This is absolutely the worst managed Dunkin or any kind of a restaurant. They don't have a clue what there doing. Every order is a mess.

If you like super slow service, this is the place for you. People behind me were leaving the drive thru line because it took so long. Was sitting at the drive thru speaker for several minutes before they took our order. If it wasn't my sons birthday breakfast request, I would've left also. In all fairness, there was nothing wrong with the food. My advice... Expect to wait for service even if they are slow, and you should be fine. While I live close to this Dunkin I rarely go these days, in the morning the wait time is ridiculous. Average weight time in their drive-through even with a small line is 20 to 30 minutes. Do not go to DD when Starbucks is out of chai.. you will be disappointed. I specified I wanted a HOT chai and I got a cold one. They left the window open when I told him, and guy 1 said "Are you just gunna take the ice out?" Guy 2: "Yup". So they fished the ice out in front of me and gave me a lukewarm chai latte that was already watered down and tasted horrible. I was extremely excited when I saw and heard that Dunkin' Donuts was brought to the desert. I had previously been there a couple of times in the JFK airport but nothing else. My friends from the east coast always talked about it and rave about their iced coffee not so much the donuts. So the previous two times I just had donuts because I know that they do a cronut, something that I am very fond of. The location is in a new upcoming area, a strip mall and it is easily located off the street. Inside is clean and spacious, tons of seating. Inside looks like a typical Dunkin'. Every time I have come to Dunkin' (which is only 3 other times in the past 3 months) I have had great service and good coffee. I had a glazed donut which was pretty basic but what I am about to rave about is their iced coffee. Oh man is it good! The past two times I had gotten their iced coffee, original blend, with almond milk and caramel flavor. Omg sooooo bomb. It was good both times. What makes it even better is their happy hour which is from 3-5pm every day where their iced coffee is $.99. Of course its going to be more if you add the extra stuff. But I think thats a great deal. Also, they have other items on their happy hour list. Like tea, and other foods. Idk about you but I am coming back everytime that I am in the area or crazing for a happy hour iced coffee. read more

we moved out here from Orange County..(yes on purpose )and my husband was thrilled to find out there was a Dunkin close by. He goes there everyday. Love the donuts and breakfast and they will make them your way. The variety of drinks hot and cold give you lots to choose from. They have specials that save you $$$$. The service here is very terrible, they keep forgetting to put the items we ask for on our order and have signs out for drinks they never carry. The coffee is always over iced way over it is intended to, and the interior looks terrible, and very gross. I ordered a large decaf the person responded back with a medium iced and I told her no a large decaf and then upon driving away in a rush to work looking at the receipt she charged and gave me a large signature latte original blend which I can't even drink because I'm pregnant I've now spent four dollars on a drink I have to throw away! your employees really need to be more conscientious and if they are unsure about an order confirm at the window. read more

I went to this location yesterday late afternoon to get donuts for my family for this morning and so I grabbed me a donut and tore a piece of and along with it came this long piece of black hair. This is gross and unhealthy, the workers there do not wear hair nets and nor is there hair up in a bun. Also it seems to be that they have not been trained on customer service skills at all. I don't leave reviews because I generally don't care enough to go out of my way for a complaint. I won't dramatize anything, but I waited 30 minutes for a bacon breakfast sandwich.. Informed the employee I was missing my order as everyone else in my group had already received their food, along with 15 customers that ordered after us. Came searching all the way from the east coast for some genuine dunkin coffee and boy was I IMPRESSED. Staff was just great and tentative to my DECAF needs, the donuts were FRESHY FRESH and the coffee was PIPING HOT. Just phenomenal. Don't know what these folks are talking about, I was just happy as a clam in shit. Also: bathroom, grade A clean. No shit to be seen. Great job dunkin, keep runnin. Rude staff, stale food, long waits, dirty, someone's children babysitting themselves at a table--no adults in sight except for the employees. No one in the store and still waiting 30 minutes for your order. Once you get the order, it's wrong but by the time you've waited, you just don't care. And if you think you'll get faster or better service by placing a mobile order or a drive thru order, think again. They magically run out of everything on the menu right after opening. Ask for a bagel and cream cheese--you'll get a bagel that was likely stored next to some cream cheese--that's about the amount that makes it onto the bagel. The restaurant is filthy right at opening. The staff is not at all welcoming. I was charged $10 extra for no reason--glad I caught it. It was fishy that my small black coffee abs bagel was over $20. Terrible. We don't have Dunkin' up in Seattle, so when we travel it's always a treat when we find one. Today is my wife's birthday and she wanted her Dunkin, even though it was a 30 minute drive from where we are staying. As we headed back towards Palm Springs on the 10 freeway, she was stirring the chocolate in her iced mocha because it was all sitting on the bottom of her cup. She then opened the box of donuts and found that instead of getting the chocolate with sprinkles she ordered, she received raised chocolate covered bars. I guess they figured that was a suitable replacement and there was no need to ask her if that was OK. She then handed me my Boston Creme and I took one bite and concluded it had been made several days ago. I ate the chocolate top off and the rest went back into the box. Raise the bar a bit and at least try to provide even an average experience. read more

Went on Day #4...@ 11:30 on a Friday. Lines have been crazy, but I timed things just right! I wish the donut choices would have been posted so I could have decided before getting to the cashier. 2nd time we've stopped here in 2 days while driving from AZ to CA & back. Bathrooms were not clean either time & today I had to ask for toilet paper which seemed to be an ordeal. Yesterday my hubby's coffee was cold & when he asked for them to warm it up they seemed very reluctant & barely added any additional hot coffee. My latte was good. Today's black coffee was fine but my latte lacked caramel flavor even though I asked for an extra pump when ordering. Such a shame as this appears to be a newer store. It's been clean on previous stops when we've been there. As a business owner myself, I'd be a little disappointed if my bathrooms were like this and many employees milling about but not actually doing much it seems. I don't understand why people on the east coast rave about Dunkin' donuts. I bought a dozen on Christmas Eve and they were some of the worst donuts I've tasted. How can a chain that's fairly well-respected ruin something as good tasting as a donut? They were way too doughy and all seemed close to being stale even though I bought them early in the morning. Absolutely disgusting behavior from employees. My husband went inside to order a simple iced coffee and was completely discriminated against. They refused to take his order, took other customers ahead of him even though he was standing there waiting to be served, and then made him stand outside for 30 minutes before bringing his coffee.
