I was really excited to try Dunkin' for the first time, but this was honestly disgusting. The donuts and donut holes were completely soggy and melted together in the bag. They looked old and greasy, with glaze smeared everywhere (I even took a photo because it was that bad). I ate half of one donut hole and had to throw the rest away. The donut holes had no flavor at all--just bland, oily dough. My little brother ate some too and ended up with a stomachache afterward, which is unacceptable. This was my first experience at a Dunkin' Donuts, and definitely my last. I'll be sticking to local donut shops from now on, where the donuts are actually fresh and edible. read more

This was a long overdue review that I visited Dunkin Donuts, Indio, CA., or I would not have been able to snap a signage picture during a prior trip to Palm Springs, CA. The City of Indio, CA., is another tourist town due to its nearby cities such as Palm Desert, CA., Rancho Mirage, CA., and Palm Springs, CA. So during my last trip to Palm Springs, CA., I made a restroom break stop before heading home to SGV, CA., at This specific DD location. This location was convenient enough for a restroom stop before driving back home to SGV, CA. I was here for a restroom stop And to buy a couple of DD Swags. Luckily they had a reusable straw for me to purchase too. I also got to buy a cold drink tumbler. Parking: free plaza parking and was able to locate a decent space for the trip's visit. Ok - good news, bad news... The good news is I had a cold brew and it was perfect. Not too strong or watery, drinkable black, which is pretty unusual. More good news includes the hash browns, which were perfectly crisp on the outside and not overly salty, probably for the first time in five or six visits. And then the bad news: My husband ordered his sandwich on an everything bagel and got a plain one instead. I asked for no cheese on mine, but ended up with cheese anyway. Yes, that's right. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly. Then there's the app. Now, I know employees don't have any control over the app, but why would it offer to give me the reward of 3 munchkins if there is no key for that on the register? The server said, "We can only sell 5 of those, not 3, so there's no way I can take that reward." So I end up buying 5 instead of getting 3 for free, and hoping that I'll be able to find another Dunkin that'll accept the QR code for the 3. Who knows if that'll happen - the points have already been subtracted off my total. Ok. I'm fussing over free stuff, I know, but this speaks to disorganization in the company's policy, and can create confusion in customers (which often manifests itself as irritation when there's a line) which can't be good for business. read more

Service is Soo slow here. I mobile ordered an iced latte, sausage egg and cheese croissant, and onion chives bagel minis. I was waiting so long that staff asked me if I was waiting for an order.. Aside from slow service, the food was nice and hot. The croissant was more burnt than I'd like. Otherwise, food and the latte was consistent with other Dunkin's so that's a plus. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE the young kid taking our order had such a " I don't care attitude" ! I ordered a half a dozen and two iced coffee's. One pumpkin and one regular decafe! When he gave me the drinks I asked which was the decafe and he was like " look at the stickers " the one in my hand that he gave me didn't have a sticker, he was holding the other coffee with a sticker and said " this is the decafe " and he walked away and the window closed. Not the greatest experience. First off, I went inside to order. Family wanted hot sandwiches, but none of the store menus listed them. I had to play a quick game of 20 questions with the cashier. I first went inside, and the lady in front of me was ordering three dozen donuts that she ordered for pick up yesterday, but they weren't ready so I decided to go in the drive-through and I've been sitting here for 25 minutes to get 2 donuts and an iced coffee. I don't know about this very establishment. On one hand it's Coffee is either very good or Bad. The workers are very nice but I witnessed some man come in and order a coffee and then he drank it and said "Bleh!" "This is the worst coffee I've ever had" and I didn't know how to feel about that. I used to work in for food service and retail even through Covid so I usually try to be very understanding, but the customer service here sucks. Every time I go for a pick up order, I have to stand around for several minutes before somebody even acknowledges me. Usually my pickup order that I placed well in advance isn't ready. The other things like them sometimes getting my order wrong wouldn't be an issue if they just had a nicer attitude when I come in, but they always have an attitude for no reason. It's so uncomfortable. I gave them another chance and drove through today. Had to say my order 5-6 times and she still got it wrong and told me they don't have pup cups. Disappointing as I had my dog in the car but OK, no big deal. Then I wait in the drive through for 10 minutes while the first person in line argues with the drive-through lady about her order.
