme laziness. No one in the store , but yet took about 10 mins to get any service. When I asked about my drink and what was what ( no labels on any drink) they just walked away. Not one drink was made right.. If allowed I would have gladly jumped back there and showed them brand standard on how to make drinks because obviously the franchise owner doesn't care to educate them. Your either great with customers or not and this location is absolutely not! The employees should definitely re watch dunkin U on how to make a proper drink. read more

After years of being addicted to Dunkin' Donuts in Burien, WA, I couldn't wait for this unit to open less than a mile from my home. We purchased a selection and brought them home for guests and ourselves to enjoy. What a disappointment! Talk about grocery store donuts! Thick, sodden dough, small donuts, gluggy frosting, poor creme filling - - a veritable waste of $6. Patronize Jelly Donut in Indio: fresh, real creme, crispy exteriors: those are donuts. I recently visited this Dunkin Donuts and was disappointed with my experience. The night shift manager who took our order lacked personality- didn't even acknowledge us. When I received my iced matcha, it was not even full, and after taking a tiny sip, I felt it wasn't worth the five bucks I paid. The place was a little clean.
