Very disappointed with this place. The donuts did not taste good at all, the bagel cream cheese was horrid, I think the cream cheese was expired for sure it had a sour taste. The only semi decent thing here is the coffee. The only reason it got a 2 and not a 1 was because the guy working there was nice. read more

I think it's way overpriced and staff don't know their own products. Walked in in the early afternoon to check out the place as we heard good stuff from our neighbors. Was shocked at thd prices for a dozen donuts, super shocked for muffin prices too! Asked the employee as I pointed "are these eclairs?" And he said yes. We bought two and took bites after driving away. No they were not eclairs, just chocolate topped stick. $5 for a very average empty chocolate topped stick. How disappointing. Anyway won't be back as there are other much cheaper donut options read more

It's Halloween season and I walk in around 9:50AM. I work with kids. In costume of little horn head band. An educator trying to get some donuts to work with kids for the festive season. The older Hispanic male employee asks me inappropriate in Spanish if "I get freaky with my boyfriend" proceeds conversation. I hand him a 50.00 cash and almost tries to charge that I paid with 20.00. I had to calculate the change for him. The entire interaction was so vile. I am shaking with how the employee behaved and should be better trained on sexual harassment and not work there. Didn't know this place was 24 hours (apparently only I didn't know this info) had called to make sure and worker answered and was very polite. Was attended right away when I got to the place. I visited this location at 6:19 pm.on 6-30-20. The employee preparing coffee for a customer did not cover her nose with her mask. There was a customer with NO MASK at the counter just freely talking away near the donuts. I left, never to return. First time here and have to say it has a good variety of doughnuts. You can take a dozen home for $11.99 or half a dozen for $6.99 they are freshly made which is a big plus for a doughnut shop. They also have breakfast bagels which I tried their ham and avocado it's a must try delicious. read more

Omg this place people can say what they may about the people working there, but if you want a amazing doughnut then look no further! Within minutes I had two doughnuts down. So light and fluffy and full of flavor!! Literally the best doughnut I've had in years. The glaze and chocolate glaze they have a variety of flavors and styles muffins and croissants and fritters. I have been in this shop a handful of times in the last 7 months. I have seen 3 different ladies working and all 3 of them are very rude. They do not say hello, goodbye, you're welcome. When you speak to them they do not say one word back to you, just noises.. there are plenty of people in this world who would love a job. This place started off great when it opened. But unfortunately, it has just went downhill from there. I had hoped it would be better than the other Winchells locations That I've seen, but it has become just like the rest with a poor selection of donuts that don't look fresh and uncaring sloppy looking employees. Let me start by saying that the donuts I had were good. That is the only reason I don't give this place one star. When we entered, the one lady working dragged herself out from the back obviously unhappy to see us. We said hello and she said nothing at all. We asked her a few questions and she muttered something like a "yeah" under her breath. She said nothing else. Not the cost nor a thank you nor anything else. It was extremely awkward and we felt like we had somehow wronged her personally. Terrible employee. Then once we got home, we discovered the one milk that we bought had been opened and half empty. We tried many times to call the place and finally after several tries, she answered. We told her what happened and SHE HUNG UP ON US. Called back and she hung up immediately. I wish I knew who the owner was. They shouldn't have their business suffer due to an aggressively bad employee let alone the health threat posed by selling used milk. (the milk is only accessible to employees so it had to be one of them that drank it) Legendarily bad service. Laughably so. I would not trust the place's health standards at all. I wouldn't have eaten the donuts if I'd noticed the milk first. Watch out! read more

Didn't have time to make myself breakfast today, so I decided to go in and try the breakfast sandwich. Holy cow it was good!
